Tzi, who was unfortunately wearing a shirt for once, and Leon both offered their weapons for the stretcher as she had requested. She could tell they were reluctant to give up their arms, but hopefully they could book it for Orello without getting into more fights. She quickly assembled the stretcher, wrapping the sheet around the poles and securing it with suture then with the help of the bearers carefully loaded the wounded scout onto his improvised transport.

“Your assistance is appreciated. Now, make sure to keep ze patient steady as we travel and avoid jostling him”

She quickly collected her own journal and writing implement, stored them alongside the patient's journal in her bag and then hurried back to the rest of the troop columb. She kept a close eye on Wagnil’s condition as they traipsed through the rocky hills, while helping his bearers secure their footing whenever possible or adding a little bit of push or pull to get up slopes. It was a little way into the walk when she remembered to put her Vessel back on, plucking it from her bag and securing to once more around her wrist. While she was hopeful they wouldn’t run into more trouble it would be unfortunate to be caught without her vessel at hand. Or rather on her hand.
Sister Sophia

Location: the Park - Quenched Forest Cinders
Talking with: Jin Sunrise @floodtalon

That announcer and his infuriating joke making where instantly making her regret contacting him again. If it weren't for the fact that her very soul was in the communication device she would probably have crushed it in anger at her making light of her circumstances. At least he actually listened to what she had to say before disappearing without answering her question.

”what an asshole”

In the time between the announcer vanishing into the ether and his return Sophia and her mutant assistant scavenged the area around the base of the burning tree. Braving the heat she managed to find an Myrmidons corpses that was not chard to a cinder and managed to get something approximating a cooked meal out of it with her chain knives. Unlike her next opponent, she was far less concerned as to the morality of her food source having possibly been sentient. As Long as it wasn't human, then who cared.

By the time he got back she was far enough away from the fire that they could hear each other again. She politely stopped eating while they talked again.

In good news, there was indeed more supplies to be had, a 2k walk to the northwest wasn't to bad. Then there was the ‘gift’ and the requested work of getting the cam up high enough to take a look. She would mull that last over, but it really depended on how much fuel was at the supply cache.

”Thanks for the directions. I hope this gift is more helpful than the last one. I’ll give yom my answer when I get to the cache” After he signed off to take another call she pulled out the sealed bag from where it was sitting in her holster and examined the small pill inside. Such a pointless thing. Who would be so stupid as to take unlabeled medicine. She put it back and began her her march northwest, with the creature that was that stupid flowing alongside her. It was an odd looking kind of a walk, with the mutated arm acting as a kind of third leg, she had found that walking with it was better than trying to drag it along the ground or hold it aloft. It still disgusted her.

She was still in sight of the tree when she was contacted again about her opponent having linked coms with her. Hopefully that meant that they did not yet know where she was, giving her time to reach the supplies. That should take about 25 minutes or so.

(linked)

”That depends if they are human. I’d rather not have a xenos screaming in my ear the whole time.”

”Also before you go, you mentioned Clotho brought somewhere with her when she was summoned, do all the other monsters you summoned have fortresses full of minions like she did?”

That would suuuuuuck. She didn’t consider that she might have one too as she was from this world, whereas most of the things she had seen in the starting room had most certainly not been.
Naija

level: 4
day/time: day 2 - morning
Location: Mama’s kitchen
Interacting with: @Holy Soldier Mama, @Lmpkio Samus

Naija, unawares that negotiations had more or less completed peacefully in the other room, saw this as an excellent opportunity to deliberate their opponent so that the team could take him out easier.

”I think I have just the things”

She had some things in her inventory that she had not dumped along with all the foor earlier, main because it was both dangerous and basically worthless in any situation but this one. She hadn't even thought about it up until now. Both taken from the ruins of Mithalas, ancient rotting meat that had been sitting pointlessly in her inventory for all this time and rainbow mushrooms, which some of it’s citizens had used as an escape while their civilization was consumed (literally) by madness. Mixing these with a basic vegetable soup she made poison and rainbow soup both of which were poured into the pot. That should be quite the trip for Wario.

Her home ingredients provided she began exploring the rest of the kitchen, marveling at all the cooking tools and different ingredients that were held within. While she tried to avoid being annoying the temptation to push buttons on the various microwaves, blenders and other devices around the kitchen was to much. As a result the kitchen was occasionally graced with small gasps of amazement and brief activation of various appliances. Due to Mama’s short stature it was all set up in such a way that Naija’s crouched posture was way less inconvenient than it usually was, which was a nice change of pace.

”This place is amazing Miss Mama. I gotta come back here when those two are gone”

After accidentally blinding herself with one, deku nuts were added to the pot, one conveniently stunning the octo when it tried to escape again.

”I don’t actually know what most of this stuff is without tasting it. Samus you recognize anything that might be particularly nasty?”

She asked the armored warrior before she hops up next to Mama. there she begins to sing softly, winding the verse into the food in the pot, stirring it with her voice and thus making it more than a sum of its parts by adding supernatural spice to the vile concoction.

This probably needs a little work but here is my char at the moment. backstory has a few to many vague points for my liking, suggestions on nefarious organisations and secret stuff would be good. i have no idea why the app put an asset in the inventory section. it also, amusingly, fired me from being unemployed and then i got unemployed again.

Howlite

When the mission started Howlite was on top of the world with joy at being trusted with this mission. Her own ship! It was an honor for any gem to be trusted with one of Homeworld's vessels and for the duration of the mission it’s maintenance and piloting where all down to her. If she didn’t screw this up maybe she would get to keep it after she finished transporting the scientists and their cohort of troops to and from Earth.

It was about 30 seconds before the alarms started that Howlite knew she fucked up.

She was in the middle of the main control room of the ship, standing motionless and plugged into control console with her mechanical limbs. It was an old ship, and she was sure she had thoroughly checked through everything before they set off, but apparently the ship’s anti-grav was even more antiquated than she had initially thought. After millennia of work it just couldn't handle the type of approach she had plotted and as a result had overheated from the strain of stopping them from plunging down the gravity well. As it was they were currently plummeting into the atmosphere uncontrollably as Howlite tried to get the ship to restart the anti-grav system, the maintenance drones of the ship dumping foam over the red hot system to try and cool it down.

It was once her attempts to salvage the descent into anything remotely looking like a normal landing that she let the alarms through and panic spread throughout the ship. She was so going to be shattered for this. She was in the middle of dramatically going down with her ship when Chromite, one of the soldiers, broke her from her self pity by shouting at everyone.

"Howlite, is there anything you can do? It would be best if we landed on wet ground!"

It was kind of inspiring to see her and Moonstone the try to protect the others with their shields, as if they could simply parry the planet towards which they were falling. It reminded her that she couldn’t let them all die from her incompetence. She responded with as much confidence as she could muster.

Working on it! The earth has lots of water, if I angle the Ship right we can splash down instead of smash down!

That and try to cool the anti-grav down for one last push. There was little chance of that while they roared through the upper atmosphere, the hull super-heating from reentry but once they had started to decelerate she finally managed to cool it down enough with all the remaining foam to use it to change their descend from a steep plummet to a more horizontal glide. They still had way too much momentum and the reactor explode about halfway through the maneuver, but they were going to make it, though there wouldn’t be much ship left after this.

Hold on to something and brace for impact! make sure you protect your gem!

question, I have to say, i really like this character generator. I might use it in future purely for the career events to ad some flavor to my chars.

as it is i am probably going with this one as an airdropping sneaky werewolf that is hunted for inherited debts/part of their inheritance that the relative was killed for.

also quick question, where do you get the + and - for the faction associations in the assets part? edit: or is that just a case of reading the lore and assigning values our selves so that they are similar to the example sheet.

Iris took ‘a few steps’ back a bit further than intended and ever so ‘subtly’ legged it back to the chief to hid behind him. Not that it helped much.

The effect was terrifying as Sabu manifested a great specter of a many headed dragon, or perhaps a manifestation of the idea of dragons, whose gaze bored into her very soul and pinned her in place. She felt like a minuscule spec in an uncaring cosmos at the mercy of beings far more powerful than herself who did not care that she existed. It was horrifying. Maddening. Fortunately it was over relatively quickly. She was not sure how long she could have endured it.

In the aftermath she was left gasping for breath in compensation for the breathing difficulties the effect had created.

"Please. Never do that again."

She noticed that the chief had not been affected as much as her. Because he had power, because he had evolved. She needed to gain that power so she would never feel that helpless again, and the first step to that was to find out if magic would be a good path to that.

"Can we go for that magic testing now, if we are done with” she avoided saying showboating ”demonstrations?"
