I have decided that @Evil Snowman's character gets promoted junior officer due to the character's presence and activity in the squad shown in the RP so far. Would you guys be fine with just a post of landing on the planet and preparing for the invasion? I'm currently in a bit of a writer's block, and need some more time to finish planning the scenario.
Ryuko scoffed at Mitsuki, and crossed her arms. "Friends? Are you serious?" She didn't expect that kind of amicability, especially when it came from someone in the Order. It actually caught her off-guard enough to not completely reject it. "Well, you have to earn my trust, and show me you actually care first if an irresponsible girl like you wants to be friends with me," she said, and made an aside glance at the other Order girl who was staring at her, directing her words also at her. "And I don't think that's likely." She realized she let her emotions run a bit too freely, and it hurt the Hero Brigade's reputation, so she tried to play it a bit cooler.
Speaking of stances, her's wavered a bit. her legs shook from the sudden cold that emerged in the room, and she sneezed. She was about to ask if someone left the window open when she saw the white-haired girl Yuna enter the room, bringing the weather with her. Ryuko's eyes tightened into an intense glare as her eyes drilled into her, suspecting that she was behind the sudden blizzard phenomenon; she remembered seeing her use ice magic when they once happened upon the same Primordial.
And then the furball started talking. It's about time, Ryuko thought to herself. The Primordial influx was nothing new to her, as she has herself noticed the growing rate of attacks. But the Primordial Queen was news to her. She got pumped up first, excited at the prospect of hitting the plague right at it's source. However, the thrill died down to disappointment. She facepalmed. "Wait, did I hear that right? The reason these Primies are out there eating folks is because of our infighting? That's just stupid. And you're even more stupid for believing that," she said pointing her finger at Erica. "The Primordials are out there killing people, and no amount of hand-holding will save them. Unless you cowards get your act together, an alliance would be pointless."
The situation turned frustrating for Ryuko, her temper not helped by the fact that another girl turned up late, until she noticed who it was. She turned to her and put her hands to her sides. "You didn't miss anything, Angel." Ryuko has fought with her a couple of times, and bonded with her over their shared distaste at the Order. Feeling a need to protect the younger girl like his brother protected her, she decided to become a reliable senior of sorts to her. She turned around, and transformed into her magical girl attire. "Now come on Angel, we're going to the Train Station in Miso High." She then said as she stepped out the door. After the display that these so-called "leaders" showed, Ryuko came to the conclusion that they didn't have control of the situation at all with their delusions and idiocy. The hot-blooded girl decided that she would have to take Akame's place as the guiding beacon for the Hero Brigade's efforts, and unite the magical power in Miso against the growing threat.
So we have a junior officer missing in @Penultimate_Pi, who's been gone for two weeks, and I have been thinking of how to resolve the issue. One option is that Lora gets a mental breakdown during the time on NOAH, and a field promotion has to be done. Feel free to give suggestions on who should be the new junior officer. Also, if you have any collabs on the way report them over the week, or they'll be ignored.
Ryuko escaped indoors from the sudden blizzard that she got caught up in on her way there, she sneezed loudly. What she then found at the party was pretty much what she expected; awkwardness. Most of the girls present seemed to be standing around in silence, waiting for the self-proclaimed "leader" to get back from baking her dumb cookies. But as much as she tried to look dignified while she stood at the center of the room, her eyes nailed on the Order girls, Ryuko's stomach growled; it's been a while since she's had something to eat, and her gaze lingered on the ice cream. Then Ryuko saw the white-haired girl serving up snacks to the enemy first before her own group, and she became angry.
Irritated at the gluttonous girl who made a mess of herself, she finally raised her voice: "How long do we have to wait for those damn cookies? This isn't a stupid tea party! And where's the rodent, anyway? Isn't that thing the reason we're here? Why do we even care what it has to say?" Ryuko liked disrupting the dead air that previously occupied the place, not minding the fact she caught the attention of the attendees. "Besides, we all know how this is going to end. Why even bother with the fake smiles?"
"Ugh, it's raining again," Ryuko muttered under her breath as she hopped on the roof of a bullet train, and let the speeding vehicle take her closer to her destination. It has been a couple of months since she arrived in Miso City, and it was far grander than she could have expected; being raised in the country like she was, she has never known what bustling city life would be like; there were people everywhere, and the buildings could reach quite high. But the best part was the never-ending flood of Primordials; back in her home village she was lucky if one showed up in a couple of weeks, but here they seem to be popping up regularly. This allowed Ryuko to really experiment with her powers, and really push herself to her limit. She enjoyed the feeling of adrenaline pumping through her heart when she smashed one of those monsters into paste.
Of course, it wasn't all flowers for her; there were also other girls with powers, and there were many of them. The first time she met one she was attacked and in her first night nonetheless. She managed to send her packing, but the experience made her wary and suspicious of any magical girl, no matter how nice they seemed. But eventually, she found herself joining forces with some of the local girls when a more dangerous Primordial showed up, though she never admitted to needing the help. And when she mingled with these girls, she quickly came to understand the power balance between two sides in the city; those who did the right thing and used their powers to slaughter the Primordials, and those who seemed to regret becoming one as they try to turn back to normal. Ryuko scoffed at the idea; who would in their right mind want to quit? And that's what made her especially interested in attending this taco party she's heard about. Maybe they come to a peaceful resolution, or maybe an all-out brawl breaks out. Either way, Ryuko's gonna be at the front lines securing her side, and the first to swing her weapon when the inevitable happens.
Wish:"I wish to prevent my brother from being harmed." Ryuko's wish came from a desire to protect her brother, as he was the dearest thing in her life, if not even romantically so, though she could never admit it.
Soul Gem Color: Orange
Magical Weapon: Ryuko uses an over-sized hammer that she wields with great strength, using it's weight to smash her enemies. Ryuko can also ignite the small motor on either side of the hammer, causing it to make a small explosion when it lands a hit.
(Core) Skull Barrier: Ryuko can create a spherical barrier in the shape of a cartoon-stylized skull reminiscent of her old gang's symbol from her open palm. They protect from physical and magical harm in the immediate vicinity of the area the spell was cast in, usually as a personal shield around the user, but it can also be cast on other people and areas. They form instantly either around her or an external target that is within reach. The barrier can either be formed with a set amount of magical power that shatters when it's damage threshold is reached, or a continuous one that drains Ryuko for as long as it's active.
(Secondary) Rallying Point: Ryuko can plant a hammer at a location and use it to remotely set up a barrier at will. However, the hammer is consumed in the process, and the barriers are weaker in strength than those personally created by her.
(Secondary) Stunt Jump: Ryuko creates a barrier under her feet in midair that she can use as a physical platform and jump out of, granting her some degree of aerial mobility.
(Secondary) Homerun: Ryuko creates a smaller barrier that she launches as a magical projectile using a swing of her hammer, like a golf ball. Barriers generated in this manner can be destroyed with less power than defensive barriers.
Personality: Ryuko is always serious and determined in her actions, whether it is speaking with brutal honesty or clobbering her enemies until they're wet stains. She loves fighting to an absurd degree, and easily succumbs to her bloodlust, turning wild and reckless. She hates weak people, civilians and soldiers alike, and doesn't waste any chances at berating them. She is proud of her fighting skills, and loves showing them off whenever she can.
However, despite all her abrasiveness, she has an honorable side to her, and respects others who have proven themselves as capable warriors to her, which is usually when they defeat her or otherwise impress her. Her trust is hard to come by, and she can be argumentative and skeptic about a lot of things. However, deep inside there is a vulnerable side to her that she keeps in check by focusing on her training.
Biography: Ryuko grew up in a pleasant rural village with her parents and big brother Tamaki, who was a part of a local gang and respected as one of their best fighters. She looked up to her big brother, and admired him for being strong always there to protect her. Their father however denounced Tamaki for his delinquent ways, and forbade Ryuko from seeing her when she turned 12.
Ryuko still secretly met with Ryuko, and asked him to let her in the gang as well and teach her to fight. He eventually did, and Ryuko was happier than ever going to their secret meetings and getting to spend more time with him and his "friends", and in time she even developed a tiny precocious crush on him. The gang came to resent Tamaki for bringing his meddling sister to the mix, not helped by Tamaki's change in his attitude: at first Tamaki thought he was simply getting lucky when he turned invincible from Ryuko's wish, but after he was shot multiple times and survived he gradually went mad with power. One day he went so crazy as to try and take on the enemy gang on his own, and he was never seen again.
Ryuko searched for him for weeks, but couldn't find him. She never truly recovered from what happened to Tamaki, but his words of encouragement inspired her to grow stronger so she can protect herself, and not rely on her brother like she used to. Her mother's death only furthered this development. Some time later, she moved to Miso City to escape from the gang violence that enveloped their village, and do her best in fighting for what she believes in, no matter how hard she has to struggle.
Other: Ryuko is physically fit, and has some skill in most sports and physical activities. She also has experience in travelling, and so has some knowledge in basic survival.

Feel free to pick out secondary powers if they seem too much; this character was originally a veteran, so her powers are to that scale. She can also be on the Order side if there's an unbalanced number.
