Kyle was slightly suprised at Rannas out of the blue confession. He liked her, heck she was talented and beautiful, but love? Kyle was not one hundred percent sure that he was totally in love. He felt like they had a deep connection, something he wanted to explore. But that type of thing would take more than a few days. Kyle had started to kiss Ranna back when he and Ranna heard the commotion outside. They had walked back over to find the man called Zach.

After Zach explained why he was here, they walked back to his room.

"So....like Ranna just said yea I am tribe Chief and I am Rannas boyfriend. If Ranna wants to go back I cant stop her,"Kyle wrapped his around her waist,"But she has a home here now. A life."

Kyle woke up, standing up in the airport. Eddie, Eden, and Zoe were there and Kyle was very confused. Kyle looked around him looking at all the dead bodies and unconscious bodies laying around. Kyle winced at the migrane he recieved but tried to play it. Kyle walked over to Eden and kissed her. Then Kyle looked around around, and sighed.

"Hey Little Flower.......I love supr-.......no scratch that I hate surprises. But no seriously what is hapenning I am very lost."

By the time Piper had returned to her room, Grant had left the manor. He was fully clothed, and left for one simple reason. His hearing was impeccable and when he heard about how Miss Nora and Piper would be leaving to go meet with the Council, he decided he had interest in doing any of that. He had other matters to attend to. Things that went beyond his usual literary adventures. Grant left a note on Pipers bed, explaining he was not leaving her, he simply had other duties to attend to. He would find her by her scent, something that linked them together no matter where they were in the world. Grant signed off with a quite.

Grant had walked outside and dabbed himself and his touch points with a few clipped flowers, that when pressed together than create a hiding scent, which Grant learned from a book. Grant wanted to see Piper again, his feelings were genuine but he was new to all this. Piper.....her scent he could smell even miles into the city, which was where he was using his vampire speed.

Grant moved quickly, masking himself even further by blending in with the humans. He bumped into a few, rubbing off on them, making his scent which was hidden still spread out amongst people. Grant did not want to be followed at all and he knew Piper might try to find him before he was ready. Grant walked into a bar, no different than any other bar to the naked eye. Grant walked into the bar and took a seat at bar top. The bartender walked over to him and asked him his order.

"I wish to order a crimson omen, topped of with a black hand."

The bartender nodded and his hand went below the counter, pressing a button underneath. The wall to the left of the counter shuddered and slid open. No one bat an eye at this in the bar. Grant stood up and walked over, through the door into a dark room. Grant was able to figure out where the chair was in the room and sat. When he did a booming voice spoke.

"What is music of life?"

"Silence my brother."

Grant paused for a moment, and when nothing happened Grant continued.

"My mission was a success. My target was eliminated. I was nearly made, one of my marks allies tried to flush me out. But I made the acquaintance of one Ms. Nora Baker, who gave me hospice. And it seems she is going to be traveling to meet with the council."

All was silent for a few moments, interrupted by the mysterious persons voice.

"Very good, my brother. Now I have a new mission for you."

Kyle walked into the main office building, and directed his council and Ranna towards one of the offices. Kyle walked over and sat on the front of the desk and he began their meeting.

"Ok guys. listen we need to talk. We have lost our doctor, who dissapeared, and our librarian who left the tribe because well.....he hates me. I am losing confidence in my leadership. It will take so long to grow our new crops, and Beasts are coming closer to the tribe every day. Now we have Hunter to deal with. We have a new doctor thank the maker, but we have other issues. We need to think of some ways to get more food for until the crops can grow, and how we are going to deal with Hunter, as well as how we are going to deal with the fact that no other tribes will trade with us."

Tokala and Ruyn left the main office building, leaving Ranna and Kyle alone. Kyle motioned for Ranna to follow him and they went into his room. Both now standing in his room, Kyle looked at Ranna and put his hands in his pockets.

"So....lots of crazy stuff happened today huh?"

Mabel sighed and walked with Tokala.

"Well....ok look, my powers are really simple. My 'sight' allows me to see much more than the human eye. I can see the inside of things, like from just seeing their bones down to their molecules. It is what caused me to want to learn medicine. But something I picked up from, that isnt part of my powers but they do help this, is I can read people really well."

Mabel wrapped her arm around Tokalas arm and grinned.

"For instance, I can see by your rapid prespiration your nervous, dilated eyes mean you have recently come down from using a narcotic based item, as well as deepened iris's which means your sexual instincts have been aroused. I can see you move awkwardly and making irregular steps which means your advances were turned down."

Mable batted her eyes.

"See? Good eyes huh? As my first medical diagnosis I suggest you get laid. Stat."

When Kyle and his new elf companion entered the alley, Kyle had planned to take them further along. Kyle was not sure if he was still dreaming, or if somehow everything around him was real, but either way this all excited him. He had not truly meant to drag anyone else into his mess but he was slightly excited that he had someone to share in his adventure. Kyle prepared himself to run even further when the voice of his companion made him stop in his tracks.

Kyle thought the voice was precious. Not in a, bow down before me as I cast you under my spell precious, but in a "I cant believe someone so small could sound so adorable by trying to take command" precious. Kyle realized he had been holding on to her hand this entire time, in which he immediately dropped it. Kyle was suddenly slightly embaressed but tried to cover it. Kyle flung his hands in the air, then gave a small bow to his new friend.

"Please forgive me, it was just I feel like if I had not brought you along that angry crowd would have surely come after you to, guilty for no other reason than of association. I apologize that I have brought such troubles upon your pretty head but I really feel like we should move. I believe we lost the worst of the crowd for now but they could find us at anytime."
