@Famotill I might have a few, especially after I looked at the map :D (it's totally going to go well for everyone involved)

As for me, I got involved with fantasy mostly through WOW... though nowadays it is mostly through reading, anime and ofc writing! I love me a good sci-fi or modern setting as much as the rest, though I always feel the traditional fantasy is like the good old reliable cornerstone to fall back on ^^

If you love CYOA (choose your own adventure) fiction, I'd recommend reading both Eternal and Necromancer on cyoaa( ithink that's the web site's name, it's been years since i visited!). They're AWESOME pieces of fiction, you'll like them, if you can tolerate a bit of dark-ishness and violence in your fantasy.
I'm fartso Frettzo, and I've been a player here since the late 2010's (yes, even before Guildfall). I think my favorite fantasy world must be Guild Wars 2's one. That's where my love for plant people first began, with the Sylvari. I'm currently also a player at Divinus, one of the oldest roleplays in the site, with the group going further back than Guildfall as well. Don't ask how we survived that mess, we just did!

I also just came back from an extended period of inactivity, stemming from having to finish my thesis and stuff. I recently finished my undergrad studies and am taking a short break to reconnect with writing.

ALSO, I recently delved into the world of tabletop RPGs. I love the experience of building a world and playing in it with other people face to face.

ALSO ALSO, I'm Venezuelan and my native language is Spanish. My biggest dream i nthe world is moving to the first world :p
WIP Foreas character

@Antarctic Termite, She's most likely near either the Oath of Stilldeath or lurking around Pictaraika. Those are her two favorite places nowadays :-)
@Frettzo oh uh whoops don't do that you'll just get tangled in irrelevant sideposts

The best candidates are Jvan herself, who has a more mobile but kinda kooky avatar now, and Tira, who you might remember. She's an upbeat girl who's currently just trying to find herself and a nice volcano to throw a god-killing weapon in.

Would that volcano perhaps be the one Jvan forced into a premature eruption?
Sorry lil reptile, too late *stabs*

Good to have ya here! If you're looking for a roleplay to join ,you can start by looking at the Interest checks in any section you're interested in.
@Frettzo

Oh, it's from a really awesome beta inkarnate.com. It's a very handy tool that I definitely recommend!

As for the plant race- that's definitely an interesting idea that I hadn't really thought of. I'd love to hash out some lore for them (my mind is already kind of thinking of some potential avenues). The idea of a character like that makes me pretty excited actually from a story-telling perspective.

Awesome! Thanks for the link! And by all means, feel free to PM me and we can start hashing out the lore right away! The only thing I really want is for them to truly be plants. Humanoids, but plants! Maybe they could be a twist on elementals and stuff?
hey, I love the maps! How did you make them? I'm interested in making some for my personal tabletop rpgs :)

Also, interested! But I'd like to ask about the possibility of playing a plant-people race? Kinda like the Sylvari in GW2 or the Floran in Starbound.

@Frettzo I've got 1,957,744,812,056,813,147* characters and counting, she can't be too far from one of them. The offer's open for some sisterly love if she needs it. if not I'll set about actually doing business with this massive self-inflicted workload

*actual numbers, reliably reported by resident Divinus statistician, Chiral Phi.

Cool! I'll have a look through your characters, to see which one would benefit the most from a nutcase Goddess crashing into their neat little lives :)
BRING HER BACK ;-;

sorry, shes a tree now :(

ANYWAY, anyone interested in being near Astarte the moment she realizes Brown's gone?
