It's the know-it-all attitude that radiates off you in waves. It doesn't really help when you're so clinically nitpicking at everything. Even if you're not purposely trying to do so, this zealous sort of manner really comes off as you being a condescending dick.
Not to mention that when challenged with someone who actually does know what they're talking about, and asks you to back up your claims, you're incredibly quick to leap to the "well gee looks like SOMEBODY has too much time on his hands" defense instead of actually engaging in the debate.
Also, I gotta level with you, "it made sense in my head but sometimes i forget the words to make it make sense to other people" is not an excuse.
