Giving the speech isn't something you can work on, really. The speeches themselves are easy, even if presenting them isn't. Also, tip I'm found, before you start talking, look everyone in the eye for half a second each, then just roam the room with your eyes instead of making eye contact. So long as you keep at least three people in your vision as you do, nobody will be able to tell that you aren't making eye contact. So if that's part of the problem. Otherwise idk.

Literally ignore the speeches, speeches are easy, double use the novels for the reports if possible, don't worry about studying, you know the material already.
