Just to double check the scenario: Is the scabbard done at the time of the attack? And if so, how long does it take to attune to a magic item?

Alrighty then. As Cascade is working on this scabbard, she will feel the eyes of Deep Sashelass fall upon her. Cascade will sense his approval of her efforts to bring heroes to the defense of Zephyr and she will sense him channeling a fragment of his divinity into her tools, allowing her to create one instance of the magic item described below.

Scabbard Bracer (Wondrous item, common, requires attunement)

The scabbard bracer fits onto the user's forearm and imparts the following benefits:

• The scabbard bracer can't be removed from the user while they are attuned to it.
• The user can insert a weapon into the scabbard bracer as an action. The bracer can hold only one weapon at a time.
• The user can retract or extend a weapon from the scabbard bracer as a bonus action. While the weapon is extended, the user can use it as if they were holding it, but their hand remains free.

If an attached weapon requires attunement, the user must attune to the weapon before it can be extended. However, the scabbard bracer and the attached weapon count as a single magic item with regard to the number of magic items the user can attune to. If the user removes the weapon from the bracer, their attunement to the weapon ends.

Alrighty then. I'll get to work on that tomorrow.

In the mean time, if any of your characters are drunk, know that you now have advantage on saves against being frightened, disadvantage on saves against being charmed, and access to the barbarian's reckless attack feature.

These effects last until you finish a long rest.

Cascade’s going to be busy working on the wood carving projects. First being a wooden scabbard for Auntie Rala (:P)

Would I need to roll anything for Cascade to come up with a cool feature for the scabbard that could give Rala some sort of advantage when fighting with the weapon that’s going to be sheathed in said scabbard? (I can’t remember if the weapon was a dagger or sword. ^^”)

Stargaze

The young drake beamed at Fellwing's compliment to her home, but it disappeared and she tilted her head in confusion at her question.

She looked concerned when Shieldwing crash landed, but Garrock was already there, tending to him. It was clear to Stargaze that the bearded dragon did care, at least a little. That was surprising! Didn't he want to be alone?

She answered Garrock after he addressed all of them, her voice clearly showing that she's still happy to be home, despite the circumstances, "I can lead the way! I know this place like the back of my wings!"

She then answered Fellwing, "As for what else to watch out for..."

She thought about it and she commented, "I mean...there weren't a lot of dangerous things around while I grew up here. Sure, you gotta be able to jump or swim in the swamp, but I think that's about it...[/color]"

Then she gets an idea, "Oh! Maybe Echo knows? She lives on this island too. Maybe she noticed something?"
