Evil hivemind right. And yes, these guys are that bad. It still baffles me that people who havent came into contact with them yet are still treating it like they're just another daily villain. These guys have murdered trillions of people, captured and isolated about just as many, and converted more than both combined into more of them.
I'm guessing that they don't feel like it's their problem.
