Current No point posting your writing online if you don't care about praise.

Is the rioting and BLM brought up yet?

Honestly, I don't get the grief given to SAO when there's stuff like Mushoku Tensei where the MC actively lusts for underaged girls. And it's the most popular isekai in Japan.

Also, it's kinda annoying going back and forth writing short replies since I got other stuff to do and that just interrupts my rythm.

Kluuto

The examination process was not like what she had expected. It was over in a flash yet it was certainly uncomfortable. It was if he was drilling straight into her mind, taking the information necessary for his examination.

Kluuto then heard what the boy had to say attentively. Basically, she had to evolve first before she could become competent in magic. And she could either choose the traditional route of evolution of a goblin, becoming a hobgoblin via training her body, or have more exposure with humans or other scribe-themed monsters to evolve to a more humanoid form.

Well, she knew perfectly well which option she would want to take.

He then said that there was also something odd with her soul, other than how it was stronger than your ordinary goblin soul. Apparently, there was some information there that even his examination skill, Total Appraise, couldn't penetrate. It was as if it was an information that didn't belong to this world, he said.

"Thank you," she said to him, bowing a little. "I now know what I should be doing next. I believe I shall aim for that humanoid evolution. That means I'll probably have to stay and mingle with the humans in this town. Is there a place where I can get a job related to human language? Perhaps a place with lots of books? Or a goblin to human translating job?" She also looked at Gabu, expecting him to answer as well.
That's odd. I was sure I had slept on my bed last night. But now, I woke up here, in this unfamiliar place.

So Clara thought as she looked around her new surroundings. A large, lush green fields, with sheep all around them, it definitely gave the image of a countryside farm. Hmm, but the cows looked like the ones from her old world. The cows in the elven world didn't look like them at all, what with them having three horns and an extra eye on their head and wings on their backs. Also colored differently. And had a different name too. And they willingly gave their milk without the farmer having to milk them.

Ah, the convenience of magic.

However, what was more important to her right now was the two figures near her. First was this... boy or girl, she couldn't tell... person, wearing odd-looking clothes unfamiliar to her, and there was this jester who was hovering upside down in front of them. Perhaps it would be impressive for non-magic users but not so much for her. She could do it just fine as well.

She then stood there listening to what the clown had to say. Suffice to say, she did not understand any of it. And judging by his body language, she didn't think the clown would be willing to elaborate further.

So then her gaze returned to the other person beside her.

"Well, what do you think? Do you understand what that clown just said?"

Waiting for the others to respond first.
Marianne watched as Slyvia put the finishing blow on the rat ogre. The creature was indeed repulsive, even as it fell down to the ground with a loud thud. She recalled her bees afterwards, thanking them for the good job as usual.

"Lets go lads. Real fights up ahead or I'm a Bearded gnome! Off with ye'!"

The dwarves charged forward right away, not even staying a while to rest. She was happy with this development however as she was now reminded once more that her skirt was quite in an indecent state. She certainly didn't want the dwarves to notice the fact.

She quickly followed them from behind, as she worried about Fariha and Siph. She hoped the two could handle themselves, fighting against whatever terror lied beyond.

When she arrived however, she saw Fariha on one knee, panting in exhaustion, and Siph beside her, standing but with a terrifying wound that made her cover her mouth with her hands. She quickly came to their side, saying, "Are you all right, Fariha, Siph?" as she bent over, looking at the elf with worry as she put her hand on her shoulders. Fariha seemed to be merely tired but Siph, Siph, she had no idea what to do. If only she had bugs with healing capabilities right now...

Fixed.

Very well. A second would be fine.

Turning into cloud, she can do it instantaneously. But forming back to her human body takes around 1 minute fully, where she must fully concentrate.

As for the wind, fair enough.
@Ryougu
Her transformation to the darkness cloud has no time limit, but she couldn't use her sword attacks or spells. Her offense ability is basically limited to entering someone's lungs and choking them to death, but of course, she could only use it against normal people. She is immune to physical attacks but she can still be harmed by magic. The ability is mostly for surveillance and retreat, as she could just fit herself into the little nooks and crannies. Also easy evasion against physical attacks if she's overwhelmed.

Her death winds could basically insta-kill normal people without any magic defense on them, since it straights up pluck their souls from their body. She doesn't absorb the souls afterwards though. With opponents with magic defense, it's used to wear them down slowly as they have to keep up their defense, wasting their mana in the process. That is, if she doesn't switch it to tornado mode.
