Considering it's not an actual star but rather a ball of Zeph's primal energy of Change, I'd say next to none. But if an IC situation arises it would make a good plot point, maybe we could say Ull has some power over it.

At this point why not have Logos stroll on in? Actually, @Antarctic Termite Jvan's lawyer might also be able to pull off some skulldoggery to swindle some stuff.

They sucked him up without trace and dumped in Chronos, which no longer exists. Not even Jvan or Vowzra know the details of Zeph's escape from Chronos and where he went.

The apparition will probably be met with little success, which might just be fortunate considering that Zeph isn't come back as bubbly and friendly and crazy as he was before. Hail Order!

Protecting his planet from the ravages of his own essence, he dives through the scorching realm (1 Might). He emerges in a distant corner of the universe in a flash of light and magic that will, decades later, reach Galbar.

Post Summary

Minor plothole in that Vestec (and perhaps Toun; it isn't clear if he had sensed Zeph's banishment or his reemergence) already seem aware of Zeph's return and general direction. I'm not quite ready to have his complete isolation end yet; Zeph still has to create a certain demigod and evolve into a bigger, cooler Pokemon.
