Not my place to say as I'm not GM but having played most of the Dawn of War games I don't think it's really adequate preparation for the RP. This is much smaller scale and far removed from the sorts of conflicts those games covered. Battlefleet Gothic or Necromunda would be more directly relevant I think.

I'm abstaining from DC movies after the Bizarro afterbirth that was Justice League. From what I hear Aquaman would be a great movie if it didn't have Aquaman in it, and therefore wasn't bound at the hip to Zac Snyder's crimes against humanity.

@HeySeuss I get that much but I'd like an example maybe of what these worlds are actually like. Like, are they planets orbiting stars, or turtles flying through space, or crystal dimensional spheres or what? Is that a clearer question?

If permissible I could try my hand at both the firestarter and the vampire. The former for the fun character interactions, the latter just because I enjoy playing that sort of character.

I have a question about the cosmology of sorts: are there different worlds that characters are from? Are they called worlds? Would "homeworld" be an appropriate term to use? What kind of scale are we working at here? More information along this vein would be appreciated.

Hello hello, this looks just lovely. I've tried to get two RPs very similar to this off the ground with little success.

What roles need filling in our cast as it stands? I have a few ideas bouncing around. One is a Capital-A Anarchist freedom fighter, possibly some sort of chaos/fire-aligned beastie. Another is a Dark Elf that has a communion with the Weird Shit that lives in the Aether. Tentacles and slime and bad brainfeel abound. Last is a sort of effete aristocrat that is not-so-secretly a vampire. A clasically-trained bladesman that can also tap into blood magic, and yes I did recently replay Bloodborne why do you ask?

Anyway let me know if you think any of these would fit in.
