@Morden Man: I know that this isn't an "Ultimate" style game, like All-Star Marvel. If I were to hypothetically make an application for this game, would it be within the rules to apply for Lana Lang in her Insect Queen alias (the one that can morph herself into arthropods, not the villain versions)? I was doing some research on this and it seems like that part of her history is no longer canon (I'm more knowledgeable in Marvel lore than DC, so someone who knows this better can correct me). Therefore, I wasn't sure whether applying for this version would be within the rules. Just thought I would ask. :)
@Sep: Have we ever established whether our Nick Fury was like the original main-stream or the Ulitmate/MCU version?

Ah, makes sense. I thought about asking for Ultron and then I saw that rule and decided on something else. Maybe in future.
On another note, which version of Nick Fury are we using, original or Samuel L. Jackson?
I always imagined him as looking like the original, but I have not really controlled him yet.

Yes, that is the technical rule, but since this game has been going for longer than a year, I am willing to make some exceptions. If you have seen the roster, the Hero section is way larger than either W-t-L and Villains. Applying for Kingpin would be fine because he's an already established character, while I would need some convincing to accept villains that have not been already established (like Ultron).

Kingpin is also fine, but note what Natty said. There is already some pre-established lore for him (see Natty's post and Gowi's Black Cat application) and someone else has shown interest in him as well. So, just FYI.
For Ultron, I'm not quite sure we're ready for Ultron, but you could talk to @Gowi because he controls Ant-Man.

@Dedonus Quick question involving timing, since Riley's not really involved in the current event, I wanted to skip ahead in the timeline and cover her becoming a superhero and moving West before Season 2 picks up. Do we have a general idea of how long this event is going to last in game time so I have an idea of how to structure my next few RPs?
Sorry I had not answered yet. I a little emergency this morning.
There are still three "stages" of the story left: defeat Doctor Diplodoc and his allies, find a way to get rid of the domes, and find a cure.
The first one will be resolved in the IC within 24 hours (probably less than a day).
The second one might take a day.
The third would be an ongoing process, which might take a week.
