Abilities:
Fabrication - By breaking down materials and putting them back together on a microscopic, though not molecular, level, Paashi is able to effectively transform any amount of raw material into another state, though cannot edit the material itself. For example, he can turn steel into gears and mechanisms, or turn iron ore into processed iron. This effect works best on metals, though can be used with a much lower speed and precision on wood and stone. He hasn't tried to use it on anything living, and doesn't know what, if anything, would happen.
Lesser Transmutation - Paashi's ability to transmute material is relatively limited, only being able to turn materials into other, similar materials, or mix materials together without needing tools. For example, he can temper iron into steel without a forge, or create bronze from raw copper and tin. He hasn't experimented much using this ability on plants, though knows it's possible to some extent, and has never tried to use it on any animal, living or dead. He figures that, theoretically, he could do something nasty (like separating the iron out of someone's blood, or mixing it with lethal levels of lead), but hasn't found himself needing to do that, and has no desire to try unless absolutely necessary.
Infusion - Paashi has found himself able to infuse specific magical effects into Septarium, effectively absorbing the magic for later use. He has extensive experience using this to store Elemental magic, as well as the other types, albeit to a far lesser extent. In a combat context, he uses his so-called "Spell Grenades", palm-sized pieces of Septarium infused with magic from other magi, giving him a variety of options so long as he has the time, connections, and Septarium, to remain well-stocked. The power of the spell he can store within the Septarium is directly connected to the size of the piece.
Equipment:
URR Prototype v0.218 - A custom piece, this magitech rifle was made through years of effort prior to showing up at the Eon Tower. The intention is to make something safer and easier to use than a revolver-action rifle, without the sacrifices to fire rate that come with a breech-loading rifle. The lever-action rifle totes a ten round capacity, solid accuracy, and the capability for a high rate of fire. The only problem lies in it's reliability, as the weapon's mechanisms are extremely finicky, and are prone to break down or jam if not frequently maintained. Additionally, he's been testing different types of ammunition made from Septarium and infused with various different types of magic, but has yet to get that to a point he's comfortable using it in the field outside of emergencies.
Spell Grenades - Palm-Sized pieces of Septarium, each infused with different spells. These spells aren't particularly powerful, however the beauty lies in their versatility. They don't need to be used my Paashi to activate, the only requirement it to break the shard. This isn't a problem for Paashi, being a Belua, and able to just chuck the small and deliberately weakened chunks hard enough to break them. Upon breaking, the crystal releases the stored energy, with even a small breakage being enough, though the subsequent release of energy is more often than not enough to shatter them. These each hold relatively minor effects, however sudden bursts of flame, bolts of lighting, waves of energy that muddle thoughts, minor teleportation, or minor healing are all very useful in a pinch. This versatility comes at the cost of power however, as more potent spells can't be stored in pieces of Septarium that are easily portable, and are significantly harder to break in most cases.
Brief Background: Paashi grew up in the Desert of Melchizedek in a relatively minor Beluan tribe, to loving parents and a protective older sister, Morali, whom arguably doted on him more than his own mother. At the age of fourteen, he left to a market with his sister, and when they came back, the tribe had been either killed or enslaved. Within the year, they left the caravan that made up the remainder of their tribe for greener pastures, ending up in Morgenröte. Here, Paashi learned alchemy by using passion and dedication to make up for a lack of talent. He's dedicated and hardworking, and rather empathetic. Additionally, the Belua is incredibly intelligent, although he usually ends up rambling if he gets started on mechanical or magical concepts.
