Current No point posting your writing online if you don't care about praise.

Is the rioting and BLM brought up yet?

Honestly, I don't get the grief given to SAO when there's stuff like Mushoku Tensei where the MC actively lusts for underaged girls. And it's the most popular isekai in Japan.

Also, it's kinda annoying going back and forth writing short replies since I got other stuff to do and that just interrupts my rythm.

Name: Tanya Gorbechik
Race: Human
Appearance:

Age: 17

History:
Born as a daughter of a minor noble in a backward planet of the Golden Empire, she could have lived a comfortable life far away from any conflict and violence.

Alas, such a life was simply not for her.

She had always been fascinated by the Wind Riders ever since she was little. And she eventually decided that she would join them once she grew up, an oath she ended up keeping.

Even if it meant running away from her home, moving into a different planet entirely just to have the chance of taking their test. She became a stowaway on a cargo ship, using what credits she had under her name to rent the smallest and cheapest apartment in said planet for her new home.

Naturally, it was a far cry from her comfortable home. Not to mention the fact that she had to take a part time job as a mechanic, to support herself.

Not to mention the fact that she needed to have her own spaceship before she would even be allowed to take the entrance test.

And predictably, a spaceship wasn't cheap in the slightest, even the smallest and cheapest one. She couldn't just walk in to the nearest spaceport and buy one. Not with her own credits anyway.

Of course, she had no intention to beg to her parents for it. Especially since she knew very well they would never approve of it, and would just end up sending their servants to this planet to fetch her.

And so her option was only one. To somehow construct her own spaceship, using parts she could get at little to no cost.

Thankfully, she had quite the knowledge on repairing and salvaging abandoned spaceships. At first, it was just textbook knowledge, obtained by her reading all the spaceship-related books that she could get her hands on back when she was still the daughter of a noble. But then, thanks to the guidance and hospitality of the other mechanics of the shop she worked part-time on, that knowledge turned into a practical one. It didn't take long until she was just as good as any of them, and she was able to identify the parts she could use out of the electronics garbage dump located just right behind the shop.

Yes, she picked the shop exactly for that purpose, after she learned no one really cared if anyone would to steal anything from said garbage dump. It was all trash anyways, things the original owners no longer needed.

It was rough, but after six months of hard work, along with some help from the other mechanics who were symphatetic to her goal, she made it nonetheless. Her very own spaceship.

It was really small and tiny. And it could fly. And travel through space as well. No warp capabilities yet though. No one would be dump enough to just throw a really expensive warp device to a garbage dump, even a broken one. They would all be refurbished to be re-sold later.

But it was good enough for her to take the test. And so she did.

And miraculously, she made it in right at her first try.

It turned out that she had quite the talent in her blood for controlling tiny, single person spaceships. Perfect for how the Wind Riders rolled.

And now, after she graduated, she was ready to get into action immediately, as a new heroic member of the Wind Riders.

Only to find out that she had been assigned to a dull patrol mission out of nowhere.

Her disappointment was simply immeasurable.

At the very least, with her new job, she could purchase proper spaceship parts. Her ship was now much better than before, and it could actually warp, which was obviously required for her job (she asked for a front payment to her first job for that very reason, which, thankfully, her superior approved).

Personality:
She is a reserved and quiet person, preferring to keep to herself than mingling with others. She rarely ever smiled, only displaying that look of boredom that was constantly plastered on her face (it only got worse after she was assigned her patrol mission). She had an analytical mind, preferring to assess the situation before jumping into action. She was quite the stubborn person, never wanting to compromise her own personal goals.

Core Belief:
She looked up to the Wind Rider as heroes. She had a strong belief of punishing evildoers and promoting good. She believed in a universal tenet of morality that everyone, no matter where they were from, should follow.

Naturally, said morality came from what her parents taught her over the years.

Equipment:
Her preferred choice for weaponry was a simple laser handgun and a laser knife. As for her armor, she wore a miniature energy shield generator under her clothes, giving her protection while allowing ease of movement at the same time.

Ship:
Her ship was terribly small, as it was literally just a one cockpit vehicle. And it was terribly cramped, with the control stick located right between her legs. The panels, screens, and, buttons were located above her, easily reachable by her hands. Indeed, she drove the ship while somewhat in a lying down position.

All that was necessary to make the most compact one-man ship possible.

On the outside, the ship was painted dark red, and it was equipped with laser guns to the sides, missiles from below, and even a main laser cannon coming out from the pointed front. It was also equipped with the state-of-the-art stealth capability, and its maneuveribility was simply superior to any other ships out there.

Unfortunately, defense-wise, the shield generator was terribly weak. It would go offline in just one or two minor hits. Clearly, you were not supposed to get hit in the first place.

Magic:
She was capable of using some stealth magic, mainly invisibility and muffle sound. She could combine it with her ship's stealth capability, allowing her ship to not show up in any conventional radar while being actually invisible and absolutely silent in the real world.
Name | Tania Myradin
Age | 18
Gender | Female
Level/Tier | Virtuoso Tier 2
House | Bestia
Appearance/Attire |

Alignment | Free Spirit

Personality/Habits | She is a terribly easygoing and frank person, never afraid of telling others what she really thinks about them. Her gaut is like a lady, but her tongue is as sharp as a wolf's fangs. She rarely, if ever, considers the feelings of others. She always fancies herself as being on the side of facts and truth, as well as the purveyor of beauty. Indeed, she despises all ugliness and loves all forms of beauty.

The only people she displays her meeker side to are her parents and her little brother. Especially the latter since she's quite the brocon.

Background | She was born in the noble house of Myradin, a relatively small noble house with a territory out in the corner in the kingdom. Both of her parents' were used to be students of the Academy, with both being members of the Bestia house. So naturally, that led to her being a Bestia as well. But unlike her father, whose first summon was a lion, and her mother, whose first summon was a wolf, her very first summon was a butterfly instead. And it wasn't a giant butterfly or anything. It was a perfectly ordinary-sized butterfly.

To her parents' surprise however, she was not disappointed. In fact, she was perfectly happy with her first summon. She told them that her butterfly was beautiful, and that was all that mattered to her.

Her happy days didn't last long, as soon, her adorable little brother was diagnosed with a rare degenerative spinal disease that would slowly but surely leave him paralyzed. It was entirely genetic, so nothing could be done to cure him.

Gloom fell to the normally happy house, and she had to depart to the Academy with his little brother entirely confined to his bed. At first, she was against going when he was in such a condition, but she soon realized that the Academy was the best chance she got to find a cure for him, as she remembered all the fanciful stories her parents often told to her about the place, about all the wondrous summons the students had

Someone must be able to cure him. And if not, I'll do it on my own.

It was the start of her obsession with genes. At first, she thought the solution was to fix her brother's faulty ones, but she soon realized it was far too late for that. His body already grew according to the instructions of said genes, and there was no turning back the clock.

Her next solution came from the Machina, surprisingly enough. If her little brother's body was unsalvageable, then why didn't she give him a new one?

She was talking, of course, of the still theoretical process of brain uploading.

This was what led to her becoming a good acquiantance of Corona, whom specialized in the subject. She helped her with her research in the subject, even though she wasn't a Machina herself.

In the meantime, she played around with gene manipulation herself. As she was capable of summoning a creature out of her own imagination, she was able to conjure genetically modified creatures as her summons.

She also dabbled on genetic engineering directly, with her growing enhanced plants in the Herbology club.

Favorite Summons |
1. Butterflies
She is rarely ever seen without her butterflies following her around. They don't really do anything special, other than producing a constant sweet aroma around her.

2. Dorhnii, The Immortal Jellyfish
A giant blue jellyfish, capable of firing water spouts as well as channeling electricity through its tentacles. Like its name suggested, it's practically immortal. It has an extremely high regenerative and growth properties, and it could revert back to a mere blob of tissue if it sustains too much damage, and grows back to its adult form quickly.

3. Super Flu
Like the name suggests, this summon is essentially a swarm of viruses that could enter the opponent's body and makes them terribly sick. They are, naturally, completely invisible to the naked eye. The only tell that they are there is the summoning light that would be generated when they arrive. They couldn't move through the air fast however and they would die quickly after they are summoned.

The illness' effects could be customized as she wants them.

4. DNA Surgeon
This is also a virus summon, but it's not intended for battle in the slightest. It's purely used to edit the DNA of living beings. THey are the main tool that she uses in her research.

Technically, she could use them to inflict cancer on the opponent, but what's the point when it would only take its toll on them many years later?

5. Tyro The T-Rex
A completely DNA-modification free summon, she obtained it from a realm where the prehistoric era never ended. It was the summon that got her through the early years of the Academy, before she could craft her own summon.

It's basically just a regular T-Rex. The wingless sort.

Clubs:
1. Future Tech
The tools they provide, as well as her partnership with Corona, logically makes her join the club.

2. Skirmish
She is only here to test her jellyfish summon's resilience and strength, be it against human opponents or other summons.

3. Herbology
She utilizes the club's assigned personal plot of land to grow her genetically enhanced plants. If she deems them to be a success, she would even sell the seeds to the public.
What happened afterwards was, to put it mildly, entirely beyond her expectations.

Ayesha didn't notice Fubuki who was also gunning for the wolf-like construct until it was already too late. If she had known, she would've not ordered Adamas to go for sure, especially when the other construct had the capability of creating a freezing field all around her.

"Adamas!" she shouted. She didn't know how he would handle the cold. It wasn't like they ever fought off against an opponent with the capability for cold manipulation after all, being how the wilderness they frequented was mostly warm and humid.

She too had to be careful of the cold as she would even be more vulnerable to it. So she had to keep her distance. Not to mention that the cold would be horrible for her plants. This meant she had no choice but to leave everything to her construct for now.

She watched as yet another student/construct pair joined in on the "fun". She was glad for the reinforcements of course, but she just hoped that this one wouldn't have a different area of effect ability that could be detrimental to her own construct.

Suddenly, the hostile beast-construct let out a loud, nearly ear-shattering roar. Even from that distance, Ayesha's body froze the moment she heard it. Her face had gone pale. It was clear that the construct still had more in it before it could be tamed.

And then, it started to generate a black, mist-like cloud all around it. Ayesha immediately took notice how it seemed to corrode the ice that it came contact with.

"Adamas, don't stand in the black mist!" she quickly shouted. However, the golem seemed to have decided not to heed his mistress' order. It only grew larger and larger, even as the mist was turning part of his body into dust.

I see. So you're betting on your regenerative ability to outheal the decay the mist is producing. I understand what you're doing but it still too reckless!

"Adamas, retreat at once if it's starting to get too much for you! That's an order!" she shouted. The look on her face told everything. That she was seriously getting worried of her construct's well-being.

Putting up my tentative interest.
@chukklehed
Going to post her on the character tab then.
@Lasersquid112
Thanks for the idea! I decided to incorporate that to her backstory.

@chukklehed
Added to her bio on how she got her ship.
@chukklehed
Alright, I'll think up on something.
