Acacia has done plenty of bad things herself so personally, she won't judge him too harshly but please note that she will have an overwhelming desire to hurt him if she realises what he has done in the past. So, in her own mind she would initially not really judge him but as time went on she would slowly become a lot more twisted against those who have done bad things as her powers and her mother become a lot more prevalent!
They can bond over their life of crime, another reason why they're made for each other. But yeah, with that "No Mercy for the Guilty" ability and given all the bad things Cole has done....
