So just like that last one, this is an edited version of a power I threw at that other similar rp that got rejected, but since a similar power was suggested... I dunno. Guess I expect it to get shot down again but I'll just make something else. Momentai.

Tell me if I can cut out the drawbacks because they're just there to add balance in case the power would otherwise be OP. Just like with the previous one, I don't expect her to get to tier 6 by the end of the rp, if even tier 5.

... Blunt. Blunt and detached, nine times out of ten. The rest of the time she's blunt and... anywhere between "normal" and "borderline obsessed."

History:
Violet lived with her mother and her brother, both of which were simultaneously her best friends and biggest annoyances. She never yelled at them or got revenge for anything, barring a single instance when she caught her brother stealing her underwear. The next day he awoke to find every piece of clothing he owned, including what he had been wearing when he went to sleep, burning in the house's furnace.
Never fitting into any of the crowds at school, even the outcasts, she was often the target of bullying. These bullies would then often find themselves the victim of certain strange events. Early on, at kindergarten, these events would include things like: suddenly losing their backpack only for it to turn up the next day in perfectly equal sized pieces, with the contents sitting nearby that had been partially burnt. At grade school, it wouldn't be uncommon for them to find the hair of a sibling or pet glued throughout their lockers with a large amount of blood from an unknown source staining their homework. This was, of course, somewhat difficult for them to explain to teachers, and only a surprisingly small number of these bullies noticed that these things stopped once they stopped bullying Violet. Throughout early high school, before her capture, she would obtain divine retribution by setting fire to the trees in their yards, or rigging their backpacks (or lockers if they didn't have one) with a device that would, when the backpack or locker was opened, release the gasses that had been accumulating from a large amount of Bleach that had been sitting inside.
She was never once caught, and perhaps because of this, the bullying continued all the way through her life until her powers appeared.

Power:
Tiers are not spaced equally apart. Going from Tier One to Tier Two might take only a fifth as much effort as going from Tier Two to Tier Three, for example.

Powers

Can control the naturally forming chemicals required for organic life. Specifically controls the amount produced, released, and/or received by their corresponding receptors.
Can use this to waste someone's raw material by wasting their chemicals without the chemicals doing what they're supposed to. (Elements their body uses to construct chemicals and compounds.)
Chemicals controllable at each tier listed at each tier. Can control chemicals from all previous tiers. Only mentioning the chemicals that are found in humans for sake of my sanity.

Tier Zero:
Her level when she was captured.
At this level can only cause something to produce more or less of a chemical.
Chemicals: Melanins.

Tier One:
Higher maximum and minimum capable of causing to be produced.
Can now control the amount released, up to 15% of what's produced by that organism.
Chemicals: Sex hormones. (testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, oxytocin, and vasopressin)
- "Reintroducing puberty on command. Wanna be totally jacked? Sure. A knock-out bombshell? Done. Horny beyond belief? Easy."

Tier Two:
Higher maximum and minimum capable of causing to be produced. Now capable of causing the natural maximum and natural minimum possible for a given chemical to be produced.
Can now control the amount released, up to 50% of what's produced by the organism.
Chemicals: Lactic acid.
- "Muscles for days."

Tier Three:
Can now cause a chemical to be produced beyond it's natural maximum amount or not be produced at all.
Can now control the amount released, up to 75% of what's produced by the organism.
Chemicals: Adrenaline.
- "Super soldiers' workshop, right over here."

Tier Four:
Can now control the amount released, up to 100% of what's produced by the organism.
Can now cause cross-kingdom chemical creation so long as the materials exist within the organism. Example: Could cause a human to form chlorophyll.
Chemicals: Chemicals responsible for emotions.
- "A bit of psychology later and my wish is your command."

Tier Five:
Can now control whether or not chemical receptors accept their related chemical.
Can now control her own chemicals.
Chemicals: Those responsible for cell-replication.
- "Super regeneration or the inability to heal. And can finally make myself live off sunlight so I don't need the bathroom anymore. That'll be nice."

Tier Six: (Final Tier)
Can control chemicals in DNA and freely manipulate genetic code.
Given the materials needed, can now control chemicals outside of an organism. In practice, could potentially create life from raw elements.

Drawbacks:

Tier Zero:
Cannot control her own chemicals.
Now has hallucinations.
Gains Attention Deficit Disorder.

Tier One:
Gains a very high metabolism and her body wastes a lot of raw material, so she has to eat a lot.
Gains Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Gains Bipolar Disorder.
Now heals very slowly.

Gains a chemical imbalance that requires her to eat a specific diet to maintain homeostasis.
Stops having periods.
Becomes physically frail.

Tier Three:
Weakened immune system.

Tier Four:
Becomes unable to digest her own food. Needs to eat pre-digested food as her stomach acids are severely weakened.

All drawbacks and weaknesses are removed as she can now control her own chemicals.

Yeah, the description can come later. The power is a bit OP, being both Accelerator and Kuroko at once is a bit of a game breaker. In all honesty the teleporting by itself would be sufficient, the vector control ability will inevitably become too powerful or you'd have to flaw it so much it'd be annoying to RP.

How she got captured

"Well, this sucks." Violet said as she awoke to an up close and personal view of her ceiling. Floating a mere... zero centimeters away from it with her nose, chest, and feet pressed against it, she took a moment to reorient herself so that she was laying on her back. Or is it floating on her front? Hell if she knew. She could see her bed now, at least. Perhaps a normal person would've been surprised, or in fact horrified, in her situation, but Violet was a smart girl and she'd noticed... changes in the past months. When she jumped, she jumped much higher than someone with her leg strength had any right to, for one. She no longer needed a bra to keep her chest from swaying, (in fact, she now needed a somewhat tight sports bra to keep them looking mostly normal, rather than as if they were being held up by an invisible pervert) she had notably less strength when pushing or pulling things, yet could lift things her arms would never really be okay with, and the many things usually thrown at her suddenly stopped. Literally, suddenly stopped, seeing as many a spitball headed towards her face fell flat just before reaching her quite literally right before her eyes. These changes were all gradual over the past 4 or so months, but it led to her almost expecting gravity to give up it's feeble attempts at holding her down. [Fight the power.] She sighed, and twisted herself so that her feet were beneath her and stood up. Er, stood down. Stood on the ceiling, that is, and reached for her PS Vita to continue her conquest of the Netherworld, seeing as she clearly wasn't going to school today, and playing her PS4 seemed like too much trouble given her orientation problems. She passed the day like this, switching back and forth to Pokemon and Fire Emblem as she got bored, when finally her brother came in to check on her.
Violet's year younger brother stared at his sister for a few moments, before turning around and walking back out, being sure to close the door behind him. 55 seconds later, her phone went right off the hook. Or more accurately, vibrated itself onto the floor before she could reach it. A few attempts at jumping for it later, she decided to just wait for the caller, almost certainly her mother, to come visit her. It took another two hours for her to get off work and come home, but finally she went to see her daughter laying with her back on the ceiling, waving at her once the door opened.
"When I was told you were all over the ceiling, this isn't exactly what I was expecting." That got Violet to laugh. She and her mother began talking about their day, Violet going on about how she finally defeated Prinny Baal and her mother complaining about her coworkers. This was the state of things when there was a knock on the door. Her mother left to answer it, and soon several people in immaculate suits were in Violet's room. She could hear someone talking with her mother and her brother, but couldn't make out the details. Several minutes and many more failed attempts to inject her with some kind of needle later, one of them left and came back with a rope. Several more minutes passed as the people in suits tried and failed to wrap the rope around Violet's waist. Just as she was about to snap from annoyance, her mother came in and explained the situation.
"We can't really take care of you now that you're like this and these people say they want to help you learn to control it." That was the gist of things, according to her mother. Reasonably upset but understanding that this was probably true, at least the part of her family not being able to care for her now that she was like... this, she relented. So, with an exasperated sigh, she took the rope and wrapped it around her own waist, careful to tie it tight several times and hold on with all her strength in case the knots came undone. Now fully prepared, the people in suits began pulling her behind them like a balloon, placing her with quite a bit of difficulty into a vehicle they had prepared outside. As the vehicle and its companions containing the other people in suits drove off, she waved goodbye to her home and family. The windows were blacked out, so she didn't see what she waved to, but she did so nonetheless. One of the people sitting with her tried to hand her the needle they had failed to use on her earlier, but she refused to take it. This caused a few moments of fighting as the person tried to force her to take the needle and inject herself, which ended in a very angry adult and a very annoyed Violet. Finally, the person in the suit tried threatening her. "You're going to take this shot or else."
"You've seen what happens when you try to touch me. As far as I can tell, nothing can touch me unless I try to touch it. What are you gonna do, shoot me?" They didn't have an answer for that.

- "They later tried. Didn't go very well."

Power:

Powers

Tier Zero:
Many drawbacks and none of the power. See Drawbacks below. This was her level when she was captured.
Has a natural vector-altering field that extends two inches (5.08 cm) from her body that reduces all vectors within it to zero. Any vectors applied to this field from outside that aren't zero are reduced to zero and rejected from the field. Or rather, since their vectors become zero, they simply stop at the field's edge.
Things are allowed into this field when she attempts to touch them.
In practical terms, anything that touches her is stopped dead in its tracks, but anything she touches acts as normal.
- "Annoying, but useful."

Tier One:
All Drawbacks now apply to her.
Field increases to five inches. (12.7 cm)
Can control up to three vectors within her field up to the level that they would naturally be if not for her field reducing them to zero.
Can allow things with vectors that aren't at zero into her field at will.
Naturally and unconsciously uses her power on herself as necessary to survive. The multitude of vectors this requires implies that she will eventually grow much more powerful, and/or that she would be much more powerful already if she didn't need to control the vectors required to allow air in and out, breathe, have her heart beat, allow electricity and chemicals to flow through her body, etc.
Can use her control of vectors to alter locational vectors, allowing for minor teleportation so long as what is being teleported is within her five inch field before teleportation. Can teleport things up to 10 feet (3.048 meters) away from her in a spherical radius.
- "Getting that teleportation was the greatest thing ever. I don't have to go to the bathroom anymore, I can teleport waste from inside my body directly into a toilet or underground. It's the best."

Tier Two:
Can now extend her field up to three feet (0.9144 meters) in any single direction as a three foot in diameter cylinder with extreme focus.
Teleportation range increases to a 15 feet radius. (4.572 meters) Can now teleport things that are within seven inches (17.78 cm) of her body.
Can now teleport somewhat larger objects like televisions.
- "A simple upgrade, but nice all the same. Sucks how hard it is to manipulate my field, though.

Tier Three:
Can now extend her field up to three feet (0.9144 meters) in every direction as a spherical form with intermediate focus.
Can now teleport anything within 10 inches (25.4 cm) of her body to anywhere within a spherical range with a radius of 25 feet. (7.62 meters)
Can now teleport medium sized objects such as bookshelves.
Vectors applied to her natural field (not her extended field) are now displaced elsewhere within the range of her teleportation instead of being rejected. For example: a gunshot to his head might create a bullet hole in a nearby wall or the force may be applied to somebody else within this range.
- "Getting better, if slowly. The omnidirectional upgrade and downgrade in effort needed were definitely nice."

Tier Four:
Can now extend her field up to five feet (1.524 meters) in every direction as a spherical form with mild focus.
Can now control a fourth vector at a time within her field.
Can now teleport anything within her field to anywhere within a spherical range that is 30 feet (9.144 meters) beyond her field.
Can now teleport other people.
Things with total vectors of zero are rejected by her field as if they had vectors.
Can now choose whether or not vectors applied to her natural field are displaced elsewhere within her teleportation range or are simply rejected.
- "Hell yeah, real progress, finally."

Tier Five:
Can extend her field to up to 0.310686 miles (0.5 km) from her body.
Can now manipulate five vectors at a time within her field.
Can teleport anything within her field to anywhere within 0.621371 miles (1 km) from her body.
Can now choose where vectors displaced by her natural field to within her teleportation range are displaced to.
Can now teleport things the size of a small building.
- "Mhmhmhmhmhmhmhm. Very nice."

Tier Six: (Final Tier)
Can now extend her field to 0.621371 miles, (1 km) from her body.
Can now manipulate all vectors simultaneously within her field so long as she has sufficient focus and skill.
Can now teleport things within her field to anywhere within 1.24274 miles (2 km) of her body.
Can now alter her own locational vectors to teleport herself.
Can now turn her power off. This does not affect her internal vector homeostasis.
Her internal vectors are now perfectly maintained subconsciously. In effect, this means she's immune to diseases, chemicals, radiation, etc. that manages to get through her field or that enters her while her field is down.
- "World, say hello to your new goddess. Give me cute girls and nobody gets hurt."

Drawbacks:

Tier Zero:
Can't turn it off.
All vectors within this field (natural field only, not consciously extended field) are zero.
Things with total vectors of zero applied to her field are allowed through without being rejected.
Things that enter her field are immediately stuck to her due to the displacement vector being zero.
Her weight vector is zero, making her totally weightless so she has to wear super-heavy anklets and/or wristbands that are large enough to escape her field.
- "Damnit. These weights are annoying. They chafe."


Tier One:
Can only teleport small objects such as cups or books.
Must constantly use her power to consciously manipulate vectors on herself in order to move. Otherwise her velocity vector of zero would prevent her from moving.
Must move at a consistent velocity or use her power to consciously manipulate vectors on herself in order to move. Otherwise her acceleration vector of zero would prevent her from moving/moving at varying velocities.
Must constantly use one slot of her controllable vectors on herself in order to move, otherwise she wouldn't be able to move because her force vector is zero.
Has to use all three of her consciously controlled vectors in order to move. (Force, Velocity, Acceleration.)
- "Daaaaaaamnnnniiiiiittttt. I may as well be powerless."

Tier Three:
Vectors applied to her natural field are displaced elsewhere. She cannot control where these vectors are displaced to.
- "This is really dangerous so hopefully nobody tries to shoot me or anything."

Weaknesses:
Things with zero vectors. (Pretty much nothing unless it was engineered to be that way, and even then making something have zero vectors is incredibly difficult if not impossible...)
Scalars.
Lack of weights to keep her from flying into space. (Technically she could alter her own weight vector to prevent this but she wouldn't be able to move since she wouldn't have all three slots.)
Own self.
Anything that would alter her homeostasis as this could easily kill her.

@DarkwolfX37 A power that allowed the owner to suggest/push someone to create or believe in a specific scenario would be quite cool, also potentially a lot evil!

@Thundercrash Looks fine to me, it's similar to Asuna's power but different enough for variety (I have no problem with similar powers anyways).

@SheriffLlama I like the changes, you're all set to go now.

@Airalin It's Shana! On a separate note it looks all good and I like the indirect way it's manifested so far.

I'll definitely have a character sheet done by tomorrow, but whether or not it gets accepted depends entirely on if the GM considers the downsides of realism I put in to be enough to counterbalance the higher starting level of power.
On a similar note, having a character comment on their CS is fun.
