"Huh?" Michael said with a confused look as he thought about the words Jessica had said. Declining effort towards maintaining her life? When the hell did I say that? Hmm. Declining effort... maintaining... Oh! A shitty job of living! I guess she think that I said she's killing herself or something

Omega didn't notice that he was staring down at the ground as he thought to himself until he looked up. He smiled uneasily to make things less weird.

"What I mean is, you're not enjoying your life. If you're not enjoying it then what quality does it have. I mean, I could live to be 500 years old, but what does it matter if I never did anything for me in those 500 years. Now those Squints have already taken years from you. Years of social life and experiences that are hard to make up for. Don't you want enjoyment?" Omega asked.

Omega did it again. Stared blankly as Jessica spoke. He was actually listening this time, but was also try to fully understand her. He didn't want to end up making her do something she did not really want to do.

"Well you already got one thing off your bucket list." He smiled with a wink as he was mentioning him being her friend. "The rest will come in time. Just be patient." He assured. He was somewhat curious about Jessica's father. From what he understood, her father was someone extraordinary in being.

His thoughts focused on Jessica again.

"Ok. First, don't change your computer tone. I think it's to the point and it makes me chuckle, and not in a bad way. Second, you're just socializing, don't get a headache over it. You look like your getting constipated every time you feel a different emotion as we talk." Omega snickered. "Relax is what I mean. Just for a little at least." Omega suggested as he looked in the direction of the city. "Oh and third. Like 80% of people our age go to the mall and sometimes don't spend a dime on anything."

"Statistic is false." Sol replied. Omega's eyes opened wide before he scowled at his bracers.

"I should have left you in the room." He said to his equipment before looking at Jessica with a big embarrassed smile. "Anyway, it we want to spend money, I got you covered. I have... a lot of funds saved up. A lot. And I get paid a good amount to work here with the team. But who knows how long that'll last with management shifting." Omega floated into the air with quickness to meet Jessica's height. "So are you in? Or do you have more reasons not to live. Who knows the next time we'll be able to have some quality fun."

"Staked out territory?" Omega chuckled at how Jessica described it. She was right, however. Omega had not experienced a true relationship with a female before, so he didn't see any harm in being a bit too friendly with someone else.

When Jessica went on about wanting a big brother, Omega smirked. He was glad to fill that role if she let him.

"Sempi eh?" Omega crossed his arms over his chest, thinking about being something he had never been in his life. "Well I could see you as a little sister. I actually feel like your likeable to me, you're very innocent, but also dangerous, funny, but only because you sound like a computer half the time." Omega's smile became bigger as he spoke. "Okay, so now back to the bucket list. You ever been to a mall?... and shopped?" Omega asked.

"Well I guess you're right about the whole team thing." Omega said as he felt a little unintelligible for not thinking about the situation like Jessica did. When she explained her lack of social skills and "fun" experiences, he frowned. "You know what?! I know you don't want me to pay you back, but as your team member... No, as your friend I'm gonna help you uh, catch up and get all the skills and experience you need. All you need is a bucket list. Don't even have to write it down." He said as he poked Jessica's temple. "Just keep it up there. So far, you already made a friend, and yes I count." He smirked. "And a kiss? Easy. You have two choices. I could do it. It'll just be a kiss though, ok? Oooor we can go hunt someone down. We got the training out of the way so, let's get you trained in living life as you should."

Omega did not know why he was trying to help Jessica so desperately, but he could only describe it as himself yearning to do good by someone else for once. Like she had said, they were a team, and he'd help her just as she had helped him. He was no expert in science or the fundamentals of the use of powers, but he sure as hell knew how to have a little fun.

Omega was doing something he never took the time to do. Feel. With his sight gone, Omega could only rely on what he could feel with his telekinesis. His eyebrows raised as he could feel more than he thought he would. The ground... man even the breeze.

"Slim, armored, and definitely a woman." Omega said with his eyes closed before lifting Jessica up. Omega opened his eyes with a huge smile as he had lifted Jessica. "This is fucking incredible, it's like I can feel... everything. I'm just really slow with it, but it's a start." He walked up to Jessica and put his fist out for a pound. "You make a good teacher. If you're not tired or busy, I can use help identifying stuff. Like go place random things on the ground, preferably inside, and I can guess what they might be or if you have something else in mind. It's all your call. I don't want you to feel like I'm using you. We're friends, I'd you wanna tell me to 'go fuck off and do it on your own' it's cool." He said as he didn't want this to be a one-sided affair.

Omega kept his eyes closed and smirked at Jessica's vocabulary.

"You love your big words, don't you?" He joked. "And I'm not telling you to stop, I get enough of what you say to make some sense of it." He chuckled as he took a breath.

Omega tried to focus and guess where Jessica was, which was failing miserably as he felt an emptiness as he went to lift or grasp her.

"Damn..." He said to himself as he reached out with his hands. He usually did this as a way to make things easier. It was equivalent to training wheels for him. "Don't squirm once I get you, okay? And you're just gonna feel a little pressure and... gotcha! And you're squirming" He said as he lifted her up high. Omega opens his eyes only to see one of the landing pad guards floating in the air while flailing about.

"Hey man, come on!" The guard demanded. Omega chuckled and put the man down before sighing. He looked at Jessica and shook his head in defeat before balling his fists.

"I can do it. I just have to feel you out. And no, I don't care how perverted that sounds, I have to do it." Omega said as seriously as possible before closing his eyes and smiliny. "You ready? Pick a new spot so it's fair." He said as he got ready to try again.

"Umm well I think. I've never really tried that to be honest." He said with as he thought hard about it. "If I already know where something is it's not too difficult. Sometimes I picture my power as if there are invisible hands doing my bidding, but I'm sure I can get more advanced with time. Hmm.... I'll close my eyes and you move somewhere. Silently. And then I'll try to lift you from the spot of your choosing. No hints." Omega said as he took a step back towards the southern edge of the landing pad and shut his eyes.

"Plus this gives you time to think about your payment. Don't make me feel bad by not letting me pay you back. Is money good? You don't seem like the type of person who cares for it."

Omega stared at Jessica blankly as she gave her explanation. He nodded every own and again to show he had interest. He even threw some "mhm"s in there, but a lot of what she was saying was being lost. He did get the general idea however.

"You kinda did rant, but I think I'm interested in using my TK in that tactile slash visual way. I also want to get better with being able to show a some forms of dexterity... I know I can do it on my one, I just sucks with the focusing part. If I could get that down, I'd be pretty good with practicing and I'd owe you big." Omega replied. He wasn't one to just say that he owed someone, he always compensated the ones who helped him.

Omega smiled when Jessica said she would be at the HQ soon. Landing pad 1B north... umm He honestly didn't know where that was, but common sense told him to just go outside and wait for the flying meta to land. He ran through the halls and made his exit other the front entrance before flying up towards the roof.

"Still have time to spare, maybe too much time to spare." He said to himself as he landed on the closest landing pad he could see. He didn't bother any of the grunts outside and they didn't bother him either.

It wasn't long till he saw the pink wonder descend from the sky and onto landing pad 1B north. There she is. He thought to himself before floating over to her.

"How was your flight? I see your wearing your suit." He said as he greeted her with a smile. "You ready to teach me to be more precise? How to get me to make the thread go through the needle? How to get me to take a machine apart without breaking it? How to... never-ending, you ready?" Omega asked with a bit of excitement.
