@Polaris North

The tactic worked well in Kurvia's favor. The weakened state of the goblins meant they could not get within the arc of the katana as Kurvia moved, making them short work of them. A sharp snapping resounded through the halls as Amrec cracked his knuckles, the normally pale skin drenched now in splashes of red. Casually he walked back to his axes and yanked them from their dirt sheathe and made his way back over to Kurviva with a smile on his face "I'm suprised you simply want to be a supporter Kurvia. With the skills I have seen, you would make it just fine as an adventurer." He seemed almost proud in his tone of voice

"Well then, there are more monsters just waiting to get a taste of our blades. We shouldn't keep'em waiting, eh?" He spoke eagerly as he patted Kurvia's shoulder then took the lead once more down the lit up stone halls of the dungeon. It appeared as though the first day in the dungeon would go off without a hitch. The small pouch that had started out empty was now filling up with monster stones, at this rate it would fill up before long

The bright sun struck your eyes as you left the dungeon alongside Amrec, the bag used to hold the stones filled to the brim. With Amrec at the helm, nothing you came across posed any threat. You are virtually unharmed save for few scratches which no longer bled. Amrec seemed pretty happy as you made it into the courtyard "Hah! That sure was a good little bit of exercise." For how easily he took care of the level 1 monsters, he never once broke a sweat. A hard pat struck your back as Amrec congratulated you "You did well lass! I see some great potential in ya!" The scene around was a little different from earlier as adventurers exited out of the dungeon in mass and others walked in to replace them. "Now, let's turn these in. Afterwards, I'll treat you to a meal at the Tilted Orc. Sounds good, doesn't it?" He laughed heartily

@Achronum

The pair of goblins responded only with screeches, seemingly ignorant of the beating they were being given. This time Renji's strikes were too much for their bodies to handle and at last they fell to join the other stones that littered the ground now. To your left Mare and Misha were finishing up with a pair of kobolds, but it seemed like this fight was over.

Lighting shot out from your hand and struck the first kobold, annihilating its leg causing it to smash head first into the ground and skid a few feet towards you. Misha finished it off by piercing its hide with her spear, though her movements seemed far more sluggish than before. You managed to catch the other Kobold in time before it reached Misha. A sharp pain spread across your right shoulder as the kobold dug its claws in before disintegrating from your spell. Blood trickled down your arm but at last your were victorious.

Renji = HP: -30 MP: -40

The three of you continued to take down monsters in the dungeon together after Misha gave the dagger to Mare. Mare's magic, Misha's skill with a spear, and Renji's striking power made easy work of any challenge. However, the two of you began to notice that with each battle Misha seemed to slow down more and more. After gathering plenty of stones for the three of you, you finally left the dungeon. Misha at this point was using her spear to balance "We did so well together! I can't wait to trade these in and go get fo-" Before she could finish, she collapsed on the ground, the spear falling besides her.

@chukklehed@Duoya

The skeleton lumbered forward and released an unearthly screech only a twisted creature such as itself could. A tainted spear raised ready to strike just as Klou brought down everything she had on the Skeleton's skull, its slow speed making it an easy target. Shards of white bone shot from the monster's skull and with the hard hit so did the stone. The bones of the skeleton first crumbled into a small mass before turning into dust along with the deadly spear it held. Along with the stone were two arm bones, a drop from this particular monstrosity. Skeletons like this are hardly found alone, so it was lucky this one appeared to have been separated from its pack.

The two of you worked together from that point on throughout the dungeon and did not encounter anything more than goblins and kobolds in the rest of your battles. After a successful run through the first floor, your bags were nearly filled with stones. With a hefty first haul, you both head back up to the surface back to the courtyard in which you first saw each other. Now the option was left to accompany each other the guild house to cash these stones in or go your separate ways. Isis would likely be eager to hear how her two new adventures did.

@CriticalHit

A small smile shown on Priscilla's lips as you turned briefly back to her. The effects of Doom Call seemed to be wearing off just as you made your move, but it was too late for the goblin. It fell without giving too much of a fight back, now nothing remained of your targets except for the stones that they dropped. Soft footsteps behind was your first indication the Winter Maiden had closed in "You handled your first fight quite well. It seems like you may have enjoyed yourself too." A soft giggle escaped her at the last sentence "Now, collect the stones and let's move on. I wish to see how you fight a few more times.."

HP -30, MP -40

After a few battles with kobolds and goblins, the Winter Maiden left you to delve deep into the dungeon where you could not yet follow. However, she left you with the acknowledgement that your skills had impressed her. It was not too long that you were able to fill your pouch with stones and thus moved back to the surface to receive your first reward. The sun was bright as you exited the Dungeon, many other first time adventures seemed to be celebrating their first day in the dungeon as well.

Out of the corner of your eye, sitting against the fountain in the center, was another Anubis member called Selene. She had only been an adventurer for a month at this point, so she was still pretty new herself. The features of a weretiger were pretty obvious, the color of her fur a gorgeous white on her ears and tail. Sharp blue eyes like sapphires were looking lazily to the sky, her right arm propped on her right knee as she sat on the ground. It was clear she just left the dungeon by the traces of sweat on her skin and the exhaustion expressed in her face.
Rath

Rath managed to respond quickly to Pan's queries "This will be unofficial help. I'd hate to see my rival fall too far behind. I want a challenge at the rating games after all." The two kings had talked about facing each other in a rating game for awhile now, the perfect competition to see who is the better. An under the table deal would be more beneficial than an open agreement, it was not his intention to undermine Alice. He loved playing loose with the rules but he respected his rival.

He listened only partly to the new company name Alison gave him, some kind of video-game company. Of course he really enjoyed them and he admired Alison's dedication to him, but he was not as obsessed with them as she seemed to believe she did. His attention was quickly grabbed by Pan, who took freedom of expression to her usual degree "For you to get off my desk, if you would." A stiff smile accompanied his reply, voice calm but with an aura of seriousness. It was too late however as Alison decided to take it into her own hands.

Rath simply back as Clairemont addressed both of their attitudes, once again she proved to be a reliable queen "Thank you, Clairemont." It was a relief that he needn't always be addressing this issue all the time "Priests meeting with fallen angels is hardly a good sign, let alone near our territory. See if you can't get any more information." His feeling might not be so wrong after all. Not too long after and right on time, the last member of his household entered.

A small chuckle left him at Alisaie's comment "Your boldness continues to impress me." There were some that would say allowing such vibrant expressions from his pieces was a mistake but what mattered most to Rath were three things: Loyalty, Ambition, and Honesty. People putting up a false appearance just tended to piss him off so here he was, with his rather vibrant cast of characters "Are you feeling left out? I could remedy that in a flash if you'd like." The stress he was previously feeling had begun to lift.
Rath

Rath's piercing blue-gray eyes looked up from the piece in his hands to Pan, one of his knights. Flirting was almost an unspoken competition in his household, though not everyone liked to participate. A shallow grin showed up briefly on his lips "I see you got your beauty sleep and then some." It was minor compared to what he could have said, the last thing he wanted was a contest this early in the morning. It wasn't long before the other members of his household began to pop in, stopping him from responding to Pan's question.

Alison, his other knight and the Occult Club's accountant, waltzed in with news of his financial situation. Mentally he sighed anticipating her reaction to Pan's rather risque attitude towards him, the two always seemed to be after each other's throats "Relax Alison." He responded strongly, last thing he needed right now was the two of them to go at it "Sell 75% of the stock, keep 25%. Use 50% of the profits to re-buy some stock when it stabilizes and use the other 50% to invest in more stable stocks." Rath immediately said after a brief pause. Since he liked to partake in some human indulgences such as video-games from time to time, having some extra funds was always a benefit. However this didn't serve to soothe his current agitation.

At last his queen arrived on scene, carrying herself in the manner he knew well. She confirmed his suspicions about Alice's course of action, Rath could always count on Clairmont to get what he needed. Rath set the bishop piece down after Clairemont assured him potential candidates were being sought "I'm look forward to seeing what you manage to catch." Now that nearly everyone, save his rook, was here he decided to loosen up "We'll leave the stray to Alice, even if I wouldn't mind stepping on her toes just a little. I heard London is simply romantic at night." A sly smile creased his lips "Besides, she'll owe me one if something turns up while they are distracted."
Chapter One: The Calm Before The Storm

The frame of the velvet-lined chair creaked slightly as Rath leaned back, his feet resting on the edge of his desk as he read over some documents. It was one of the more tedious parts of being a high-class devil but it had to be done. A disorganized and uninformed household just wasn't acceptable under his leadership. It was simply terrifying imagining all of the paperwork Alice was forced to deal with. Her brother better suck up to her big time for putting this burden on her especially when she had yet to claim all of her pieces.

A streak of sunlight cut in through the curtains, another reminder that it was the start of another day. He laid the stack of papers down on the desk towards the middle, before stretching his arms out and removing his legs from the desk to sit in a normal position. With Alice's attention split between two points, He would need to keep an extra eye out for threats. A stray devil had already decided to move in, perhaps an omen, but Alice and her household would be more than capable. What he feared was that this stray devil was only the first of many dangers that are going to try and capitalize on the weakened defenses of this territory.

For that reason, Rath was actively searching for suitable candidates to complete his set of evil pieces. His right elbow rested on the desk as he laid his head onto his hand, the opposite one picking up one of his bishop pieces and twirling it between his fingers in an agitated fashion. There was talk of even some Devil Houses that wanted to take advantage of the disappearance of the two love birds, a rumor that Rath managed to catch while back at a party hosted by his family. The very thought pissed him off. He and Alice were destined to be rivals until the end of time and he wouldn't let a single soul interfere with that.
@MonachromeX2

You will likely be bumped up to current level with the rest of the players but overall your character is very good. After GM gets you leveled up, it should be good to go
@MonachromeX2

Hey there! I'm the GM's right hand man. Glad to have you aboard! Like Achronum already stated, please read the OC 5o get an understanding of the RPG mechanics. Most of us are in guild lead by my character and we would love to have you join!
The merging of the two households, Piarit and Corrumpi, has the underworld in a stir including Rath of the heir to the prestigious Drevarri family of devils. Soon the territories of Seattle and London would fall under one name but until then Alice, of House Piarit, is in charge of both of them as her brother's honeymoon has left no one with a clue of their whereabouts. Many wonder whether or not Alice can handle this on her own, and that includes Rath. Despite being rivals since childhood, the two have established an unique friendship and understanding.

Both of their households have yet to be filled which is only inviting outside threats to move in. Unwilling to let his friend and second home fall, he is in an hurry to find the remaining members of his set. A feeling grows larger everyday in his gut of a danger that has yet to surface. In any case, the merging between the two families is the perfect moment to get ahead of Alice and prove his superiority once and for all.
