Amelia felt like she shrunk upon seeing Liz's stern expression. She considered herself lucky that Liz's scolding was cut short or else she would have suffered the harsh workouts which usually followed after. She decided to use this opportunity to follow Sadao's lead and meet up with everyone at the train station. She started to slowly back away towards the nearest exit, not wishing to gain Liz's attention. "Uhh...Yeah! Good idea, Captain Sadao! I will go fetch my lunchboxes immediately! See you all at Hargeon!" She responded, after she was in the clear. Instead of using the door, she hopped out of an open window. It was her go-to escape plan whenever she had to skip out on paying a bill. Afterwards, she set route for her place really quick to prepare for the trip.

Amelia has always liked the idea of teaming up with her fellow guild mates for a mission. Not only will she receive her food money quicker, but there is the additional benefit of having a good time along the way! However, the thought was abruptly interrupted by Sadao's comment. "Whaa-?! That's not true, Sadao! I'm responsible with my food! No need to hold on to it!" She responded back, knowing it was joke. Yet, she couldn't help, but feel highly threatened at the thought of her reward money being taken away. No money means no food! Aside from that, she was also curious much like Sadao about any other information regarding the job.

The group became more interesting with the addition of the 'Mage-Slayer' and 'Tall, Dark, and Shy'. Amelia is familiar with both Liz and Tane. Which is why it makes her shudder to think what physical hell Liz is going to put them through during the mission. The last thing she wants to do is get on Liz's bad side. "P-Please have mercy with the exercises, Liz!" She meekly spoke out to her. Oh, god why did she say that!

So far, none of the jobs posted on the board were appealing to Amelia, in both description and reward. Her head sunk a little in disappointment. Just how was she going to pay off her debt this week? She thought. Upon hearing a familiar voice, her head slowly turned to Sadao's direction, still having that crazed look in her eyes.

"I don't know how this happened, Sadao! I had more than enough to last me the whole week! I was so sure of it!" She responded to him, with tears streaming down her face in a comical fashion. It was then she noticed the new member next to him and everyone else around her giving the new girl a big welcome to the guild. She recollected herself and decided to do the same.

"Oh, we have a new member? Sorry! I didn't hear the news!" She then cheerfully walked up to Maya and welcomed her with an unexpected hug. Her hold wasn't tight enough to squeeze the life out of her like it normally would be, it was surprisingly gentle. "Welcome to the guild, new member!~ I'm Amelia!~" She introduced herself, after which she broke the hug and took a step back, standing there with her hands clasped behind her back.
