As soon as Sel threw the salt knives at the two groups, a few binds wrapped themselves around his wrists and ankles to hang him in the air. The other hero has arrived, Binder, which was basically a person wrapped up in a bunch of rags but the rags were endless. He held him in the air and began the slow process of the capture as his binds started to wrap around the villain. 
"Late...but here."
He only brought a pair of cops with him and those two went out to try and flank the gangsters.

The Bearded Bear Man shakes his head laughing. Sensing danger coming nearby, he quickly grabs a nearby car and chucks it toward the side of the cops so that they have cover against the salted knives. He himself swings at the knives that come at him, easily breaking them. 
"You boys wish to face the Bearded Bear Man? By your lonesomes without backup? My chest hairs would love a challenge but I am here to protect all, and I can't do that without being nearby." 
He seems to hear an order from a hidden earpiece...and nods his head slowly. The man prepares to charge but whether he hit the teen in his way wasn't going to be his fault. 
"Last chance kids, before I take all of you out in one shot."

The cops with clearer views of the villains began to throw their tear gas grenades with more accuracy and shoot at the gangsters once more. They were relentless in their strikes and now shooting to kill over shooting to cripple due to how the gangsters showed no signs of giving up easy. Only 9 of them are left and one of them starts to head over to where a girl was nearby to check if she was okay/drag her into cover behind a dumpster. Another one starts to radio in some orders of sorts...

The TV inside now showed on its screen: 2 HEROES NEAR BASE

Pholus waves his hand at the new person who came out and puts his journal on the table as he begins to speak. His journal had a pretty detailed picture of Kira now with the title "Shapeshifter - Cat --> Lady"

"Hello ma'am...any jobs around here that are willing to take in an inventor? Or really a crafter of sorts...but first things first, any rooms available? The name is Pholus."

Keeping a watchful eye on others, he was pretty curious about all the gadgets and such that people kept bringing up...so many new toys to figure out and try to replicate. Maybe many of the new technology could be used in his flight machine experiment too!

That's when he just noticed the man...knock over the box...of all his medical supplies. Herbs flew around the bar area and a few actually made small fires and sparks when mixed with certain chemicals. Pholus yelps as he tries to collect as many he could and empties out his journal quickly into another one of his boxes to store the herbs before they did who knows what!

"HEY! What was that for!? You know how hard it is to get these!? And what if you hit the other box? You want to blow the place up! You better pay for their worth or manage to replace them, they're a part of my research."
