Allright Hammerman! That is a very young character. When it comes to abilities it looks good with most of the things, there is just one ability which raises some questionmarks for me.
It's this one:
"Ultimate Regeneration = Can heal to the point of regenerating missing body parts like hands or legs and even heads. Used first on Vol 3 when Marin lost her right arm."
Does this mean that the Leviathan have several heads? And how would one go about possibly defeating something which can regenerate their head? Just some more info on it would be goodies! Oh and also for the transformation itself how big the Leviathan actually is and if it has more limbs, heads than the common dragon.

When it comes to Yuuki's passive ability. "Like all isekai protagonists, he has the power to passively make cute girls that he interacts think of him fondly, with growing buds of affection blossoming within their hearts whenever he’s in their presence."
It has a very specific area of effect, being that it targets cute girls which he needs to interact with, and would be halted by just staying at a distance from him. To normal humans in the world, they would be drawn to Yuuki like fangirls would to a popstar. For good or worse!
When I read about his power, it didn't strike me as a sort of mind control power. It is more like a emotion inducing power in the sense it tries to have a person feel a peculiar way. I would rule it as not working on creations which fall into the cute girl sections if their characters in question tries to actively resist him. It is abit like Clara's powers to induce fear on people (she actually needs to succeed with her attacks), or Kyoran's berserk grenades which try draw out a persons fury (the gas needs to be inhaled).
In a sense some may call these mind powers, but as long as it is not a unavoidable domination spell kicking in I don't have any problem with it. As long as the player's behind the characters still have a say in how their character would do.
Oh and you know, Clara for one is a clever girl, she could try put her fingers into her ears to prevent this charmer from getting to her, I can also imagine it takes abit of time and interaction to build it up.

I don't have any issue with abilites that are powerful, but want to avoid one-hit's for this and things which would be unavoidable and sort of save-or-die type.
That being said I like and understand the concept, I have a friend whose a fan of Fist of the North Star. If that ability is just tweaked abit to not outright KO other creations he is ready to go.

How about these abilities have simply been severely weakened during his transition? A few examples of changes to give an idea of what I am meaning.
King-Selecting Sword, Caliburn – A radiant longsword. Its main power comes from the ability to project a beam of light capable of searing through a larger building the size of a warehouse, while it also bears some power to mend lesser wounds and may also empower the wielder to make them stronger and faster for a brief moment of time.
Origin-Guiding Light, Shen Shou Jing – A large shield with a reflective surface. This shield is strong enough to block and reflect powerful energy attacks directed at it at such as the light beam projected by the sword Caliburn. Or in the case of the modern world, block tank shells and mortar-fire.
Maker of Hell, Blaze Reaper – A scythe that burns with the flame of hell itself. Creates walls/lines of fire mid-air and on ground in the direction one swings it.
Thirteen Fates, Thirteen Lives, Thirteen Hopes – The crystallization of a certain cat goddess’s affection for Yuuki. Calls forth thirteen floating magical spears which be sent forwards towards the target.
Genocidal Trumpet of Ruin, AZRAEL – A trumpet made of pure power that drives all those that hear it into a berserk madness. (This power is fine mostly, it however may need some like limitation in terms of distance heard (warehouse/smaller park) sized noise.
Last Prayer in a Silent World, A Nameless Flower – The single flower found in a destroyed world. Can mend deep wounds if one spends time sitting down praying.
Heaven Perceiving Gear, Antikythera – A gear that enables one to bend the air around the wielder, allowing one to push, pull, and otherwise manipulate it. Creates a aura of air around him which either sucks people and things closer to it, or flings them away upon coming into contact with it.
