I don't see him outright joining anyone. But he likely associate with them. He is the kind of person who helps he badguys outsource and find stuff they need. Basicly. He is a "villain maker"
I am leaning on making a bad guy. Basicly I will play satan The Broker. A guy I made for my currently defunct 101-verse. He is the swaggiest of villains. More concerned about paperwork then world domination but a gnarly manipulator.

I dunno, some versions of superman could be killed by a red flashlight and a gun. One of his mooks of the day is literally just a guy with some red lights that saps his strength just because they're red.
@Fallenreaper I mean. That is fine. Logically it falls into the same problem as comics. Superman would never have a problem with a thug with a gun. A street level dude as DareDevil could potentially be killed by him. I actually did the responsible thing and went trough EVERY SINGLE CHARACHTER to get a gauge on it all after asking. Seems like a nice spread all around really ^^

My preference is for street, because I think it fits the sort of feel for the character I have in my head, but I'm not sure if the power is City-level or not. If people think street is okay then that's good with me.
How many active WORLD level dudes do we got right now. If everyones super uber It would be a drag to be the only "lower level" dude.
