Yup, we're okay with that. There's already some characters that are from outside of Fiore.
Here's the wiki site for the some info of the known areas outside of Fiore, but you're still free to make up a small country or something if you want. Just make sure that if you're going to make up of a country close to Fiore, please be aware of the countries that are already around Fiore or other places on the whole map.

Earth Crystal boss
I run Tiz (Normal/Swordmaster)
Agnes (black/white Mage)
Ringabel (Rose Knight/Summoner)
Edea (Knight/Fencer)
So, one thing about that boss, is that he is undead, so healing magic, cast on him does wonders. Another thing is its stat boosts can be dispelled, forcing him to recast it. I see Edea has Spell fencer, use holy, which will vastly increase her damage. Also, if you can, enter with everyone's Special filled, and spam those special moves at the beginning for a good start.
Other then that, keep using your strongest attacks. I should mention that the Ninja class pairs well with Swordmaster, due to ninja being able to force the enemy to target a unit, (ie self) then use the counter ablities from swordmaster.
Biggest things to watch out for is his quake, death, slam and his self stat boosts.
Simply revive dead units for the insta kill, if you want to be cautious, equip Agnes with a Safety Ring, which nullifies intant death.
Good armor will help reduce damage from Slam.
Stat boosts can be dispelled, do so every 3~4 turns
Quake is earth, so Earth Charms (sold in Hartschild) or the Swordmaster support ability Abate Earth can decrease its damage.
If you still struggle, then you should grind. Change Someone to a Vakyrie Class, give them the 2handed augment and the best spear you can afford. Set the encounter rate to +100% and run around like crazy. Once battle happens, default everyone except for the Valkyrie. For them, Brave twice, and spam the skill Cresent Moon. Hit auto, and repeat. After awhile, you will build up the 1-turn, Unscathed, and Multi Kill combos (if the enemy doesn't get first strike).
A few more questions:
Is this the first time you have met this boss?
Have you been diligently clearing side quests and getting the jobs? You should have all but 3 (I think) by this time.
What level are they, and what is the average job level?
What difficulty level are you playing at?
Can I get a brief summary to get caught up?

You can generalize the history, even leave stuff out, and develop it more IC. Caits isn't too strict about the history part.

EDIT: Also really enjoy Bravely Default (but I can't seem to kill one boss and stuck >_<) and also own Bravely Second but refuse to play it till I kill this SOB.
Fairy Fencer is also a fantastic game and can't wait till it comes out in May as well on PS4! Although disappointed the game is more or less just a remake of the PS3 game rather than a sequel but oh well.

If you have excess Dragon Vein points, the statues you put up and upgrade in MyCastle can increase stat caps slightly. Visiting other castles, leaving feedback, and fighting is a good way to get DV.
I meant how to max their stats, after you have hit the max level, since reclasing keeps you at the same level. I know about the statues. (Tip, they can be used defensively in Castle battles)
