PrinceAlexusFenton liked the cornerstone because it was quiet and fairly unnoticed, especially on a sunday night, but for some reason, a HUGE group of people had entered very shortly after one another, and it was getting on his nerves. First a white haired man who looked like he could handle himself in a fight changed the jukebox jazz to old man blues, which pissed him off a bit, and then proceeded to lay out his expensive cigars on the counter. Fenton tried to hunch over and ignore him only to be almost ambushed by a very perky lady who introduced herself as Addison, she called both him and the white haired man handsome, but Fenton had a feeling she said that to everyone , so he made a point of not responding. After hearing the bar door open, and hearing more chatter, Fenton had heard enough. He downed the rest of his drink and slammed his glass on the counter along with a couple notes worth of shine credits to pay for it. Before storming away from his favorite seat, his night was ruined.

As he was walking to the door, he saw her, although her head was down in a somewhat nervous fashion her eyes were almost lighting up the bar. He couldn't believe it, she looked like something out of a video game, something that had a lot of animators and graphics designers a long time to render. She looked like an angel lost in a dingy part of the mortal world, and for a second the fearless ex cop from Neo City was in shock, like a deer caught in the headlights of her perfect green torchlight eyes. She made her way past him and tried to get the attention of the bartender with her soft and sweet voice. Fenton wasn't going to wait. He walked straight up to her and grabbed her hand, and placed a business card in her soft palm. It felt like silk.
Fenton Kelly Private Investigator, Miss. I'm fairly new to this city and I'm offering my services to the locals in the Jazz quarter of town. If you need anything or anyone found or looked into. Please give me a call.......and if you just would like to talk some time and maybe get a drink in a slightly more quiet environment...then please give me a call... and I must say that's an amazing dress you are wearing.
Fenton didn't wait for her to respond, he knew he was too drunk to keep a smooth conversation going, so he just had to hope she was interested enough to pursue him at a later time. He quickly got out of the bar and decided to drive the long way round home, take in the scenery a little now that he was already out. He wouldn't dare drive slightly drunk in Neo-City but shine city barely had any traffic for some reason.
