I didn't quite decide the specifics, but the range would be between 1 to 7 years ago. Because the last time some of the PCs were at the Carnival (per the Lost Items hook) was 8 years ago. I would think that time range is when Kettlesteam decided to take matters into her own hands, and thus, take Candlefoot's voice.

I do apologize for my lack of posts, here and in @rush99999's. It's been a busy weekend with family having come down to visit. I'll be trying to get posts up as soon as I can.

Lemme just hit cha wit a few facts: Paladin require a spell to find a steed, a spell they are unable to cast until level 5 whereas a ranger who takes beast master can get their potential mount by lvl 3 without spell gating. Yes they can't get fiend or celestial steeds but their companion gets their masters proficiency bonus for stuff which is good. PLUS they get stronger WITH their master unlike a paladin's steed.

This is true.

Paladins can get Find Greater Steed as a 4th level spell later on.

And also the giant wolf spider can go where other mounts can't so it's the best for dungeons.

Actually, now that I think about it, fairy’s get access to the Enlarge/Reduce spell.

So all we need to do is somehow get Tsak a pet corgi, then she can use that spell and bada-bing-bada-boom, corgi mount!

And it will actually work unlike my plan to turn Eighteyes into a giant spider mount, yes I am still salty about that
