That's not possible - Anubis' mantle wouldn't regrow, since he already gave it to you. It would be plausible for an apprentice to take the mantle from his master's dead body.@Hierophant

I'm totally fine with that, but the document says it regrows.

If a soul loses its mantle, its power level will decrease slightly, and it may lose some of its abilities, though its potential is not affected. It will quickly grow another mantle, and can eventually recover to something comparable to its original state. It is hence possible for a soul to give out multiple “copies” of its mantle, though the drawbacks mean that such a thing is rarely done. Additionally, each subsequent “copy” of the mantle will be somewhat different from the soul’s previous one, due to the soul’s new experiences since losing its previous mantle; what is lost cannot be precisely regained.

Question:
Is it possible to receive the same mantle multiple times, since they regrow?
For example, I'd like to have a spirit that was Anubis' protege have been given his mantle, and then also received it again when Anubis died. Would that be possible and what would the effects be? Further memories and power?
Specifically it would be by the first two processes on the document.

The second soul may willingly remove its mantle and give it to the first soul. This is a rather strenuous and difficult activity, and has the drawbacks of losing one’s mantle as listed above, so it is usually done only out of the highest amounts of trust and dedication.
When a soul is destroyed, enough of its remains may be recovered to reconstruct its mantle, which can then be given to another soul. Some souls have contingency mechanisms to specifically ensure that their mantles are recoverable upon death.
