Francis sure as hell isn't the most intimidating man in the world. While he would be more scary if he wasn't so short that women stand equally to him, he mostly presents himself as a friendly person. He's always smiling, and seemingly always has a good mood. He has a friendly aura that disarms all but the most hardy of people. He carries himself with such a carefree attitude that it's impossible to feel intimidated by the man (Unless you're really racist). Francis takes short choppy steps whenever he moves, and usually keeps his hands deep inside of his pockets. His speech is quick, and usually has a playful, child-like feel to it, and he speaks with a thick foreign accent. Sometimes it's hard to understand him because of his speed, and accent.
As stated before, Francis isn't very tall. He's about one inch above the female average, and that is because of rather unfortunate genes. Where Francis is short, he makes up for it in build. He has the build of a runner, because that was one of his activities in highschool. He also makes an effort to bulk up in his spare time by hitting the gym, and jogging. Picking up free running is what helps. His legs are easily the most well-toned part of his body, having the calfs of a basketball player, and some really bulky thighs. His arms aren't as muscular, but you can tell he's been lifting. He doesn't have washboard abs, but he has been doing sit-ups. He looks like the type that can run like the literal wind.
Francis is a proud Haitian by blood. Born in raised in the country, Francis' skin is a very dark color from being out in the sun for most of his life. His features are pretty consistent with those descendant from African. Not even taking account his skin-color, his facial features, and hair texture, are pretty in line for African people. Speaking of his hair, he keeps it in thick, bushy dreadlocks.
Personality
Eh, I'll write this later. Francis is your run of the mill nice guy.
Backstory
Francis was a boy born in Haiti in the summer of 97'. He was born to one of the few families of the poor country that could e considered "middle class." Being people who worked in the tourism sector, they had enough money to put food on the table for each and every one of Francis' older brothers and sisters (His siblings being Claudette, Edward, and Jean). Francis took an interest in playing soccer with the older kids growing up, but he was never old enough to play with them. So, he merely practiced all on his own.
Though, life for Francis changed during the eventful month of January 2010... the month where the Haiti earthquake took place. After the Haiti Earthquake blew over... there wasn't much for the Jean-Pierre family to do because their house and jobs were all destroyed in the earthquake. They were fortune enough to have enough money and time to migrate to America. It was a culture shock, to say the least, because Francis' only experiences with Americans were the tourists. They arrived in Philadelphia. Before long they opened up a Caribbean-style restaurant called "Jean-Pierre Seafood!"
Since he was around highschool age when this happened, Francis was enrolled into his local High School. While his grades were nothing special, his athletic ability was what got him a name. He first joined the school's basketball team, and eventually made a name for himself on the tracks. His seemingly endless supply of energy is what turned him into a blur on the field. And on the side, Francis picked up parkour.
After graduating school, Francis went to work at his parents restaurant to save up money for college.

| In-Depth Appearance |
Charlotte is a "healthy" girl. From years of lazing around, gorging herself on sweets, and not getting exercise, the girl has definitely put on a bit of baby-fat. She's got a bit of a gut that's surrounded with stretch marks, and other unattractive features. This body weight has certainly given her arms and legs a little thickness, and her thighs have greatly widened. However, she could say that it has made a normally flat-chested, thin-as-a-rail, girl curvier, as her bust (42E) and butt have greatly been enhanced. Her body-weight have given her body an apple-shape, where her chest, waist, and hips have similar measurements. Though, what stops her from being a complete slob is the fact that she's a few inches above average (at five-eight), and she's been working out to lose this weight. She's to the point where she isn't morbid... but, still fat enough to attract a chubby chaser.
Charlotte is French, if the name didn't give it away. A pureblooded French-woman to her name. She has an air of nobility around herself because of the way she walks, and what she wears. However, she is prim and polite at all times, and instead emanates a friendly aura rather than one you'd attribute to French. Her skin is pretty pale from the lack of sunlight. Charlotte's hair is a dark-brown color, and is styled in a braid.
Her outfit is pretty classy, and school-girl-y (Other people have said that she dresses like a Librarian). She wears a very modest button up shirt, with a skirt of some short as legwear. She's pretty much blind without her glasses. Often times wearing jeans, and long pants that cover up a lot of leg.
| Abilities | Elemental-Imbuing.
Charlotte has a pretty unique power, with concentration she can infuse anything she can get her hands on with a Metahuman ability relating to manipulating the elements. It'll take her some time to do so, but once she does, she can give anything a power. She could create a stick that has pyrokinetic abilities, a book that can shoot lightning, and so on. Whenever she does this, the object she imbued her power with will change appearance. Depending on the element she utilized, the object can be surrounded by fire, made out of stone, or surrounded with raging winds. However, regardless of what she imbues an object with, it'll be light as it normally is to her, and the flames or electricity won't bother her. All because of an aura that defends herself from it's direct effects. She limits her ability to only imbuing her staff with superpowers rather than random objects she can get her hands on. Imbuing objects with powers takes time. This power is reliant on what she has a personal connection with, which alters the time necessary to imbue. Her staff is, for example, is very treasured to her, so it'd take a few moments to imbue with an elemental ability. It'd also be easy for her to imbue her favorite book, cellphone, etc. While it'd take a few minutes to give a random stick on the ground superpowers. This relies on movements, she can't just hold a stick and expect a fire-storm to come out! She has to wave it around to do what she wants it to do.
At the moment, she has only three possible elements at her disposal, and can learn more:
Plant-Manipulation.
Charlotte has a connection to plants by imbuing objects with plant powers. It'll be coated with vines and roots, and other flowers. She can sense them in the immediate area, and instinctively gain information about them (which part of their life cycle they're in, what kind of plant they are, etc, etc) long as she's holding the object. Now, Charlotte can do the usual manipulation of plants other than herself. She can freely manipulate the growth and size, and exercises precise control over them. Making them grow to exponential levels in mere seconds. She can control wood, vines, plants, moss and fungus, and parts of the plants, such as leaves, seeds, fruits and flowers. She can use the plants around her to both attack and defend herself from harm. Not too much to describe here, since you should already know what she can do. This is the ability she knows how to use the best.
Air-Manipulation.
The object will be surrounded with raging air-currents, no changes to outward appearance, but it's definitely noisy. Charlotte has the power over the mighty winds. Pretty simple if you watched Avatar the Last Airbender. He can throw air in a variety of forms; a gust to knock someone down, tornadoes. But she can do plenty of out of the box things too. Such as telekinesis by bending the air around an object, use it to shoot objects off with more force, and minor sound manipulation. It also gives her the ability to flyyyy like an eagle. Not super good at it because she just learned it. If you're asking how all this works: it just works.
| Limitations |
Now, while Charlotte's ability is quite incredible, she is no where near as powerful as most standard elemental users. Her control lacks the precision and power of a dedicated elemental-type, and nothing will be able to change that. She is more of a jack-of-all trades, she can do a lot, but not as good. Now, it takes a little while before Charlotte can imbue an object with an element of choice. It depends on Charlotte's emotional connection to the object. If it's something close to her (such as her staff) then it'll take a few moments. If it's a random stick she picked up off the street, it'll take a little while. Which means if she's separated from her staff, she'll be put at odds. Oh, yeah, she can only imbue one object at a time with a single element. Though, she can just delete the imbuing and replace it with another element of choice. And just for balance reasons; she can't imbue the same object with different elements, doesn't know how to use them right off the bat, and if the object is broken it loses it's imbue.
| Equipment |
Charlotte always carries around a special staff that was custom-made for her. It's made out of a ebony-wood that's been painted black. It's around six-feet tall exactly, and it has metal balls made out of a painted gold on each end. It can be used as a blunt weapon, but it's mostly used so Charlotte can infuse it with an element. It's easy for her to infuse powers with it.
| Personality |
Charlotte is a very dedicated and hard-working young girl. Very studious, and ambitious. She looks ahead towards the future instead of lingering in the past. Though, she is fairly timid, and clumsy. She is pretty excitable, and reckless... which leads to a deadly impulsiveness. While Charlotte has the best interests at heart, she tends to be overbearing, and puts her own feelings above her friends, or not think about the long term consequences of her actions. Thus, not even consider what she's doing is wrong. This overzealous attitude is most likely her biggest hurdle. Also, Charlotte has a great interest in weapons such as swords and spears, and is often seen spouting trivia of them.
| Place Of Origin |
Marseille, France.

| History |
Charlotte was born as the daughter of two French politicians that are supporters of the Powerbound Alliance. Two of the people that helped bring prominence of the organization in France. The Bellerose family has a wealth of their own from international trade, so they were already born well off. Charlotte was born in Marseille as the oldest sister of a group of four (Oddly enough, all her sisters names start with B except for her). They were born well off, and had all the money to make their dreams come true as her parents raked in the dough. As Charlotte grew up, she showed a surprising interest in sports with weapons because of her fascination with the sort. Fencing was a fairly easy to pick up because of the many fencing camps in Europe (She was able to get top of the line fencing camp, and came back nearly a master). Though, she had a niche interest in Bōjutsu, and was able to find a class, fortunately, in the staff-based fighting style.
Once Charlotte was sixteen however, her Metahuman ability manifested. It happened while she was practicing her Bōjutsu, and the stick suddenly covered in roots. She looked at it in surprise, but the roots disappeared. Over the next few days, Charlotte had incidents with these roots until she figured out that she had developed a power of some sort. She figured out that she could imbue objects with superpowers - plant based at the time. She told her parents, and they set her up to join the Powerbound Academy in America... but, Charlotte declined, having no interest in superheroics. Instead, she trained with her ability on her own until she "unlocked" a new power: Air Manipulation. Suddenly, she could cast tornados, and ride on her Bo as if she was a witch riding a broom.
It was a golden age that came to a tragic-end, however. One night, while her parents were sleeping, an assassin came by and killed both of them. The assassin vanished without a trace, so it was impossible for the Bellerose siblings to tell what even happened until morning came, and Charlotte's younger sister came to see why her parents didn't get out of bed. Her sister was traumatized, and the Police Nationale were called.
A thorough investigation took place since it was a French politician, after all, but no leads were found, and the Police Nationale essentially had given up. Which left Charlotte with a shattered family, and no where to go... but, she was contacted by a mysterious benefactor known only as the "Spider." Charlotte met one of his cohorts in a sleazy French club, where she was informed by the assassination came from the very people that her parents supported: Powerbound. That it was an inside job by corrupt Powerbound Agents.
Charlotte was given definite proof, and was told that if she wants to get justice for her parents, she will have to join the Powerbound Academy and spy on them for her benefactor (For their help, of course). Charlotte didn't want anything to do with Powerbound, but had no choice but to if she was going to get to the bottom of this. To America she goes.

Charlotte is really good at Fencing, and Bōjutsu.
I don't know her exact name, but according to the Photographer's DA, her name is Asia.
"Sabrina here... I kinda wish my name was Daphne Gray, but such is life."

⦕ A P P E A R A N C E
"This green hair is super useful, y'know. It makes people dismiss you as a punk."
Much like her older sister, Sabrina is punkish in some ways. However, she's much more classy about it. The only thing you can really say is punk about Sabrina is her lime-green (with streaks of yellow) colored hair. Her hair is pretty well maintained, and is well-groomed. Naturally straight, Sabrina's hair comes down past her shoulders. Her hair isn't particularly styled in any manner other than straight. It just flows from underneath her beanie. Sabrina walks with a strut, swaying her hips with every step. She is the kind of girl that takes large steps, and keeps her hands either on her hips, or in her pockets with every step. Depending on who she wants to impress. She has a generally casual demeanor as she walks around. She is fairly quiet, and almost mousy.
Sabrina is much more graceful than her sister. Instead of being rough, Sabrina has grace. Which comes at the cost of not being as toned as her sister. Sabrina's build is, instead, much more lithe and slender from merely doing yoga instead of sports, and the sort. She doesn't have any muscles on her, nor any large amounts of body-fat. Which is exactly how Sabrina likes it. Sabrina is also fairly tall at five-ten, and has a fairly thin build. She isn't very fond of being so tall, because she is rarely approached by cute boys whom are intimidated by her height. Her bust size isn't anything special, being 32B. She fears it's because she's so tall that she looks flat. Her behind isn't anything to write home about, either.
Sabrina appears to be Caucasian, but she is actually mixed. Her mother is French and Scottish, when her father is Brazilian. She has Portuguese settlers in her blood, but she is distantly African (Very distantly).

"You want to know the real Ms. Gray? Let me tell start..."
⋗ M A I N G O A L ⫻ Sabrina's main goal in life has always been... Well, she tries to make everyone believe that she wants excel in every field, but what she really wants to do is be like her sister. Partying, making friends, and trying new things. She's tired of being her parents favorite. Just enjoy life the way she wants.
⋗ P H I L O S O P H Y ⫻ Sabrina's philosophy on life is a more bitter one. One that revolves around keeping her head down, and believing that some things just can't be done. She has a "every man's an island" mindset, more or less. That she stays out of the affairs of things (whether it's other people, or politics) that don't concern her, and live life the best she can. Find happiness with what she has, instead of reaching out to unrealistic lengths to achieve it.
⋗ S E C R E T S ⫻ Well, this is something I'd rather go into on the IC...
⋗ D E S I R E S ⫻ Sabrina desires truth, and finding a life for herself. She doesn't want to live her life on other people's terms, or how they think she should live. She just wants to find her own brand of happiness. Regaining control of her life.
⋗ S E X U A L I T Y ⫻ Asexual. Sabrina was never the type that was interested in sex... Romance on the other hand, she is perfectly fine with that. She finds herself attracted to guys that are good looking, and confident, the kind of guy that takes the scene by the horn. They never understand that she is asexual, however.
⋗ F E A R S ⫻ Sabrina has always had a vivid fear of gore. From watching a horror movie from a young age, she tends to go into a fit of pure anxiety whenever she sees even fictional depictions of graphic violence. Sabrina also fears losing control of her life, and - worse - starting from the beginning. She feels like she has worked hard to get where she is, damned if she's going to start all over again.
⋗ R E P U T A T I O N ⫻ Sabrina has a rather solid reputation of being the town's prodigy. She has experienced much praise and whatnot in her hometown, from both adults, and peers. She also enjoyed being one of the queen bees in her school.
⋗ P E T P E E V E S ⫻ People who talk constantly, talk over everyone else, and interrupt her, are the bane of her existence. She might also lash out towards them. Along with people who always find something to complain about.
⋗ Q U I R K S ⫻ Sabrina doesn't quite respect people's personal space. She has the oddest quirk of touching people. Rather excessively. In conversation, she may put her hand on someone's shoulder or chest. Or she might ask to touch someone's hand. It's the weirdest thing she does, that has zero sexuality behind it.
⦕ B A C K S T O R Y
"There's not a whole lot to say here... I touched one piano and now everyone thinks I'm some sort of Ray Charles."
Sabrina was born in the same close knit Oregon community as her older sister. To the same rather illustrious scientific parents. Life was looking pretty average for her. Though, things began for Sabrina when she first touched a piano at three (it wasn't even a piano, but a play keyboard). It wasn't much, but the infant child was able to replicate songs that she heard on the TV fairly well (provided that they somewhat piano based). Which is what made her parents record her, and save it, helping her growing interest in music develop. Up until she became a local celebrity merely by appearing on the local news. Bringing her to the forefront.
This changed the way that she grew up quite a lot. For starters, it distanced her from her older sister since she wasn't as "talented" as Sabrina. The divide between the two eventually grow so much that they barely even recognized that the other had existed. Going down separate paths. Zoey took the path of a punk, while Sabrina became a popular, successful, girl in school. Reaching the top of the social ladder... but, could only help but feel dissatisfied about all of it. No matter how much success she has reached in bands, she could only feel like it wasn't for her.
Around this time, her older sister was kicked out of the house, but it was fairly easy finding her. Sabrina went to Zoey for advice on how to be her own person... and then she took her to the parties that the kids were throwing in her hometown. It was awkward at first, but she adjusted rather quickly. Eventually becoming one of the regulars there. Dying her hair and adopting a similar style to her sister in order to blend in. Needless to say, her parents were less than pleased, and grounded her before she could throw her young life away.
The holidays were coming up... and Sabrina heard of a group gathering of friends at a ski resort (How cool was that?). Zoey snuck her out of the house to head there.

"Skills? Where do I start? Mom and Dad keeps saying I'm a prodigy, but I've yet to see that I'm anymore than an average girl. Just one that's good at stuff other people aren't."
⋗ Piano ⫻ Sabrina started Piano at an extremely young age, and demonstrated skill that put her on par with adults. Growing up through the ages, her ability to put any song into piano has been a talent that has been reported on news outlets. Recently, out of dissatisfaction with her talent, she hasn't exactly been practicing it anymore.
Wendy is a rather unremarkable teenage girl. Much to her chagrin, Wendy hasn't exactly been blessed with the feminine charms that'd hook boys to her. She's very lacking in the boobage and butt area, her body just lacks curves. Her chest is flat, to the point where she contemplates whether or not she even needs a bra. What doesn't help either is her height. She stands at the male average, and very little boys are interested in a girl that's as tall as them. People get the impression that her mother just had to be an Amazon. She has a square build with little hips, she's very skinny and lithe. Mixed with her height, one could mistake her for a swimmer. Just in an attempt to make herself more striking, Wendy wears her hair quite long. Her flowing mane of black hair is at least waist length, and rather unkempt. Many people have commented on her bad grooming skills. However, she has some bangs over her forehead. Now, Wendy is a girl that is somewhat distinct for her ethnicity. She is mixed, she's part French, and part Japanese. However, Wendy appears 100% Caucasian. Her skin is a modest beige color, that isn't pale nor tan. Her square facial features are more consistent with Irish people. What betrays this is her obviously slanted eyes, that only very observant people would be able to tell. Now, Lucy has a rectangle-shaped face. Her nose is medium sized, has a droopy shape, but is otherwise has well proportioned nostrils, nose-bridge, etc. It matches her thin lips that haven't been touched by lipstick once. Wendy's ears are crescent shaped, and medium-sized. Eyes are a unremarkable brown color, and are roundish-almond shaped.
Wendy isn't particularly stylish, she's very modest, or schoolgirl like. However, she dresses like a detective. She's never seen without a trench coat of some sort that has tons of pockets. Underneath this, she wears a button up or any manner of shirt. Usually, her shirts are white, and her trenchcoats are tan. Wendy isn't picky about her legwear, and they can range from skirts, to cargo pants, to jeans. Though, skirts are her main thing. Her eyes are hidden behind a pair of circular, thin-framed, glasses.
Skills/Talents:
Skills? Well, Wendy don't have too many skills because she heavily invested herself in reading. Her primary skill is the result of a very creative and imaginative mind - drawing. Wendy has dedicated herself to art. Other than that, her love of reading has really made her quite intelligent and perceptive (She reads all sorts of books). As for sports, Wendy is into Tennis.
Brief Backstory:
Wendy was born in Stadium City as the daughter of Ewan and Kumiko many years after his first wife was killed in a Metahuman attack. Wendy lived a rather sheltered life, since she was naturally adverse to social interaction. She'd rather read a book or two than have a conversation with someone. However, she wasn't Ewan's first child. Oh no, her sister was the troublesome Diana Lucker. After the death of his first wife, he sent Diana to Verthaven to live with her grandparents. Now Diana came back into her life, who became a miscreant, a thug, a punk - who hung out with all the wrong people, and gambled, while in Verthaven. A changed woman from the little girl that Ewan sent off. Despite their differences, the two sisters are quite close - even though one wants the other to change their ways. However, Diana manifested superpowers while in Verthaven due to the Black Fall Effect, the ability to control paper. She started getting involved with local Metahuman gangs, and committing crimes on a grander scale. Diana was picked up by NEST, and gotten in juvie several times. It wasn't long before Wendy manifested powers of her own - secretly - and touched Diana. Their nervous-systems lit up with the green Metahuman energy, before the flash of light disappeared and Wendy had the same power as Diana, with little clue that she had replicated it.
Her parents (and by that extent, NEST) assumed that she simply had the same exact power as her sister. Diana and Wendy got much closer, as the two trained to use their powers together. Finding out some creative ways to use it. However, Diana then took Wendy along to meet her friends, and when they shook hands, their hands started glowing with the Metahuman energy. That's when Wendy gained Pyromancery (Albeit a slight version), and it turned out that she was a Replicator. She talked about it with her parents, and they decided, for her sake, that they keep this a secret, and tell everyone that Paper Manipulation is her only power. However, Diana got in a load of trouble with NEST during a crime-spree (And she was shot in the ass by a sniper). NEST said that if Diana joins the Academy program (Going to Academy 218), and adjusts her attitude, then she won't go to jail. Wendy herself was sent to the camp after a disagreement over a late library book escalated into a fight (That ruined almost every book in that library), and she was arrested.
Little did she know, she was walking into a Summer Camp full of juvenile delinquents.
Power Information
Power Class:
Power/Elemental
Power: Elemental Power-Replication.
Powers work very similarly to each other, in theory. She has the power to copy another Metahuman's power long as they have another Elemental-type ability. It works by absorbing a little bit of their Metahuman energy, and by that extent it's contact based. How long Wendy holds contact with a Metahuman dictates how much of the power she replicates. Brushing up against someone will give her an ability so weak that it's useless. While extended contact will grant her the full ability. Of course, there are a few differences between the owner's and her replicated ability as it will "mutate" as it goes from one person to another. The largest difference is that it runs off "fuel" (I.E. The Element that she uses). Whenever she uses her power she uses up a bit of the element that she has inside of herself, and once it runs out, she's powerless. She can absorb the element into her body to keep using the fuel. Maxine can store powers she used before inside of herself (Up to three). She is limited to one power at a time, and in order for her to switch power, she would need to absorb some of said element. Of course, if she finds a Metahuman that uses the same element as one of her copied powers - both powers will merge, and Wendy will get a boost.
Paper Manipulation & Mimicry/Ink Manipulation & Generation.
Wendy has her sister Diana's power copied (Read her sheet for details). This is Wendy's "main" power, and the one she's the most familiar with. So far, Wendy has exceeded her sister in usage of it. Like the rest of the abilities she copies it runs off "fuel", and she has to absorb paper to keep using it.
Fire Manipulation.
Wendy has a minor form of pryomancery which she accidentally gained during her miss adventures after shaking hands with it's owner. She can't produce a firestorm, but she can throw a fireball at someone the size of a baseball, and shoot streams of fire. Like her other power, she has to absorb fire to keep using it. It comes with an immunity to heat.
Limits:
As it was mentioned above, Wendy can store up to three elemental abilities inside of herself. However, once she reaches that limit, she'll have to discard one ability for another. She doesn't have the level of skill to choose yet, so it'll be random. Wendy can only use one power at a time. In order to switch to a different power, she has to absorb some of the Element. I also mentioned running off fuel, so it's very possible that she'll run out of powers. The biggest limit is that she has no clue how to use a power from the start. She has to figure out how to use it herself, or get taught how to use it. Again, she inherits the limits of the owner. Go see Diana's sheet for the limits. Though, I should note that she's only really skilled with Diana's power from years of using it. If she loses it, then she'll basically be using a weapon she doesn't know. Her Fire Manipulation is very weak, and she can only control a small amount of flame, and send it like fifteen feet of herself.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
Whenever Wendy copies an ability, she is "locked" into the power until she figures out how to use it. Even if she accidentally copies a power by brushing up against someone, she'll be locked. Which can be a problem if she's locked into a power that's useless (or has no clue how to use). Just to reiterate Diana's weaknesses, while using Paper Manipulation, Wendy will be extra flammable, and she can't use paper that's soaked/burned. Her pyromancery dehydrates her, and she's still weak against the byproducts of fire (I.E smoke and shit).
Relationships
Family:
Euan Lucker - Father Kumiko Lucker - Mother Diana Lucker - Sister (Has Paper Manipulation & Mimicry)
Dynamics:
Diana Lucker | Mixed | Sister | "I love Diana... but she really needs to chill out. Dad says I should really stop listening to her." |
Other
A very friendly individual, albeit a tad stressed. She is known to be a passionate, dedicated, and adventurous, youth that treats people well. Though, she be a bit overly judgement, and narrow-minded, at times. She seems to be more interested in pursuing her own hobbies than interacting with other people.
Wendy brought her some book collection with her to keep her occupied. If anyone touches it, then they will be castrated with a paper airplane.
Wendy is also an avid Photographer. She carries around her black Canon PowerShot SX410 IS 20-0 Megapixel Digital Camera. She'll be seen taking all sorts of pictures (Mostly of scenery, but of people, too). Touch that if you also wish to get castrated.

Physical Appearance:
Wendy feels like she was shafted by the puberty stick. While the rest of her friends turned into bombshells once they hit puberty, Wendy feels like she was given pre-teen girl looks. She has a banana body-shape, where her shoulders are the same width as her hips, she has little to no curves, and her build is more flat and athletic than she liked. Where she wishes that she had a more "womanly" hour-glass body type. Her chest is so flat that she feels like she doesn't need a bra (In which she omits at times), and she doesn't even have a behind to make up for it. Hell, she feels like the first person with a "negative bra size." What doesn't help is the fact that Wendy is tall. Like, she stands up there with the boys. All because of genes inherited from her mother that made her so tall. She doubts that boys are really interested in tall girls. It's one of the many things that Wendy feels self-conscious about. She just feels like she isn't "womanly" enough.
To help combat this, Wendy wears her hair out a bit longer than average, and it does what is intended; it gives Wendy a more pronounced feature. Her hair is long, she has a lot of it, and it goes down to her waist, and flows very well. Her flowing mane of wavy black hair is cleaned and maintained to the best of her ability. However, it's not the best groomed due to Wendy's horrid grooming abilities. While she stands out due to her hair, people from all over insult her grooming ability. Now, onto her build, like I said before, Wendy has a banana body-shape. Her build is very skinny, and well-toned, from all the exercise she gets. She has a lithe swimmer's build - which is more accurate than one would believe because she actually is a swimmer. Her legs seem to be the most well toned (And lengthy) part of her body - though, she isn't one to flaunt her legs (Because she feels like she doesn't have any).
Wendy always had that nerdy, "librarian" look to her. It's mostly due to her rather mousy demeanor, her clothing choice, and the fact that she wears glasses. Her lack of fashion sense also contributes to this vibe people gather. Her facial features accentuate to this. Her square facial features are more consistent with French people. Her facial shape almost identically matches a French woman - with a bit of European in there. What betrays this is her obviously slanted eyes, that only very observant people would be able to tell. Now, Wendy has a rectangle-shaped face. Her nose is medium sized, round, and has a droopy shape, but is otherwise has well proportioned nostrils, nose-bridge, etc. It matches her thin lips that haven't been touched by lipstick once. Wendy's ears are crescent shaped, and medium-sized. Eyes are a unremarkable brown color, and are roundish-almond shaped. Though, Wendy's jaw-line is squared, and it's a little thick. It gives way to her rather round chin, and her round, "baby cheeks." Her lips are a tad thicker than she expected, with a pointed lip-shape, both her lips are much thicker than expected.
I almost forgot her genealogy! Wendy is, if you haven't gathered as much, mixed. Her father was super French, and it shows in her French facial features. However, the other countries shine in her hair, and other small features. Such as the layer of freckles that speckle her face, and the rest of her body. However, her mother provides her Japanese side. These only subtly change her European facial features into something more Asianic. The only major change in appearance her Asian genes present is her aforementioned slanted eyes. Her skin is a modest beige color, that isn't pale nor tan due to the fact that Wendy seemingly gets the bare minimum to avoid either. Though, she has a couple scars on her.
Attire:
Her round, thin-framed, glasses is what gives Wendy a sophisticated look. Some people wonder just where Wendy got her sense of fashion from. Because it was definitely not from her peers, or anyone. She doesn't really have a particular style other than incredibly modest. She doesn't wear any outfits that show skin. At all. She'll be caught dead in such an outfit. Instead, she dresses like a librarian, schoolgirl, or a detective. So she'll wear any kind of shirt (usually modest white button ups, and white blouses), and some legwear. She also likes to wear flowing trench coats. Wendy was never one that enjoyed wearing pants, so she simply omits them for skirts, and dresses, and whatnot. Though, Wendy enjoys wearing summer dresses. However, despite her dislike for pants, she'll wear them if the situation calls for it. Though, she really dislikes wearing athletic outfits. However, regardless of what Wendy is currently wearing, she tends to keep a brown leather satchel around her shoulder. This acts as Wendy's "purse" as this is where she keeps her items such as a book or two to read, her cellphone, and her camera.
Personality
Innate & Outward Personality:
A tad eccentric, it's been that way since Wendy was a young one.
Initially, Wendy was an introverted girl that is geeky, self-conscious, and didn't really mesh well with other people. She usually stuck to herself, and didn't really interact with people. This stemmed from a lack of confidence in herself, and being very shy. However, since she manifested her power, she's much more confident, and willing to talk to people than ever before. This comes from spending her time around a group of rather extroverted people, and her sister. She's much more comfortable and open around other people. She's kind, cheery, and almost chipper. She'll be seen laughing, and talking quite a lot, as she's much more playful and sarcastic than once thought. People around her quickly find out that she is a very intelligent, a quick thinker, deductive, creative, and loving human being that loves talking about her own interests. Very passionate, adventurous, and determined, she always sees things to the end, and wants to experience new and fresh things. The one thing about Wendy is that polite above all else. She treats people equally, with kindness. Though, she keeps her pool of friends very low. However, some people get the feeling that Wendy has autism, or some other kind of developmental disorder. Given the way she doesn't socialize like other people, and other quirks.
A big part of Wendy's character is her utter love of books. To the point where many people who have gotten to know her have called her a bibliophile, which she admits to without shame, and indulges in a bit of self deprecation because of it. She has a large collection of different books, and constantly goes out to get more books. She's very defensive of her collection (Even though she can easily fix them with her power), and will fight tooth and nail to defend her progress over the years. Though, she feels like she's the biggest threat to her collection because of how clumsy she is. One thing that Wendy loves to do is go out and find rare books of some sort, and read them. Which she feels adds a special "flair" to her collection. This all stems from Wendy's love of knowledge, and reading. She's naturally curious as a human being, and loves to go out and explore and learn new things.
However, another thing is that this curiosity extends to people and their lives as well. She enjoys sticking her nose in other people's business, and learning about their personal lives. She'll even go far as stepping into people's rooms, and begin to go through their items. Just to give herself an insight on them that they wouldn't normally give her. To her, it brings her great enjoyment, since she always loves to observe. She was never one to participate directly, though that has been changing as of late. Wendy figures herself as an amateur investigator, as one thing she loves to do is head out on the city and solve mysteries, and discover new things.
Wendy was always a person who appreciated the arts. Drawing, photography, literature, all of which are things that always have interested Wendy. Which is why she made it her passion to use her very creative mind to create some more. To mixed results. She tends to judge herself. However, she is very comfortable with photography. She loves to go around and take pictures of her surroundings, and be apart of the world. Drawing is another thing. She also possesses a great knowledge of both fields, and if you were to probe her about them, she would never shut up. Wendy also loves being complimented on her skills. If you were to compliment her even in the slightest, she would begin to blush, and start acting overly happy. Wendy was also adventurous, and simply loves traveling and exploring new places. Which gives her inspiration for her arts. Though, she loves heading out to a new place with some friends. It's childish, but Wendy was never one to care.
Though, Wendy can come off as a bit overzealous, presumptuous even. Wendy at times steps out of her bounds and does things even though she doesn't have the right to. This manifests in her interactions when she brings up something she shouldn't, that aforementioned habit of going through people's things, and acting when she shouldn't. This has earned her to the scorn of her friends, and caused her to act very rashlyy. Another big part about Wendy's personality is that she's very responsible. She fully understands that she has a powerful ability, and does not take it lightly. Wendy knows that she can easily slip, and become one of the people that RAVEN and DOVE hunts down. Though, she at times doesn't consider the full consequences of her actions.
Speaking of Wendy's morality, she considers herself to be a neutral, with a heroic streak. Wendy knows that she's no hero, and has no interest in being one. She's only here to live her life, and discover more about herself. Which is why she rejected the notion of joining up with DOVE. Because she wants to value her independence, and wants some control. However, on the flipside, Wendy isn't the one to stand by when people are in danger. Wendy will definitely lend a hand using her power.
Hobbies/Interests:
It's been stated in her personality that she loves books. As I stated in her personality, Wendy loves arts. Which is drawing, photography, and more. Her best contribution into this hobby is her photography. She doesn't go anywhere without her camera, and is always taking pictures of scenic areas. She even goes out of her way to find new places to take pictures of. Wendy is forging a collection of such pictures. I got across a lot of her hobbies and interests in her personality, actually. Wendy is also a fan of obscure movies, and anime. Wendy has always been interested in Metahumans, and their politics. Which is why she generally keeps up to date with them, and visits several forums discussing them.
Skills/Talents:
Wendy is very smart, creative, and perspective. A mixture of years of reading books, and investing herself in photography has gifted her these skills. Sneaky, a deductive thinker, Wendy has a lot of skills that makes her rather helpful to her. Even on her own, she's a problem solver. Through years of reading different language books, and dedicating herself towards learning them, Wendy knows bits and pieces of other languages. She's best at speaking Spanish and French - but she knows a little German, Chinese, and Russian... the last two have been awful to learn. Though, don't expect her maintain a conversation in any of these languages. She mostly knows phrases, and whatnot. It also goes without saying that Wendy has a great memory. Wendy also has a good eye for photography, which has enhanced her own attention to detail, and allows her to pick up a lot more. Despite what people think, she can read body-language a lot better than people imagine. Wendy has also invested herself in learning how to draw. She's been at it for years, and she's pretty good. Because of that aforementioned attention to detail, what she draws replicates life a lot. Wendy has one or two sports under her belt, and she isn't even all that good at either. She played Tennis, and joined her school's swim team, growing up as some attempt to her herself stay in shape. Tennis, she still plays sometimes. Swimming is something she hasn't forgotten yet.
Goals/Motivation
Wendy's goal is to merely gather knowledge in life, and dedicate her life to being a scholar. Possibly discover limits about her ability that she hasn't explored before out of fear of being outed as a replicator.
History/Bio:
Now, to properly explain Wendy's backstory, I have to go into someone else's backstory. Eight years before she was even born, her father, Euan Lucker, a lowly office worker that worked for a paper company, met his dream girl Lucy Wallis. They eventually married and had their first child, Diana Lucker. Now, all of this was during NEST's grand offensive to rid Stadium City of the Tyrants. They were a nice happy, middle-class, family. However, Lucy went out shopping, and was caught in the crossfire between Tyrants, and NEST... which wasn't pretty. Lucy was blown in half by the event, and deprived both Luckers of the main woman in their life. In his grief, Euan sent Diana off to Verthaven to live with his grandparents.
After the death of his first wife, Euan fell in love with another woman named Kumiko Fujimoto several years later. A woman that he'd go on to impregnate, and wanted to marry, but she disappeared for the strangest reason right after giving birth to their child. Euan was so confused about it... that he simply raised Wendy on his own. Euan was trying harder with his next child. He tried to develop Wendy in a healthy way. Since she had displayed an immense creative side, he decided to develop that. Giving Wendy a variety of different books to read until she had developed that skill far faster than expected. This is where her love of reading really blossomed... into an obsession. An expensive obsession that Euan had to support (By going to the library over and over again). But better than drugs! Throughout school, she kept her pool of friends limited (Mostly the other shy introverts).
However, a few years in, and an old ghost had returned. Someone that Euan had forgotten about, and Wendy had no knowledge of whatsoever. Oh no, her sister was the troublesome Diana Lucker. After the death of his first wife, he sent Diana to Verthaven to live with her grandparents. Now, the Verthaven disaster took place, and Diana was one of the many survivors - Diana came back into her life, who became a miscreant, a thug, a punk - who hung out with all the wrong people, beat up people, and gambled, while in Verthaven. A changed woman from the little girl that Euan sent off. Despite their differences, the two sisters are quite close - even though one wants the other to change their ways. However, Diana manifested superpowers while in Verthaven due to the Black Fall Effect, the ability to control paper. The great change in Stadium City's political climate took place, and Stadium City started getting... a lot less safe. The Tyrants had disbanded, and every person who wanted a piece of that pie came to Stadium City. It became an utter warzone. The city that was once peaceful, was not undersiege as every gang and their grandmother were fighting over the city. While the Luckers tried to avoid it, it wasn't long until it began seeping into their neighborhood, and they got caught in the crossfire. Wendy herself honestly wanted to leave Stadium City, but where was there to go?
The two girls didn't get along that well due to the huge difference in age between them. However, they managed to forge some connection with her. It wasn't long before Wendy manifested powers of her own - at fourteen - and touched Diana while they were chatting. Their nervous-systems lit up with the green Metahuman energy, before the flash of light disappeared and Wendy had the same power as Diana, with little clue that she had replicated it.
Euan (and by that extent, DOVE) assumed that she simply had the same exact power as her sister. Diana and Wendy got much closer, as the two trained to use their powers together. Finding out some creative ways to use it. However, Diana then took Wendy along to meet her friends just to get her out of the house, and when they shook hands, their hands started glowing with the Metahuman energy. That's when Wendy gained Pyromancery (Albeit a slight version), and it turned out that she was a Replicator. She talked about it with Euan, and he decided, for her sake, that they keep this a secret, and tell everyone that Paper Manipulation is her only power. However, Diana got in a load of trouble with NEST during a crime-spree while attempting to join a gang, and she was apprehended by RAVEN. DOVE said that if Diana joins the Academy program (Going to Academy 218), and adjusts her attitude, then she won't go to jail.
Wendy herself was sent to an academy after a disagreement over a late library book escalated into a fight (That ruined almost every book in that library), and she was arrested by RAVEN as well. While Diana was sent to Academy 218, Wendy was sent to Academy 61 on the West Coast, located within Baybridge. After a few months of preparation, Wendy was sent to the Academy. In Baybridge, she made herself well acquainted within the Academy there, and the city itself. She really enjoyed it. She spent the next few years training her ability, and getting and education there. Wendy turned eighteen a few months before the story started (In January). Just to celebrate becoming an adult, her dad sent her enough money to go buy a moped off Craig's list.
Life was great.
However, during the whole shitsorm in Baybridge, Wendy was merely a bystander in all of it. It began with the first Overload attack, where she was nearly frozen alive, and had to be saved by a passing DOVE. She was taken to RAVEN/DOVE Headquarters to receive medical attention, but she accidentally used her pyrokinesis and it was revealed that she was a replicator. She was fortunately able to dodge serious charges, and was released after she managed to regenerate. Later that night, Wendy decided to go to the mall with a friend where another Metahuman was Overloaded that made her lose control of her abilities. She turned into a flying mass of paper that went out of control, and she felt like she was slipping out of her humanity. Fortunately, it came to a close, and she was given medical attention.
A week later, and she was able to dodge the third and last Overload attack by being with a new friend the whole time. But, she didn't miss the Eco-Natura attack on the city. However, during the last stretches of the attack, she managed to snap a picture of the Black Hound, and give it to RAVEN.
The next few months went by pretty peacefully; two of her cousins showed up at the Academy, and she has been spending a great chunk of time with them. With zero shit storms going on.
Relationships
Family:
Euan Lucker - Father
A simple office worker that wants the best for his daughters, Euan Lucker is easily the least lucky man in the world. He had to go through the death of his first wife, his second fling abandoning him, and his daughter falling into delinquency. Wendy and him have a close bond - they text each other very often.
Fujimoto Kumiko - Mother
Wendy never got a chance to even meet Kumiko. Right after Wendy was born, Kumiko disappeared. Her father talks about her sometimes, he says that she's a powerful Metahuman.
Zachery Wallace - Uncle
Euan and Zachery were twin brothers, that were separated by the divorce of their parents. Euan went with his father, while Zachery went with their mother. Eventually, their mother remarried and they took the name Wallace. The two brothers were close, but Wendy couldn't be anymore distant from uncle Wallace. Zachery is a doctor, that fortunately has a lot of money under his belt. Whenever Euan needs money, Zachery is there.
Laura Wallace - Aunt
Laura was the first wife of Zachery, she was a kind gardener woman who was half Caucasian, half Spanish. She loved plants, and growing props, both of which was her passion. She and Wendy got along pretty well, even if she was distant from her husband. However, she received a deadly injury during an accident, and was confined to a hospital bed for a few years. Wendy developed her love of photography through taking photos to show Laura the outside world. It wasn't long before Laura died. Now Wendy wonders if the men in her family are cursed to have the first wife killed.
Gracie Wallace - Aunt
It wasn't long before Zachery remarried after meeting Gracie. Who was an eccentric, but well-intentioned woman. She was scarred by the experience where she was raped, and that affected her on a deep level. What Uncle Zachery saw in her was anyone's guess. However, she was impregnated by that traumatic rape, and she gave birth to Cody... and their interactions have been less than ideal.
Brianna Wallace - Cousin
Brianna and Wendy were close friends of each other due to the fact that they are quite similar. Both are tall, introverted, and love art. The difference comes when they consider that Brianna is a lot more sporty than Wendy is, and actually has - gasp! - feminine features. However, they are still very close to each other. Brianna possesses an elemental ability, the ability to control wood (and woody plants). Believed to be inherited from her mother.
Cody Wallace - Step-Cousin
Cody is Gracie's son that married into the Wallace family almost seamlessly. Cody is a laid back, and sarcastic teen that has a love for sports like basketball. Though, Cody tends to make advances towards Wendy that are less than appreciated. Despite that, he and Wendy are on fairly good terms with each other.
Diana - Lucker
Wendy's troublesome half sister. A woman who had proceeded her by eight years (She's currently in her thirties). At first, the two had a rocky start, due to a lingering disdain for their father, but they eventually became close. Diana was Wendy's only social link to the outside world at times. She was the person who helped her grow out of her introverted shell, and connect with people. Diana herself is a thug, she's been involved in numerous gangs, and has been arrested countless times for theft, assault, and vandalism. She's on DOVE's watchlist at the moment, but she's been making an effort to change. Diana is the person whom Wendy got her paper powers from, and uses to this very day.
Dynamics:
| Rowan Campbell |
| Good | Friend | "He's a good guy...." |
Despite the fact that Rowan is much rougher than Wendy, she has managed to get on good terms with the teen. They met after Wendy broke up a fight between the two, and their common interests (In art) caused a friendship to blossom between the two. From there, Wendy and Rowan train together, and he ultimately helped her learn how to control her new electrical ability. Wendy's opinion of Rowan has only improved during their battles against the Black Hound and Ezekiel where the boy has shown selflessness like no other. She doesn't want to drag Rowan down with her, but she now acknowledges that Rowan's as apart of this as much as she is.
| Rori Aherne |
| Good | Best Friend | "Rori's one of the first friends I ever met in Baybridge. Cute, too." |
During her times exploring Baybridge, Rori was one of the people that Wendy encountered in the Faircrest Woods. A very curious soul indeed. During their first encounter they managed to chat a bit, before parted ways. Since then, Wendy and Rori have been fairly close to each other - even if they don't meet a lot. Their mutual interests are the reason why they have been so successful as friends. Wendy in particular strives to get close as possible to Rori - even if their stories take them down separate paths, she will always make time for Rori because they will always be parallel lines. However, Wendy is bent on keeping Rori out of her personal battle against the Founding Family.
| Zhao Lihua |
| Neutral | Teacher | "Her power is incredible... I wonder if I can...." |
Lihua Zhao is the teacher of Wendy Lucker who currently trains her with her abilities. Wendy loves Lihua's professionalism, and has been learning a lot about her own ability from Lihua. However, she feels like she's wearing thin on her teacher's patience at times. The two keep their relationship strictly professional.
| Ellen Nile |
| Good? | Classmate | "I... would probably get an earful if I said I found her ability interesting." |
Ellen herself is the talk around the Academy for her rather unique ability. Wendy often goes out of her way to make conversation with Ellen, in some attempt to befriend her out of interest for her ability. It eventually became less of an interest in her power, and more of an genuine attempt to befriend. Wendy and her share books, talk in the library, but they haven't gotten much closer. However, Wendy can find Ellen quite unbearable sometimes because of her attitude (Wendy thinks it's quite melodramatic), and finds herself hurt that Ellen didn't want to be in the picture she took with Rori. Still, she acknowledges that everyone has flaws.
| Cindy Keagan |
| Mixed | DOVE | "I think Cindy is... nice. A bit bitchy, though." |
One of the first people Wendy met upon coming to the Academy was Cindy Keagan. A DOVE that actually introduced her to the Academy, and talked her through her time in Baybridge. Since then, the two talk from time to time, but Wendy doesn't jump through hoops to try to be her friend. Wendy knows that Cindy and them are, while nice, two different people, and that they likely won't mesh. Other than that, Wendy makes sure to be a model student just for Cindy... and so she doesn't get yelled at.
| Alice Barret |
| Good | RAVEN | "I can't believe that she not only didn't yell at me, but she wants to see my photography!" |
Alice and Wendy met at the Strong Gold Community opening, in which Wendy was having fun with her friends... On a rooftop. Alice approached them, and Wendy was briefly worried, but then it turned out that Alice wasn't one of the bad RAVENS, in fact, she came off as pretty good to Wendy. Merely by asking to see her photography, Alice had inflated Wendy's ego.
| Haruka Takashiro |
| Good | Friend | "I owe him for helping me... He seems like a good person to me, too. Loves books, too!" |
Haruka was merely a passerby when the Havenfield Overload occurred, and Wendy nearly froze to death. After receiving help from a DOVE, she was passed off to Haruka. Afterwards, the two had a brief chit-chat at the Academy, in which they bonded over books. Wendy wishes to seek him out... but she neglected to get his contact information. When they cross paths again - Wendy will give him all her social media handles!
| The Black Hound |
| Hated | Opposition | "I don't know what goes on behind that mask, but even the slightest hesitation could prove fatal." |
Kick starting her mission to save her sister was Wendy's first encounter with the international terrorist. What ruined an otherwise peaceful trip to Eastgriffin was a fight with the Black Hound, and he utterly demolished Wendy, Rowan, Diana, and her group of friends. Eventually, the Hound kidnapped Diana, and her friends. This planted the seeds of hatred inside of Wendy as she has to use all of her talents to go toe to toe with the Hound - and she still isn't strong enough to compete with him. Innately, Wendy is conflicted about the Hound. While she finds the Hound disgusting, Wendy is smart enough to piece together that he's working for someone far, far, worse, and she's sensing hidden motives...
| Ezekiel Anagnos |
| Bad | Deranged Opponent | "He's like Caligula, but worse... but, I've never felt such power before. Every time I think about him, I start to feel uneasy.... I should avoid him at all costs, but I know I'll come to blows to him again if I want Diana." |
Wendy's first encounter with Ezekiel was during the successful attack on the Founding Family's base. The mysterious man approached her, with a sinister aura around him, Ezekiel demanded to know who Wendy was working for. Before he began a rampage through Courtbridge, which ended with Wendy returning the book she took from him. Ezekiel demonstrated electrokinesis... while demonstrating profound mental instability. Wendy is frightened of the man only because of his narcissism, delusions of grandeur, and violent personality. Though, Wendy has obtained a photograph out of his diary. A family photo of a simpler time.
Abilities
Power Class:
Power: Replication/Elemental
Power: Elemental-Power Replication.
Powers work very similarly to each other, in theory. She has the power to copy another Metahuman's power long as they have another Elemental-type ability. She'd be able to, for example, copy the power of a water bender, but not a regenerator. However, if the ability allows someone to alter their own body using their elements, then she is capable of the same thing. It's very contact based - How long Wendy holds contact with a Metahuman dictates how much of the power she replicates. Brushing up against someone will give her an ability so weak that it's useless. While extended contact will grant her the full ability. Even if she gets the weakened version of a power, simply by touching the owner again she'll get more of the ability. Of course, there are a few differences between the owner's and her replicated ability as it will "mutate" as it goes from one person to another. Wendy can store powers she used before inside of herself (Up to three). She is limited to one power at a time, and in order for her to switch power, she would need to touch said element. Of course, if she finds a Metahuman that uses the same element as one of her copied powers - both powers will merge, and Wendy will get a boost. Wendy is also capable of copying powers from other Replicator type Metahumans long as they are currently using an elemental ability of some sort (And vice-versa). Currently Replicated Abilities:
Paper-Manipulation.
Also known as Papyrokinesis, Wendy has an elemental ability relating to paper, card, and cardboard. She can telekinetically control paper on a large scale - capable of controlling one ton worth of paper at a time - and shape them without bending or tearing it. Creating complicated structures is simple for Wendy, since her ability naturally gives her a high degree of control over her paper. This is assisted by paper's flexibility. She can create a building out of paper if she's given enough time. While this may sound lame, but Paper is a pretty good weapon against unarmored targets. She can form it into sharp blades that'll give a sucka a nasty papercut, or pack it together to create a dense, high impact, blunt weapon. On the other end, it works very well defensively. If she has enough paper, she can create a shield that'll stop a projectile (Possibly a bullet if she has enough paper, time, and preparation). Outside of fights, she can create clothes, forge documents, repair damaged paper, and more. This ability goes in tandem with her ability to turn into (or make herself weightless like) paper. Wendy can fly by creating a giant paper construct, or riding it like carpet. Just pray you don't fight her in a office supply store.
Paper-Mimicry.
Wendy has the ability to completely, or partially, turn into paper. Whether it's a storm of individual (Or one whole piece) paper pages, or into cardboard. This ability, amazingly enough, extends to the clothes she's wearing, and the objects she's holding. So no, she won't be naked when she reforms, boys. The main usage is probably turning into storm of paper sheets, so I'll go into that one the most. Wendy can individually control each piece of paper, and naturally, this gives her a form of flight, or teleportation if I'd go far enough to call it that. She can turn into a cloud of paper, move, then reform. This gives her a heightened dodging ability, and basically makes her intangible. Even if she's a paper storm, if her paper gets torn, then she can just turn put herself back when she reforms, no marks. Now, Wendy can basically regenerate from all damage (That isn't heat/water based, that is) long as she's in her paper form. Turning into dense cardboard and throwing a punch can make someone feel like they were bitchslapped by a Bible. Wendy can also partially turn into paper or cardboard. Some of her paper powers extends to her true form. Wendy can become weightless, and flow like a fluttering piece of paper. She can possibly fly by riding wind currents (albeit, very erratically), or by the aforementioned means. This ability to adopt the weight of paper extends to her clothes, and the objects she's holding (REQUIRED SECONDARY POWERS).
Paper-Absorption & Storage.
As a combination of both aforementioned ability, Wendy can store paper inside of herself. It's simple, she turns into paper and places the foreign paper inside of herself. Ready to be used at a later date. When she wants to use it, all she has to do is pull the paper out of her body. To an outsider, it'll appear almost like she created the paper out of thin air. She can use it like shooting a blade of paper out of her hand. Wendy also has a regenerative ability. It's pretty simple, if she has an injury, all she has to do is turn it into paper, and absorb some paper to fill the wound. This can extend as far as fixing a broken hand, or even regenerating a limb.
Minor-Ink-Manipulation & Generation.
As a side ability, Wendy as a minor Melanokinetic ability. She can't, say, throw gigantic globs of ink at people, but she can manipulate the ink on paper into whatever she pleases. She can pull the ink off the pages, and throw it around at people, but like I said before, she can't do anything more than that. Pulling ink off the pages is only useful if she wants to put it on something else. She also has the ability to produce ink from her fingertips, which she can manipulate in any way she chooses.
Electricity Manipulation.
Copied by a Metahuman (Garrett) that Wendy had encountered in the mall, she has gained the ability to channel electricity through her body. This ability has greatly mutated during the transfer to Wendy due to her uneven Metahuman Energy, and stress, levels. Which comes in the form of producing, manipulating, and absorbing, electricity. However, Wendy's ability is far more reliant on absorbing electricity. For her to utilize her full strength, she needs to constantly absorb electricity. She's much like a battery that runs out of power once it's used up, and she'll need to recharge. Fortunately Wendy is able to leech energy from any source. From a power outlet, to batteries, long as it has electricity, then she can steal it to utilize for herself. Depending on how much energy she currently has absorbed, it dictates her current strength.
Now, Wendy doesn't need to constantly absorb electricity, because she automatically produces some electricity on her own. At it's base, she can shoot a stream of electricity that'll give someone one hell of a shock. Enough to cause some burns, muscle spams, etc. When Wendy absorbs electricity however, she can potentially fire off enough electricity on par with a bolt of lightning. Which is something that no one wants to get hit with. However, she'll need a lot of electricity to utilize this level of strength. Oh yeah, that's not going into how she fires off this electricity. She can shoot it as a constant stream of electricity, or alternatively, a big concentrated blast of electricity. At it's most extreme, she can shoot a massive bolt of lightning.
This ability extends to a slight electromagnetic ability. Due to the close relation between electricity and magnetism, Wendy can potentially learn how to influence magnetism. It wouldn't be major, like Magneto lifting the Golden Gate bridge, but she can learn how to manipulate small metals, draw ferromagnetic objects to herself, and potentially shoot a blast that'll deflect magnetic objects (That's an advanced technique, however).
Wendy herself has a high resistance to electricity so she may endure electricity at most levels, such as while absorbing it.
Concrete Manipulation.
Wendy has obtained a form of terrakinesis - from a mentor of hers, Lihua Zhao - that is limited to controlling concrete (And other forms of masonry such as brick, limestone, etc). Basically, go look at Lihua's sheet for the details.
Previous Abilities:
Minor-Fire Manipulation.
Wendy has a minor form of pryomancery which she accidentally gained during her miss adventures after shaking hands with it's owner. She can't produce a firestorm, but she can throw a fireball at someone the size of a baseball, and shoot streams of fire. She has to absorb fire to keep using it, and it comes with an immunity to heat.
Limits:
As it was mentioned above, Wendy can store up to three elemental abilities inside of herself. However, once she reaches that limit, she'll have to discard one ability for another. She doesn't have the level of skill to choose yet, so it'll be random. Wendy can only use one power at a time. In order to switch to a different power, she has to touch the element... Which can be hard depending on the environment. The biggest limit is that she has no clue how to use a power from the start. She has to figure out how to use it herself, or get taught how to use it. Again, she inherits the limits of the owner. she has the usual range limit of around thirty-feet, and the max weight limit of two tons of paper. Wendy cannot remain in paper form for too long - the maximum limit is inhibited by how long she can hold her breath. If she runs out of breath, she has to turn back into human form, or, you know. So, she can only remain as a storm of paper for only so long. Though, if she's partially transformed, holding her breath isn't an issue (at the expense of strength).
Even if she's one solid piece of paper, she's still limited. She can only scatter herself around twelve feet around. Wendy can't use paper manipulation while turned into paper - she'll only be able to control her own paper. Also, absorbing paper into herself weighs her down, thus, preventing her from going weightless until she expels it. It'll also come with the feeling of being weighed down. Wendy's regeneration won't really work if she's wet, or too bloody. So, if she's gushing blood, she's going to have a problem. Wendy's ink manipulation basically has a tactile range. She can only control ink that's within two feet of herself - and in that case, she's better off just touching it. She can produce two quarts of Ink at most. Though, I should note that she's only really skilled with the paper power from years of using it. If she loses it, then she'll basically be using a weapon she doesn't know.
In terms of her new electrical power; Wendy's abilities are, of course, limited by how much electricity she has stored inside of herself. Wendy's only capable of the basic feats of her electrical abilities at it's base, while she's a threat, it won't be nothing to write home about. However, absorbing electricity can be very taxing on Wendy, because it's very taxing, and runs the risk of losing control of that electricity. Which is bad. Wendy can only use her ability within twenty feet of herself. All of her abilities - save for her absorption, which has to touch her in order for her to absorb it - suffer from this limit, as her electricity begins to fade as it goes out. Absorbing electricity can be risky, as it drains her physically to absorb electricity, and has the potential to damage her if she isn't careful. Wendy also has to release an excess charge after awhile. She can't hold onto electricity for too long, or else she'll lose control of it, and end up shocking herself with it. The more electricity she currently has absorbed means she'll have to ditch the electricity faster.
Wendy has the same limits as Lihua.
Wendy's paper power makes her a bit more... flammable. Which could spread, and she'll have no choice but to drop that part of her body unless she wants to burn up. Fortunately, water doesn't do anything to her human form, so she can take a swim. However, if she's soaken wet, then she can't turn into paper. Just to cover all grounds here, if she's soaken wet while paper, then she'll immediately be forced back together and become human. It's some sort of subconscious thing that'll keep her alive. Now, I have to go over the weaknesses of paper. They should be obvious, Wendy cannot control paper that is soaken wet, or burned. So fire/water benders are her bane. She can work with torn paper, of course. Gusts of wind can also be a pain in the ass. It'll send the paper she's controlling flying, and make her lose control of it. This can also be a problem if she's a storm of paper. It'll send her veering off course. This means outdoor areas aren't her favorite place.
Channeling electricity through herself is very risky. Wendy has to be careful while absorbing electricity, or else she'll end up shocking herself with the payload, and making it all go to waste. Using her electrical abilities also interferes with her own biological processes that uses bioelectricity. For example, it can screw with her nervous system, and causes muscle spasms, twitching, etc, when she starts using her power, and it gets worse as she keeps using it. At it's worst extreme, Wendy could knock herself unconscious, or possibly stop her own heart. Wendy also runs the risk of burning herself with her electricity. The basic moves won't bother her, but shooting bolts of lightning, and absorbing electricity in copious amounts can be very dangerous for her. Water is also a bitch, because if she touches a large enough body of water (Drinking water is fine... taking a bath is not), she'll lose control of her power and excrete a bit of electricity into it. Any currents she channels into herself will go straight into the water until it evaporates... of course, if this happens, it negates her resistance to electricity, and will shock her like any other person.
Wendy also has all the weaknesses of Lihua's ability... Specifically the part where her skin splits open. Unlike Lihua, Wendy does not have the decades of resistance built up to the pain, so, ouch.
Other:
Wendy is inspired by a variety of different characters. First and foremost, Max Caufield from Life is Strange, then her appearance is based off of Taylor Herbert's from Worm, Yomiko Readman from Read or Die, and she essentially has Delsin Rowe's power.
Wendy drives a cheap moped (A Vespa Primavera 150ie 3v) she bought around Baybridge.
Wendy is a very clumsy soul. She has a tendency to just drop things, and break whatever it is that she's holding.

"Hey, I'm sexy. At least, that's what I think."
Zoey perfectly fits the "punk girl" mold. She died her hair, has plenty of tattoos, and just has that attitude that just reeks rebellion. Older folks are quick to judge a book by the cover and immediately classify her as a problem-child just off her looks alone. Other youths are more receptive to her. Zoey carries herself with an air of confidence, but rather than just being a screaming wreck as people assume her, she is actually fairly chill and laid back. Taking slow and steady steps with her hands in her pocket, a cigarette hanging from her lips, and generally relaxed demeanor. Though, that demeanor can switch at the blink of an eye when things get a little out of control. She can either become screaming rage, or scared as a deer.
Though, she's also a little rough, that might just be because she's a bit of a tomboy. Zoey grew up around boys, and appears to be a little rugged, slightly masculine. It shows a lot in her attitude and demeanor. She smokes, she’s loud, and she drinks. She tends to attract attention with her tom-boyish streak. Her voice is a little rough from cigarette smoking, and she has a few scars and old wounds from previous injuries.
Now, onto her appearance, Zoey is pretty pronounced due to a mixture of her hair, and her height. Her hair is dyed a cyan-blue color, and it’s kept in a rounded bowl-cut. She usually keeps her hair underneath her beanie, where it’s somehow more noticeable. Zoey’s hair is a straight texture that is kept clean - but is a bit damaged from all the hair-dye, and a few mess-ups. The other thing that makes Zoey stand-out is her height. People like to call her a God damn Amazon because she’s five-ten, two inches short of six feet tall. Because of her height, people loved to shaft her into sports teams. It wasn’t anything that she enjoyed, but it kept her in shape.
She’s bony as hell, being skinny and without any sizable amount of body fat or muscle. She has like a thin layer of muscle if you squint, but there isn’t much there. A lot of her exercise comes from hauling ass from people she pissed off, because she spends plenty of time lounging around. She certainly does have a little sex appeal. Her bust is a 34C, and her hips are slightly prominent. She doesn't pack a lot in the ass area, though. Her body is a rough-square build rather than the famed hour-glass build.
Zoey is mixed-race, actually. While she looks fully Caucasian, she is Scottish, French, and half-Brazilian. She is more directly descended from the Portuguese settlers, but she has a bit of African through her veins. Her skin is a little pale because she spends a little bit of time indoors. It can't be clear, because Zoey has a few tattoos, and various scars.

Which is why Zoey always aimed to leave, but was always swatted down. Once she was of age she turned into a sports-playing tomboy the moment she reached sports maturity.
She was raised following dreams, and had a love of different brands of music. Zoey played around with instruments, but they weren't her thing (they hurt the shit out of her fingers). But, she was drawn to electronic music... and eventually, she figured out how to make music, and it became her obsession. Her grades plummeted as she aspired to become a techno artist. She dropped a few hot LPs on Soundcloud, but barely gathered an online audience. However, she finds her true audience by preforming at parties.
Once Zoey matured, her father wasn't very receptive of Zoey slacking. She graduated highschool by the skin of her teeth, but she was kicked out of her house when she refused to get a job. "Call me if you need me. I got a little bit of everyone; style, weed, music, good looks, and more."
Jaden here is your typical young African male that's been able to indulge in the high-life. Due to his up-bringing, you can expect Jaden to be wearing the best clothes, and walking with a confident swagger. Actually, Jaden is the very face of adventure! Young, cheerful, self-confident, etc. Now, to get started, Jaden is an African American man that is quite tall - he stands at six-five. However, he never seemed to make good use of that height of his, because Jaden is quite skinny. He's very thin, someone can call him extremely lanky. Which implies that Jaden only gets by on the minimum amount of exercise. He's done plenty throughout his life. He isn't exactly a tall, powerful, force that he could. Still, his appearance only adds to his mystery. Jaden's skin isn't very dark, he's a brown color that you can call average for someone who spends time in the sun. Nothing out of the ordinary here. His skin has a few scars here and there from the usual (Playing sports, accidents, etc), but nothing that'd stick out. You'd only notice if you look very closely at him. Jaden's a youth that has plenty of different African countries in his blood. He's predominantly Nigerian, and Moroccan, but he's distantly Brazilian, and Haitian - just because his great-grandparents had such a relationship before the war. As such, he has an African skullshape, and his hair has that afro-texture. Speaking of that hair of his, he wears his hair in cornrows.
Powers: Audio-Healing.
Jaden's talent in music has manifested with the ability to heal people - with music. By playing a song (On an instrument, or musical device) Jaden releases a glowing green energy that infuses people - call it an aura. This energizing heals peoples wounds, and give them minor buffs to their stamina, speed, and strength, long as they hear it. Their wounds will quickly close up, and they'll feel much better than before. However, if necessary, Jaden can double the output of his ability. This gives Jaden the power to support allies.
Weaknesses/Limitations:
Whenever Jaden uses his ability, he's channeling a little bit of his lifeforce into this. Which means that Jaden will get physically weaker and weaker as he literally pushes himself closer to death. Overusing his ability can easily kill him. The healing aura only extends to like fifteen-feet of himself. Also, let's get into the fact that it has no friend or foe - long as someone's in the same area as him, they'll receive the buffs as much as everyone else.
Personality:
A young, confident, headstrong person. Jaden has lived the highlife, and that gives him an aura of confidence - overconfidence at that. There isn't much that Jaden believes he can't do (Other than the stuff he doesn't want to). The boy's quite frankly a free spirit, not the kind of person that would be tied down to any rules and laws. He does what he wants, regardless of what people thinks. Before Jaden values his freedom above all else, and would rather die than give it up. Jaden also fights for the rights of others. In his eyes, he prefers freedom over any cons. Which is why Jaden believes that escaping the TEF is essential. He's not going to live his life as some superpowered soldier with a bomb around his neck, he's going to live life his own way.
Backstory:
Jaden was born in District 9, France. Odd, considering his background, but at this point the Districts have become a blend of what little cultures survived the nuclear war. Jaden's father was fortunate enough to forge his own business within the districts. The business of clothes making, the clothes were cheap and affordable, which made them great for use within the Districts. Before long, Papa Othello was distributing clothes all over the world. Which put him in a high status - with high-status comes high-status bitches, he managed to get married. Jaden was his third son, from his first wife before they divorced and parted ways. Even from a young age, the only thing that Jaden was interested in was enjoying his wealth. Getting top-class basketball lessons, and even picking up the trumpet. The trumpet was something that Jaden loved, because he was a fan of jazz. He wanted to join a band some day... if it wasn't for that pesky Malfunction.
While preforming for his family, he created a green energy that rejuvenated them, healing their wounds. That caused Jaden and all of his siblings to freak out - but his father managed to calm them down. The first thing he did was try his best to hide Jaden's mutation, telling the boy to get good at it to avoid accidents like this. The other thing he did was try his best to pay to avoid a test. Quickly, Jaden's mindset changed from enjoying the high-life to obsessing over what it means to be free.
But, alas, Jaden was tested.
Talents/Skills:
Jaden's best talent is with a brass trumpet. From a young age, the boy was interested in making music, so he picked up the good old trumpet. He's very, very, good in fact, and he's capable of being in a band. However, it's linked to his power, so he's gotten a bit better at it. Jaden's also an avid basketball player, and loves to shoot some hoops. Because of this, he's fast on his feet, and has a great aim.
TL/DR:
A France-born African male with a knack for the trumpet. Whenever he plays said trumpet, he'll begin to heal people.
One of the first things that people notice about Trish is, obviously, her head of hair. She decided to dye the tips of her hair a dark-green color in order to match her power. The roots of her hair are her natural black color - as you go down her head, they start to become a dark green color. Trish's hair is shoulder-length, and have a striking wavy texture. Now, getting off her stupid hair, Trish's a pureblood Irish, while not being born in Ireland. Her skin color is Caucasian, a light-beige color that could use a little sunlight (Which she doesn't get enough of in Alaska!). She has a few scars from fighting other Metahumans. Slashing scars, burns, etc. There's a blade scar that goes straight across her right cheek. She isn't exactly covered in scars, just a few things of note. Otherwise, the only other thing I have to note about her skin is that it's splattered with freckles. Mostly around her cheeks and nose. Before I go onto the rest of her face, I should delve into her build. She's quite thin, thin as a rail, but has a bit of muscle-tone left behind from her NEST days. She's somewhat curvy, with wider hips, and some medium sized breasts. Her limbs are a little long, which gives her a few extra inches (But she's not super tall or anything). Overall, Trish is solidly built. Trish's facial features are rounded. Starting with her nose, which is button-shaped, a tad large. Pointing out forward (Towards what it believes in!). Her lips are wide, and puffy. Poked out a little bit. Contrasted with her round, somewhat rosy, cheeks, they look a tad disproportionate. Her ears are round. Trish's eyes are almond shaped, and have a green color.
Skills/Talents:
A trained NEST Agent. She's quite the bit of experience under her belt facing off against Metahumans, too. While she's a tad rusty, that doesn't mean she's out. Trish knows how to shoot, fight hand-to-hand, and various other tricks and tools of the trade. Though, she's no expert in any of the fields.
Brief Backstory:
Trish was born in Philadelphia... the rather impoverished section of the city, born to two Irish parents that could barely hold a job for the life of them. While they didn't make money, they really loved Trish, and made the most of it. A little twist was that Trish was born with a telekinetic ability. Right from birth, Trish was issued a power suppressant collar up until she was old enough to learn how to use and control her ability. While in school, Trish fell upon a bad crowd. One that took advantage of the girl, making her use her telekinesis to pick-pocket people. And once NEST caught up to them, it was little Trish that took the fall. Due to her young age, she was placed on probation. Months later, it was taken off, and Trish decided not to go back to that crowd. Otherwise, she learned how to use that telekinesis to it's fullest, and life went by uneventfully. Though, Trish was a bit of a slacker in school, so she lacked direction of where to go next. When she mentioned this in one of her NEST checkups, it was suggested to her that she joins NEST - due to her powerful ability, of course.
It was better than nothing, and Trish began her training regime under NEST, taking the name "The Tornado". Two years later, and she was ready, using her ability to fight evil Metahumans wherever they stationed her. Helping preserve order, and act as a symbol of hope. Though, a Level-Ten Metahuman (One of the most severe threats according to NEST) went on a rampage, and Trish was ordered to escort civilians out of the area. However, two of her fellow Agents were on the verge of getting killed - and Trish broke formation to help them. She managed to save the day... but a few civilians were injured. This made her superiors very mad. Very, very, mad. They were about to dishonorably discharge her - but they decided against it since she was a valuable asset to NEST with her abilities. So, they figured that they'd take her out of action, but keep her on standby in case something happens. She was transferred to work as security for Academy 218 (Which is the position Agents get when they fuck up really bad). Trish didn't like it at first, especially working with these little Metahuman shits. However, she took a liking to the students, and decided to peacefully transfer to become a Power Instructor (And remain a reserve Agent).
For the next few years, she trained students, and scoped out potential agents.
Power Information
Power Class:
Cerebral
Power: Telekinesis.
Little Trish here was born with a telekinetic ability that naturally grew with her as she grew. This allows her to exert her mental will on the area around her in ways that you'd expect from a telekinetic. She can move objects with a thought; pulling, pushing, twisting, bending, crushing, etc, etc. She can pull these mental feats off with relative ease - she can control objects with body movements. Since she has a high degree of control over her power, she's capable of manipulating a large amount of objects at a time, or, alternatively, moving a very large object. She's capable of manipulating two cars, while still retaining the ability to walk. Trish can also use her telekinesis to make herself fly, propelling herself through the air. Any objects she controls will be wrapped in a light-green, wavy, aura, until she releases control of them - and whenever she slightly activates her power, she will be surrounded in a similar field.
Limits:
For starters, she's affected by the arbitrary range limit! She can only manipulate objects within twenty-feet of herself. Of course, the more advance feats that Trish is capable of, also puts a bit of stress on herself, and her body. It'll do more than tire herself out faster - but more details in the weakness section. Her powers have trouble when directly interacting with people. While she is capable of moving them, she can't bend them like a pretzel, nor can she telekinetically stop a heart. Though, if you piss her off, she can certainly keep you pinned to a wall. Cerebral-types are also resistant to her abilities.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
Trish needs to maintain a high level of control over her ability in order to keep using it. If you somehow break her concentration (and keep it that way), then she'll be unable to use her telekinesis properly. It's also linked to her body, mind, and spirit. Using it causes injuries to her body in the form of your garden variety nosebleed, to horrific headaches, and strained muscles. She'll basically have one hell of a hangover after a particularly drawn out battle. A counter to Trish's ability is energy-based attacks. You see, Trish emits her own telekinetic (Or Mental) energy. Once she is subjugated to energy of the sorts, her power will begin to weaken.

Other
Trish is a very playful woman. Lots of students like to call her the "cool teacher". She's one of the most well known power instructors for her training exercises that seem to be more like games, than training (While still testing the students). Though, she's known to screw with the students when the moment calls for it. Otherwise, she's relatively cool-headed, and passionate about her (new) job.
Trish is a former NEST Agent that was transferred to the 218 after a humiliating incident. She's been serving as an instructor for a few years now. I know I said this in her bio, just reiterating for quick reference.

Physical Appearance:
Despite looking normal to a degree, Sonya's bestial traits shine through her otherwise normal frame. Giving her an abnormal look to the people who take a longer look at her. To begin, her facial features are soft, and rounded. She has a chin that sticks out of her head somewhat, and a small button nose with small nostrils. She has soft pink lips that are untouched by lipstick - but this is where her mutations come in, sonnyboy. Her mouth is larger than average, and it looks rather strange. When she opens it up, one is quick to notice her very abnormal mouth of teeth. They're long, sharp, and needle-like, and she has two rows of them for her upper teeth. Most people don't even notice the tongue several times the length of her body until it's hanging out of her mouth. Sonya's eyes are quite oddly sized, they have the usual round shape that's consistent with human beings - and they have the usual appearance, too - but they're very large. Twice as large as regular eyes. They're a odd shade of green, they're a dark green color, that is not within normal human range. In fact, most people mistake her for wearing colored contacts.
Most notably of all is her hands, and her legs/feet. To elaborate, Sonya has slight orbs on her fingertips and toes, much like frogs (Which are necessary to cling to surfaces). Her feet, on the other hand, are much like frog legs. Her foot structure has been rearranged, her toes are now much longer, and end in large orbs. Both her hands and her feet have orbs at the end of them. Her feet are just large. She has retractable webbing on her hands and feet, which she can freely deploy when she decides to go swimming. Now, to describe her human traits. Sonya is a thin woman with a layer of muscle and body fat that adds padding to her body. She's pretty average heighted at 5'5, and pretty lightweight at 120lb. It's because of that power of hers. She doesn't really have much in the sex appeal area, either (If the frog traits don't kill that either). She has a flat chest (A-cup), and butt. No real curves. Sonya is Caucasian, and has various European countries in her blood. Her skin is a healthy beige color, and doesn't have a single mark on her due to her salamander physiology. Speaking of which, Sonya has a wild and wavy head of blonde hair, not in any style in particular, but it's shoulder length, and is well brushed and cleaned.
She has a British accent.
Attire:
As for attire, there's two sides to Sonya's clothing choice. When she's with the NEST, she wears a specially made black wet-suit that is porous enough to let her slime through to coat her outfit, and allow her to breath through it. This suit is black, and comes with a skintight layer of armor that can stop a low caliber bullet. It's also flexible enough for her to preform her usual feats of acrobatics. It's specially made for her, as it has experimental technology in it, that turns invisible along with Sonya if she chooses to. The uniform comes with a tactical VEST, and a belt - both of which contains pouches (With ammo, flashlight, Datapad, etc), knife/gun holsters, etc. She, on the job, puts on a tactical helmet, with mask. Off-duty, Sonya tends to dress pretty casually (Though, it's pretty rare to see her out of her suit). She'll wear a variety of outfits, but is mostly modest. Though, she was never the pants wearing type, preferring (thigh length) skirts. She tends to wear shoes a few sizes too large so she can fit her large feet into them. Though, if she's in a colder environment, expect her to dress like she's climbing mount Everest! She'll wear heavily padded outfits with layers, and layers, of clothing - not in any style in particular. It's because of her cold-blooded nature. Though, expect her outfits to be a little wet due to the slime.
Personality
Innate & Outward Personality:
A surprisingly meek, and cheerful, for someone on her line of duty, Sonya makes herself a pretty approachable person. Being casual and fun loving as possible, despite her line of duty, and the extremely heavy risks pertaining it. She's the type of woman who's more than willing to tell stories, to friends, and be the life of the party. Usually, she tries to be the person who lightens the heavy mood, and attempts to connect with as many people as possible. She's pretty witty, and sarcastic, and usually has a retort for most situations that pop up. Sometimes, it seems almost as if she takes nothing seriously, and thinks everything's one big game. Though, she, at times, stumbles with this facade, and ends up looking very awkward. Sonya is pretty empathetic, and she deeply cares about the people around her. Which is why she tends to go the extra-mile to help people, and keep the world safe from vile Metahumans. She's less concerned with hunting rogue Metahumans, and focuses much more on removing dangerous Metahumans from the equation. And with every job well done, she tends to give herself a pat on the back knowing that she helped someone. Friends of hers get the idea that she's quite eccentric, but somewhat charming overall. Though, she isn't super good in crowds, she tends to avoid them like the plague (due to her own physical mutations). She thinks herself somewhat as a freak, and needs some sort of validation. Which is why she tries to connect and befriend as many people as possible - to assure herself that she's not that big a freak. Sexually, Sonya is pansexual. What? When you're a frog woman, you can't afford to be picky.
On the job, however, she's a lot more quiet, and driven. She focuses on the job, and tends to keep the chatter to a minimal. She balances her friendly and open personality with her dedication to the job, and her cold efficiency in carrying it out. She has little qualms in killing a person in the name of duty. She'll justify it in her head as saying they were a bad person, that needed to be removed (Though, even she questions that line of thought at times). What gets in the way of missions is how headstrong, and reckless Sonya can be at times. She's confident enough in her abilities to take risks. The kind of risks that her superiors don't necessarily frown upon. Sometimes they make or save the mission. Speaking of which, she's insanely confident in her sniping talent, and her power, and believes that she's perfectly capable of completing every mission with flying colors. Most importantly, she'll take responsibility for the outcome of the mission, whether it's a failure or a success. However, she takes failures to heart, and beats herself up over a failed mission - even if it's not her fault. She'll get really angry at herself for such failures. Sonya's a firm believer of the warrior's code. She shows mercy to a surrendering foe, and knows not to injure civilians in the crossfire. She'll gladly get in a team mate's face that causes harm to civilians, or acts especially bloodthirsty. To her, there is a very thin line between murderer, and soldier.
Most of her meek charm, and optimism is very forced, it's because she's quite haunted by the things she's seen, and done. Killing people over and over again has made her feel cold inside, and she wants to start feeling warm. She thinks that maybe making friends will make her feel better, so far it hasn't worked. Hell, it made the hole deeper. It makes her quite sullen at times - to the point where she simply retreats into the nearest hiding spot, and tries to live with herself. Until she gets better, and puts on the face that everyone knows before heading back outside. She's especially haunted by some of the things she's seen while on the job. Which she also tries her best to bury with good memories, but the wounds rarely heal.
Skills/Talents:
Experienced and trained member of NEST, Sonya is a trained soldier that knows how to use a variety of firearms, and use them well. The gun she seems to be the best at using is the sniper rifle. She's a sniper by nature, she uses her power to get up on a perch you can't see, then puts one in between your eyes. She's regarded as one of the best shots in NEST, and has many kills under her belt. Along with her firearm training, she knows plenty of hand-to-hand, and knifeplay. Stealth is her greatest skill, because she's a silent ninja. She could slip up behind you, and already have slashed your throat out before you even noticed. This also ties into her assigned role of Scouting and Recon within the NEST. She's usually the type who will scope out a position, and provide meaningful information, before the big boys come charging in. Sonya is also a super good tracker, and she can effectively track a man over several miles. Along with plenty of training on how to use her power effectively, and how it works. Oh yeah, and she's a kickass swimmer. From her past as a thief, she's pretty good at picking locks, and knows a bit about security. Now, aside from all that nonsense, Sonya is an artist! Sonya channels all of her emotions into art. She paints, and draws with pencils, and it's very relaxing. Her room is full of paintings that she made.
History/Bio:
Sonya started out in Portsmouth, England, daughter of two Businessmen that were far too busy for their own good. But, they made enough money for their daughter to live in comfort. She was sent off to school, and given a pretty good education (Nothing that'd classify her as a genius, of course). She was friendly and forthcoming enough to make plenty of friends in school. She lived life as a girl. Still, she had a bit of dissatisfaction with her life, though, she swallowed it, and went along with it. However, once she turned ten, and began puberty, that's when her life changed. As in thrown on it's own head. Sonya's body started going through a variety of mutations. It started with the ability to breathe through her skin, and started swimming better, but it eventually caused more severe mutations. Once she was twelve, the mutations had completed, and she was part woman, and part amphibian. The mutations were, of course, obvious enough to detriment her ability to go about a normal life. She couldn't go to school because everyone would bully her for being a freak, and she was even beaten to a pulp. Her parents literally had no idea what to do with her, and her education.
However, one internet search brought up the Academy Program over in America. They knew that it was probably the best for their daughter, and gathered the money to send her to America, where she immediately applied for the Academy Program. She was sent to Academy 218... in Alaska. Which was very different from the UK (Especially in the winter), but she adjusted to it. She trained with many of the students there, and learned her power inside and out with the help of the various Teachers and Students. It wasn't all that complicated to begin with, and had a easy time training with it. Learning what to do with it. Most hilariously, she learned that she could change genders and spent at least a month as as boy before she figured out how to turn back. During her time training, Sonya met a girl named Maria Costello, who was a girl made of ink (and could control and create it). They bonded, and eventually became close friends. Going on all sorts of adventures while in Academy 218. One adventure in particular began with Sonya going out during a blizzard, and ending up frozen. Fortunately, an aspect of her power allowed her to survive being frozen solid, and recover just like it was nothing. She spent a few years of her life in the Academy, as a full student, that is. She pretty lived on the Academy without leaving it, or even any contact from her parents.
It turned out that her parents had abandoned her in America due to the fact that they couldn't take that she was a Metahuman now. She was now on her own, and would have to live in America. This really shocked Sonya, and when she told Maria about it, she suggested that they two split off from the Academy, and go with a group of kids (who were similarly shunned by their parents, or horribly mutated) that were planning to leave the Academy and roam the nation. Sonya was so devastated, that she just went along with it. They took the first boatride off, and arrived in Verthaven. They quickly formed a group called the Outliers. They stole, and squatted in houses to get by. Before heading to the next location. They got into all sorts of trouble, and managed to get more people to join their side (Along with people to give them a hand, and help them couch surf). This is where Sonya became the thief she was known as. With her power, she became extra efficient at sneaking around, and stealing whatever she could. Maria also helped with her power, and the two got really close during these robberies. It was like a date! Eventually, they developed feelings for each other, and agreed that they should hook up. Both of them became very experienced with their line of work.
The Outliers eventually ended up in Mendel, Louisiana after a few years. After a botched heist pulled on the Vanguard, it was agreed that the Outliers would be absorbed into the larger Vanguard. Sonya and Maria were fine with them, since they finally got a place to stay. Using their abilities, they were scouts and spies for the Vanguard. They participated in plenty of fights, too. Along with never giving up the thievery they were known for. However, once the gang war broke out in 2005, things took a turn for the worse. Their missions got more dangerous, and Sonya and Maria immediately considered leaving. However... they were among the first of the Vanguard to be busted by NEST. NEST got both of them to confess to their crimes, and they were arrested and placed into two separate Prisons for Metahumans (Where both of them received thrashing like no other). Sentenced to two years in prison for all the crimes they committed. The lovers were split up, as they had to fight to survive in prison. It wasn't easy, since Sonya had to do plenty of fighting, but she made it out alive.
One year into her sentence and Sonya received an offer that she couldn't refuse. NEST were going to release her and Maria early, if they join the Agency. Since NEST saw potential NEST Agents in both of them, and they were going to be let out of prison for good behavior anyway. Sonya gladly accepted the offer, and was sent to Black Fall to receive basic training at their facility. Where she reunited with Maria after a year. While training there, it turned out that Sonya had quite the eye. She was pretty talented at shooting sniper rifles, far superior than the other recruits (rivaling those with enhanced aim). Her superiors took note of this, and placed her in advanced Sniping training, and Recon. All in all, Sonya spent three years training under NEST, and came out a officer, ready for action. Maria, on the other hand, simply became a rank and file NEST Agent.
Her main job was reconnaissance, mostly scoping out an area for the other NEST Agents to go in and detain the target. Other times, she assisted other NEST Agents by unloading on a target with taser rounds. However, at times, there were points where she had to preform an assassination. A Metahuman in Black Fall had transformed into a monster, and began to tear Black Fall apart. She put a bullet right through his head, and brought him down. Her first kill. She kept that in mind as she proceed through the organization. Sonya rose through the ranks with her skill alone, and got promoted for every job well done. Making a name for herself for not being an excellent scout and sniper, but a good person in general. Incidentally, she also managed to get closer and closer to her partner, Maria. They were an inseparable duo.
However, her skill got her assigned to more serious jobs. Special ops - and some NEST Black Ops. This is where her sniping talent really shined. Eventually, both Sonya and Maria were stationed in various other places in the US. Philadelphia, New York, Miami, Highroller Heights (She didn't enjoy that at all, hot dry places are Sonya's bane), Boston, and Detroit (She'll never mention that experience again). Eventually, ending up in Stadium City... apart of NEST's ongoing effort against the Tyrants. In particular, this city is where Sonya ended the most lives, and seen the most shit. In the battle against the Tyrants, she's killed plenty of dangerous Metahumans that were apart of the organization, and many Metahumans who were public dangers. However, one mission in particular seriously gotten to her. It ended badly, with several civilians, Tyrants, and NEST agents dead. Sonya herself was injured severely. Her arm was torn off, along with her receiving many broken bones, and cuts, that she wouldn't have survived if it wasn't for her power. She, for obvious reasons, won't divulge on what happened.
NEST put her on leave for awhile in order for her wounds to heal, and of course, for her to see a psychiatrist. After she healed, she spent plenty of time idly mulling about what happened. Therapists didn't help all that much. So, Sonya mostly fell on Maria for comfort about it. They hung out a lot, and tried their best to have fun (It worked!). However, the bill was passed that allowed gay marriage, and Sonya and Maria finally married in Chicago. They didn't have a lot of time to plan, or really secure anything other than a park, but it ended up being memorable for the two of them. After a few months, Sonya was ready for duty, and returned to NEST.
She and Maria were immediately sent off to the Verthaven Branch of NEST. After the attack on the Headquarters, and the revelation, they were a little shorthanded. They arrived days after the attack on the Headquarters. Sonya and Maria were the people who helped keep order among the Metahumans, and keep the Metahuman criminals in line.

Abilities
Power Class:
Super-System: Bestial
Power: Amphibian Physiology.
Sonya has the abilities of the strange and wonderful Amphibians (And some Reptiles). Reptilian-like animals that inhabit the land and the water. Which have a wide range of abilities, Sonya, in particular are bits and pieces from all over the kingdom. To get started, Sonya is a cold-blooded person, she relies on external means to regulate her body temperature. Which, in turn, regulates how fast or slow her metabolism goes. By nature, her body is very flexible, and this makes her a very agile person - in and out of the water. You can see her preforming backflips, and leaping around like it was nothing. Along with the ability to twist her limbs. Sonya's body is well adapted for the water. She can swim underwater at exceptional speeds, and hold her breath underwater, capable of staying underwater and swimming like a champ. Like most Amphibians, she breathes through her skin. Most importantly, Sonya's skin is coated in a clear layer of slime that helps keep her moist, regulates her temperature, helps her breathe, and helps her swim. This same slime also provides a defensive advantage. It makes her super slippery, and very hard to grab onto. Most people will find her just slipping out of their grasp. This also makes her a bit harder to hit with physical attacks. Say if you were throwing a punch at her and your fist will just end up sliding right off her. It also renders her a bit more resistance to flames. Much like Salamanders and Newts, Sonya has a regenerative factor. She's capable of recovering from a knife wound in a few days, opposed to a few weeks. Along with the ability to regrow limbs that Salamanders are remarkable for. She can regrow a limb in a few weeks. Also, Sonya can also detach a limb from her body, in case she really needs to. It won't really be as bloody and damaging as it normally would, there wouldn't be a drop of blood. Oh, speaking of which, blood clots pretty quickly due to the layer of slime, and her regenerative factor. Sonya also has a very good camouflage. It'll render her nearly invisible, even while moving, long as she focuses. She can change her skin-color to anything within the color spectrum.
Sonya's tongue is also much, much, longer than the rest of her body - basically, she has a prehensile tongue. It's fifteen feet long, and very sticky. She can grab an object from a ways away, and suck it up into her mouth. Helped by the fact that her tongue is pretty strong, too. She's capable of using it to pull herself to another location quickly. As for frog/toad abilities, Sonya's hands take more reptile/frog like traits. They're webbed, and have the orbs in them, which assist in swimming, and secrete a liquid that allows her to cling to objects (Like tree frogs). Sonya's back legs are powerful. Just monstrously strong. They're capable of sending her flying through the air, and landing perfectly. She's capable of jumping around thirty feet forward, and forty-five feet upwards. These powerful legs also help her swim much, much, faster. Sonya has the unique and remarkable ability of the wood-frog. Wood frogs live in the arctic, and have the amazing ability to survive being frozen for extended periods of time. Once her body temperature drops below freezing, her heartbeat and breathing will stop, and her internal water will freeze. She can stay this way for months - once she's unfrozen, she'll be good as new. This is totally useless, but I'm noting it anyway! Sonya has the ability to change genders like frogs. With one thought, she'll begin the metamorphosis from female to male (Or vice-versa). It's a great party trick. Now, she doesn't have too many abilities that belong to the toad (that won't contradict the rest of her power). Sonya doesn't have too many traits from Caecilians. However, her mouth is full of rows and rows of needle-like teeth, and strong jaws. Capable of tearing someone's hand to shreds if she manages to grab a hold of them. In combination with all these Amphibians, Sonya has various sensory enhancements (Hearing, smell, and sight - along with a minor night-vision ability).
Also, she reproduces like a Surinam Toad. Have fun. :)
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
Sonya's body is soft, and and her skin is very easy to tear. Her skin is easier to cut with a blade, and her internals aren't as well protected as a baseline humans. Someone could tear her skin up with their hands (If they get a hold of her, that is). Landing the wrong way can tear her skin up. While she can regenerate, there's only so much it can take. Sonya's body requires constant moisture for her to keep functioning. Which basically means she'll have to dip into water every now and then to replenish her moisture. Staying on land too long will make her slime dry up, and her body will dehydrate. As a drawback of being cold-blooded, her body temperature must be regulated constantly. If her body gets too hot, then she'll dehydrate, and her metabolism will kick into overdrive. If she gets too cold, then she'll slow down, and get sluggish (Her reflexes will dim, and etc). While she can survive being frozen, she'll basically be in a coma, and will be utterly helpless.
Other:
Sonya's wife, Maria Costello (Now Mayfield), is a NEST Agent that works as a basic NEST Agent. She, too, is in Verthaven to fill in the empty spaces left behind by the injured/deceased NEST Agents. Maria's power is that she can control, create, and transform, into ink (which she uses as a form of shapeshifting). Sonya has access to a wide variety of weapons, courtesy of NEST. For starters, given her sniper nature, she is armed with a Barrett m82a1 as her main firearm (Can use taser rounds). Painted a slick black color that simply looks badass. It's usually strapped to her back as she goes around crawling. She had an Intervention, but it got destroyed during a confrontation with a Metahuman. She also has a Barrett .50 cal on the side for when things get real. She has a Mateba Autorevolver (Loaded with .357 Magnum Rounds) as her sidearm, and as her alternate, has a modified Glock 26 with a silencer attached to it. Usually her glock is only loaded with taser rounds.
Lucia, as her name suggests, is a pure blooded Mexican. She was born in the central American country, and each of her features reflects that. Her facial features are distinctly Spanish, and her skin-tone is a light brown color - the latter being the first sign of her ethnicity. Lucia has long, wavy, hair, that goes all the way down to her back. Her hair is a, rich, chocolate-brown color, and it is, surprisingly, very well maintained and is easily the most striking part of Lucia's appearance. The way her hair sways with every footstep of hers. Most interestingly about Lucia's body - that you'd need to be Sherlock Holmes to notice - is that there isn't a single mark on her body. She is completely devoid of scars, moles, or any marks of the sort. She has the skin that supermodels have to have photo-shopped out. Because of her power, her health is clearly in perfect condition. Lucia's build is quite thin, but she's very well-built for her age. She isn't muscular, but she participates in plenty of physical activities to keep herself in shape. Yoga being one of them. Lucia ain't super tall, she's actually below average. She stands at five-three, and her body-mass is considerably low for someone her age. However, the feminine charms that she's sporting are quite impressive. She isn't packing much backdoors, but her chest size is an impressive 36DDD bra. All natural. Lucia's eyes are almond shaped, wide, and are a brown color.
Strangely enough, Lucia has one oddity about her. Her right arm. It's usually kept wrapped up in bandages as if it has been injured. She keeps her arm wrapped up tight enough so that it's hidden, but loose enough so that she can actually move it around. To the outside observer, it's almost like it hasn't been injured to begin with. Which is true, and false. It has been injured... to the point where her arm's been removed. What came back was something that Lucia is desperate to keep hidden from the world. It's the limb of an abomination. Lucia's right arm is now a black exoskeleton reminiscent of a bug - but far worse. It appears to be muscles twisted over and wrapped around her arm. What's worse is the fact that the arm has eyes scattered about the arm, and these eyes are completely human. No weird mutations, or anything. Exact copies of Lucia's brown eyes. Lucia's fingertips end in very sharp claws.
Powers: Regenerative-Factor.
Lucia possesses a regenerative factor that keeps the girl in tip-top shape. Whenever she receives any form of damage, her body quickly repairs, or replaces, the damaged tissue. Which means her body is kept in tip-top condition at all times. It isn't an instant regeneration that'd put her on par with the likes of Wolverine, but she's able to survive and recover from things no human being should be able to. Superficial wounds (Like scratches, micro-fractures, etc) will be gone in a few seconds. Deeper wounds (Like a stab wound, gunshot, etc) would be gone in an hour at most. A broken bone would be completely healed in a few days. The most that Lucia is able to regenerate is an entire limb, and that takes months. All without a mark. Which means Lucia's body is without a scar, or scratch, regardless of what damage she receives. This regenerative-factor also comes with a resilience - no not resistance, but it's more of Lucia's ability to survive damage. She is capable of surviving mostly anything that doesn't kill her instantly, and give her the chance to regenerate. People quickly find out that Lucia just. Won't. Fucking. Die. All these abilities also come with a delayed aging (Lucia's aging has been cut in half since the moment she manifested a superpower), and an incredibly strengthened immune system (Lucia is very resistant to diseases, toxins, poisons, etc).
Regeneration-Based Transformation.
However, Lucia's power comes with a price. Since the moment that Lucia manifested her superpower, she's been slowly transforming into an eldritch monstrosity. It's been so slow that she barely would have transformed by the time she expires. However, with each regeneration, Lucia inches closer and closer to transforming into a monster. Small regeneration would barely affect her, but worse wounds would cause the process to speed up a bit. Losing an entire limb (As Lucia learned) caused it to come back as an inhuman limb that belongs on an Alien. By the time Lucia reaches her very peak, she'd be a massive, super-powerful, abomination. However, she most likely won't be reaching that stage until the very end of the RP, and her goal is stopping it at any cost. Now, this Abomination form will give Lucia a black look, like an exoskeleton. With long, slimy, tentacles that Lucia can control like an extension of her body. Her body will also grow extra eyes (And these will be exact copies of her human eyes). This beast would be tall, and horrific. She'll gradually shift into this form as the RP goes along.
Abomination-Fist.
This is the current extent of Lucia's mutation (Look at her appearance section to learn how her fist looks). A horrible, fleshy, mass. Tipped with claws, and it allows her to exert much more strength than a girl her size should be able to. It allows her to easily lift up three-hundred pounds, and it's durable enough to sustain this weight without even the slightest micro-fracture. It's also coated with fully functional eyeballs that give Lucia a greater eye-range (However, she can't see things perfectly through these eyes, it's more about seeing things that are closer). However, her regenerative factor doesn't extend to this arm that well, and wounds take longer to heal than average.
Weaknesses/Limitations:
Regeneration is painful. The process of forcing her body to heal can be quite taxing on Lucia's body. It hurts worse than the wound would normally hurt. This could possibly incapacitate her (or at least knock her unconscious). I should also note that it doesn't make her immortal, at all. Just really hard to kill. If you can hit with an attack that'd kill her instantly - say a gunshot to the brain or chest - then she'll be dead before she even has a chance to heal. Now, concerning her gradual mutation, this counts as a drawback as Lucia desperately wants to avoid turning into this monster. As her transformation continues, her sanity will begin to fade until there is nothing left of it. It will cause her to go to any length to stop it. This form also has a few weaknesses and drawbacks of it's own. The first and foremost weakness is that it's very weak against heat/fire (And energy based attacks for that matter). Her skin will be coated with a very flammable flesh, that will catch flame and burn like a bitch. And Lucia can't heal fire-based damage all that well. The other thing I should note is more of a trade-off, as her mutation progresses, her regeneration will gradually begin to weaken until it's merely slightly-above average. She'll be very strong and durable, but won't be able to regenerate as fast as she used to. On the flipside, her transformation will come to a steady halt!
Personality:
In this bleak, unforgiving world, Lucia attempts to be a good person. The kind of person who reaches out to other people to lend a helping hand when they need it. Lucia is a kind, noble, soul that is quite down to earth. Despite the last few sentences, she is no idealist, she's more of a realist. She attempts to be a good person, but doesn't divulge into silly idealism like redemption, or saving everyone. Lucia tries to be the woman that does her part, and help people she can. Though, the reason why I said "attempts" because she can unintentionally come off as quite... narrow-minded. In a situation where she has to choose between helping her friends/family at the cost of other people, she'd sure as hell go for that goal. Though, this noble attitude is mostly in response to the fact that she's transforming into a monster. She's desperate to hold onto what little humanity that she has left. That desperation is overwhelmed by the fact that Lucia wants to find some way to stop/reverse her mutation. She's willing to go to any length to stop her transformation into a monster. Which is why she doesn't really mind being sent to the equivalent of a modern-day concentration camp - because she's more worried about not losing what little left of her humanity she has. The more she changes... the less sanity she'll have left.
Backstory:
Lucia was born in District 2, located in Mexico (Or Central-America). Fortunately, she was born to a middleclass family, the first daughter of three. Being the oldest sister of one brother, and two sisters armed Lucia with a distinct big sister instinct. A nurturing side of her that flourished when she was younger, and had to take care of them. While the world was cruel, she tried to have the semblance of a normal life, and tried her best living under the near-tyrannical NWO. She went through school, lived her life, made plenty of friends since she was pretty enough to attract them.
However, her life changed for the worse during a tragic car accident. Her father crashed head on with a 18-Wheeler, and the crash badly injured Lucia. It caused her arm such traumatic harm that it had to be amputated. The incident shocked Lucia, and she fell into a great depression - hiding herself from the world. No amount of therapy could fix the loss... but something in the background did. The sheer trauma from losing her arm manifested in the form of a strong regenerative factor. She didn't notice it at first, but the smallest wounds instantly disappeared, and even every time she hit her foot, the damage was repaired.
What she did realize was the fact that her arm was beginning to come back... and she realized that she was a genetic malfunction. She began to freak out, and realized that her simple life was over. Instead of trying to fight it, Lucia offered herself up for testing, and prepared to be a test subject - hoping that she'd just get treated as a second class citizen. However... testing proved that Lucia was beginning to fundamentally transform.
... Into a monster.
All Lucia could feel was desperation and dread as she was hauled off to TEF-149.
Talents/Skills:
Okay, I'm honestly at a loss as to what to put here. Let's just say she has no skills that can assist the story until I come up with something.
TL/DR:
A slim Mexican teen with a regenerative factor that allows her to survive almost anything - at a price; she's turning into a monster. She's going to any length to save herself.
Years of living on the street have not been particularly kind to Mouse. Well, they've hardened her, but at the same time, they deprived her of resources that would have caused her to grow up into a healthy young woman. Her skin's pale, she's very dirty (along with her clothes), and she's malnourished. Her body is skin and bones as Mouse literally got by on scraps (And stealing food with her power, of course). Though, the other thing you'll notice about Mouse is that, true to her name, she is small. Mouse is exactly five-feet tall, and is around ninety-pounds. A real scrawny little shit, don't expect her to be winning any fights, or any weight lifting contest. She would be just a tad muscular if she was actually properly nourished. Though, just like you'd expect; Mouse is quite light on her toes. Not surprisingly fast, however. However, Mouse isn't a bomb shell - far away from it as possible. Her chest is a measly 30A, which fits her size well (One would quickly notice that Mouse doesn't wear a bra. Ever), and her behind is flat.
Now, Mouse is definitely Caucasian. She's a variety of different European countries. Like, a lot. Belarian, Lithuanian, German, Icelandic, French, Polish, and even Cherokee. These different ethnicity give Mouse a distinct European look. Like she's that one person you can't link to one specific European country. She's just your average American street-rat. What's most pronounced about Mouse is her bright-blue eyes, which contrast with her very black hair. Speaking of her hair... yeah, it's a total train wreck. A hair stylist's worst dream. Her hair's a mixture of dreadlocks, and straight hair. She has plenty of long dreadlocks, that are styled messily (With some hooked upwards/downwards, bent, burnt off, etc), which clash with the strands of straight hair. Not that it's extremely well-maintained, it's very dirty, and everything you'd expect it to be. And this is all Mouse's doing.
Due to living in poverty, and her interest in welding, Mouse doesn't have perfect clear skin. It's absolutely coated with scars from blunders, falls, and that hilarious time she made a welding torch explode. These injuries usually have a band aid (No matter what injury Mouse receives), and she'll be on her way. Mouse used to rub some dirt on it, but that didn't even too well for her.
Powers: Telekinetic-Golem Creation.
Mouse's ability allows her to produce a local telekinetic field that attracts objects inside of it, and form a telekinetic entity of her choice. Mouse can form these golems out of anything that isn't too heavy to lift, and they can take the shape of anything she desires. These Golem's size wholly depend on how much material Mouse has to work with. They can be either really small, or up to twelve feet tall, and quite wide. However, once a telekinetic golem is created, she can't add anymore to their bodies. They're mostly humanoid, and they can be given orders by Mouse. She can make them do whatever she wants really. From simple commands, to more advance functions. These golems display a surprising intelligence when they carry out Mouse's orders - because it's a bit of Mouse's subconscious leaking in when she gives them orders. When she's done using her power, she may banish the telekinetic field, and the objects will go back to normal. However, while she's limited to only creating golems, Mouse here is clever enough to quickly learn that it is possible to use this ability as a rudimentary form of telekinesis. Such as infusing one object with the field to move it.
Weaknesses/Limitations:
Mouse is limited to one golem at a time, and there's a thirty-minute time limit for her Golems. As this time limit gets closer and closer, the golem will get weaker and weaker. Until it absolutely falls apart. Along with Mouse receiving headaches, and nosebleeds, by the time she reaches that point, she'll pass out. Like I stated before, Mouse can't add anymore materials to her golems; so if it gets damaged, then she'll have to form another one. Each of these golems have a weakspot, a glowing blue spot in which it can be instantly destroy the golem if damaged sufficiently (A well placed strike should do it).
Personality:
A trickster to her very heart. As a coping mechanism for Mouse's rather shitty life, she's quite the snarky jokester that enjoys going out of her way to get a rise out of people (Or weirding them out). Both of which she's an expert at. If there's someone that Mouse singles out as easy, expect her to go to any length to piss them off. However, this is mostly a facade, as Mouse is quite determined, and focused, when the time's right. Mouse flips from joker, to determined scientist soon as the moment's right, and she can be quite... aloof. Actually, underneath the jokester persona in general, she's very distant, and doesn't let anyone in - and if anyone actually tries to get in, she'll only push them away. One could say that, innately; Mouse is quite bitter about her life, and the way it's gone. And especially how some people look down on her for not having the best slice of life. When Mouse is feeling especially sullen, she'll withdraw and retreat to her one love; arts and craft. Mouse's sexuality is very ambiguous. Mouse sexualizes females around her, to the point of absolute perversion. The first thing she'd say to a stacked female would be about her breast size, and she tends to get extra touchy around girls. It's a mystery if she's actually gay, or screwing with everyone - but one should note that she doesn't sexualize or harass guys.
Backstory:
Born in District 1 (Or at least abandoned there), Mouse didn't know what happened to her parents; whether or not they died, abandoned her, or abducted by aliens. And quite frankly, it's completely irrelevant to her. In which case, Mouse was adopted by a family of poor people, and lived in utter poverty for most of her life. Due to this lifestyle, it gave Mouse a distinct look on the world - it allowed her to build up walls. Along with teaching her that the streets aren't particularly nice. Mouse in particular hung around a group of street rats that enticed her into stealing, and how to survive. It wasn't long until Mouse was stealing from people, among other things. It wasn't long until Mouse utterly abandoned them, and indulged in the life she was meant to live: the life of a street rat. She became well connected to her new family, and they taught her many things, along with opening up many new interests for her.
They all hung out in a scrapyard, which had plenty of spare machinery lying around. A welding torch being among one of them. Her new "adopted" father was a former welder, and he taught the young girl how to weld, thinking that it'd be something fun... he didn't expect her to get the ropes of it so quickly. And soon enough, he created a welding monstrosity. Along with being taught how to spray paint, Mouse and her friends tagged the ever loving hell out of the city (The most bold thing they did was deface city hall - and got away with it). For years, Mouse lived in malnourished harmony, stealing whatever she needed, and living in relative happiness.
However... it turned out that Mouse was a Malfunction. Her telekinetic field manifested towards the end of her puberty. It was when she was welding when she discovered that she could create a golem out of sheer force of will, and order it to do whatever she pleases. She tinkered with this power a bit, and realized that she was a Malfunction. Realizing the stigma against them, Mouse figured that she was going to hide her power. Though, she fiddled with the power to help her steal, and play pranks.
Mouse realized that the tests were coming up soon, and she was going to come up with an escape plan and join one of the warlords in the badlands... if it didn't fail miserably. Like, she barely made it two steps out of the junkyard before the government officials came for her. She was tested, and sent to a concentration camp for Metahumans (Also known as: TEF-149).
She had much to look forward to in slavery.
Talents/Skills:
Welding! Mouse was taught by one of her street rat friends how to weld, and it's one thing that she dicks around with the most. She mostly uses her welding talent to make art (Of the political statement variety - or a giant metal dick). While she burns herself a lot due to her horrible practices, it's still impressive for a girl her age. She also knows how to spray paint, and make stencils (Which can also either be a political statement or a dick). Now, Mouse's best skill (Where she earned the name "Mouse" from) is her sneaking, and stealing ability. She's incredibly quiet, quick, and sneaky. She can sneak around even the best eyes using her expert stealth abilities. Her hands are also quite quick, and she can snatch something the moment you take your eyes off it. Hair styling is also an interest of hers that she's been exploring. She's godawful at it (Possibly on purpose), but it's a start.
TL/DR:
A young street rat who acts like a lil' shit as a coping mechanism for her shitty life. She has the ability to make golems with telekinesis.
