Here are some ideas from me regarding the Fellowships.

___ has recently joined your Clutch and you are training them in the art of combat and the importance of self defense. Take a Gem from them.
I imagine Stargaze being the last dragon to join the clutch, (not just because she's the youngest, but also in the same way as being the last kid to be picked for a Dodgeball team). Stargaze would definitely want to help the Clutch out in some way, so she probably look to Shieldwing on help for learning how to fight. Plus, there is the benefit of being able to stand up to other small dragons who pick on her and bully her.

You know ___ looks to you when they want to get into trouble. Ask them how you exemplify their virtue and take a Friendship Gem from them.
At some point, Stargaze would get sick of the bullying and demeaning she endures from the other young dragons. Whether or not Shieldwing's fighting lessons help to alleviate the bullying or not, she'd definitely look to Skeboloff if she wanted to serve any bullies a slice of humble pie.
Upon first glance, it seems like she isn't very witty in conversation. She's straightforward and honest. But, she does exemplify Wit during any brainstorming for pranks: She'd recall important facts, or anything about the environment that can be used to her or the clutch's advantage.

___ worked with you to expose the treachery of an Elder dragon who had fallen to the Darkness. Give them a Friendship Gem.
I can see Stargaze helping Sylph out with this. She definitely wouldn't just sit back and do nothing if there is treachery from an Elder Dragon.
I imagine the particular Elder Dragon incited the bullying by saying that if a young dragon wasn't born into a house, then they are the worst of dragon kind and have nothing to offer.
