What happened?
So essentially, you get a kill coupon each day, and if you don't use it before it expires, then tough luck. You snooze, you lose.
Nothing major. Accidentally passed out with my earbuds in and rolled over a certain way on them. The irritation woke me up.

The first riddle is the permits killing. The second that gives weapons hasn't been given yet since nothing has happened. It was the "the world is filled with ______" one. Time hasn't progressed much locally since nothing has happened.
Ohhhhhh. That makes more sense than what I had interpreted to be the case. Thiught it was a daily riddle that allowed you to kill one person each day.
Now that I think about it, not sure where I got that idea from. Regardless, now that I know, I'll post something some time later today. I'm only awake because my slumber was interrupted. I'm a zombie right now.
