What WotC did was pretty scummy but still the guy definitely was breaking the law being in possession of something nobody was supposed to have yet.
I still hate WotC, they made the poor guys wife cry.
I thought the guy had legally purchased the packs/cards. Kinda hard to break the law of they were legally purchased.
Edit: forgot that WotC has the disclosure embargo stuff, so that was a breech there.
This was something that could've been solved with a letter from a lawyer or something, NOT with Pinkertons! Jeez!
The Pinkertons are a curious stain of US history that has greatly benefited from a lack of publicity. Detectives, gunslingers, union busters, and now functionally a mercenary company.
I honestly thought they weren't around any more, considering that the only other time I heard about them was from History Books in U.S. History. I was wrong...^^"

Dorothy/Scarecrow: Farmers
Tin Man: Factory Workers
Cowardly Lion: President of the United States
Wicked Witch of the West: Railroad Companies
Water: The Farmers' Power
Silver Slippers and the Yellow Brick Road: The Silver and Gold Economic Standard.
That's all I remember unfortunately. This was from High School.

EDIT: Now that I think about, I can't help but remember how my History teacher taught my class about how L. Frank Baum's Wizard of Oz was an allegory for that time period. Each character and aspect represented something,

Does Brut see Mini Bav 3 now? If so, what does he see her as?
He does see Mini Bav now that it stopped moving and is laughing. He sees it as a regular old human woman who seems to have been shrunken down in size, like Brut experienced at the Pixie Kingdom.

When Gabriel tried to splash the satyr with water, it becomes clear that he isn't as drunk as Brutrumukk. He easily dodges the water and Gabriel's attempt to slap him, smiling all the while. When that was done and Gabriel focused his attention on Jub and Brutrumukk, Vansel simply bobbed his head like he was listening to music.
Meanwhile, Jub points his wand at the miniature toad like creature. Jub calculates the spell and speaks the incantation. At first the Mini-Bavlorna stops to turn and look at him and Brutrumukk. After a silent moment, the spell takes hold!
She looks at Brutrumukk and bursts out into laughter. It is disturbing. It sounds like a mix of croaking, wheezing, and ragged breathing.
