He's a kind, gentle and sweet young man, brought on by the hardships he had growing up. Starting with his very birth, born with his clan's rare chakra nature - the Ice Release. His mother, a leaf shinobi, died upon giving birth to him - frostbite. His father knew that it wasn't his fault, his father, Yoskue, loved Reisai as best as he could, but he never could forgive the boy for taking the love of his life away from him. Yoskue was an average shinobi, training Reisai when he could, in order for his son to learn how to use his chakra nature. The boy never showed any great promise. He became a pacifist rather early, even when the winter set in and his clan - like all clans had some hardship. They naturally had a resistance to the cold, and weren't very likely to freeze to death, but starving was another thing.

A few of the members of the clan took to banditry, assaulting civilians or transports with their ice jutsu, quickly spreading a rumor into the land of waves and the rest of the land of storm about the Ice-Ninja who were behind the Winter with their cursed jutsu. 

So began the hunt for the Shimodaruma, the hundred or so members of the clan quickly dwindled in numbers. Treated like lepers at best, hunted down and killed like dogs at worst. Nobody wanted anything with them to do, for fear of being treated like one of them. Reisai and his father left their home rather soon after the first attacks, Reisai learning how to fight properly as a 13 year old, in the midst of the winter. Studying anatomy and medical ninjtusu whenever he could - in an effort to not kill whatever enemies he fight.

When fleeing to the land of fire, they got ambushed by two shinobi from the Hidden Sand Village, and Yosuke sacrificed himself so Reisai could get over the border into the Land of Fire, and into Konoha, where he was brought before the Second Hokage, whom after some consideration granted him asylym in the village.

For the past five years, he's grown quite a bit, gotten a little bolder, more sure of himself, a proud shinobi ninja, willing to do whatever it takes to save his village and his fellow shinobi, perhaps a little too kind to be as effective of a warrior as he could be.

Shimodaruma - The Winter Warlocks, as they were called during the Winter. 
His family were a bunch of mercenary shinobi - ninjas for hire, none of them were ever very spectacular, but at numbers of almost 100 strong enough to fight, they were still a force to be reckoned with. That was, till the winter came and they turned to banditry, instead of legal shinobi actions. As such, civilian and other shinobi alike crashed down on them, accusing them of being behind the winter due to how common users of the Ice Release were within their clan, mass murdering them till only one barely survived his escape from Amegakure.

He dreams of a life where he can give the same warmth to everyone else as the Hidden Leaf has him. To share love and understanding, to stop fighting. To put down our kunai and work together moving forward. Of course, he's not delusional, so he realizes this is not particularly realistic, and instead also has plenty of more realistic goals. He wants to become a great shinobi so he can protect what's important to him - The Hidden Leaf village.

He also wants to dispel all rumors about his clan. They were not behind the winter, and his kind persona will be shed for a much bolder - combatant side of him if someone talks down on his dead clan.

His greatest fear is to be all alone, to be alienated by the village and the people who's come to love.

He's a mid range Ninjutsu specialist, making up his normally rather lack luster physical strength with his excellent chakra control and chakra enhanced strength. He can surpress enemies with his ice release moves, or he can protect himself or allies with his defensive techniques. He plays a supportive role in a team, and would be an asset to anyone with his all-around jutsu and fighting style. He does make sure to not pruposely go for killing blows, or even maim his opponents, only to simply take them out of the fight, making him a lot more likely to throw away a shot that could've killed in favor of staving off his opponents.

The coldness of the ice and the sharpness of it's shape makes it both durable and deadly and therefor hard to deflect. Can be made as long as up to a meter and a half, in that case, he won't shoot it out of his hand, instead use it as a weapon or tool in other regards, such as throwing it as a spear, potentially for further lengths with his enhanced strength. He can make smaller onces on his fingers, used as kunai.

Before His Birth – 0

Kaido was born to Ichigo and Aru, Ichigo, his father a Uchiha, and Aru a member of the main family of the Hyuuga clan. It wasn't a romantic run away, or a fleeing from the prejudice of their clans kind of marriage Ichigo and Aru had, it was the forced kind. If they did not concieve a child, and make a family, war would be raged between the Uchiha and the Hyuuga – and by extension the Hiddne Leaf. It bothered Ichigo a lot, as he knew that if he couldn't keep his family together, it would mean the exterminatin of his clan.

Childhood ;  1 – 9

His childhood, despite his rather odd circumstances for his birth, was relatively normal. He was included a fair bit into both the Uchiha, and the Hyuuga, not enough to know any secrets, but enough to feel like he had two families, not something often found in children of his circumstance. He was a very happy child, giggly and full of life and joy. He smiled and he played a lot, not a worry in the world. He joined the Academy at 8, like most children did.

Genin years; 12 – 15

He earned renown as a genin for his bloodline, being of two mighty clans of Konoha made him both an asset and a target, most people tried to chat him up, to make friends with him, in hope of getting on the good side of either the Uchiha or the Hyuuga. Due to his sucking up of his peers, Kaido never really had any real friends in this age.

The mission that changed it all; 16

As a 16 year old, in the early years of the winter, during the war, following the attack of Kumo and Kiri on Konoha, and the second Hokage stepping in, war between the nations erupted. During a mission to Kiri, Kaido's squad was annihalated in an ambush, leaving only him and one ally alive, to fend for themselves against the Mist Shinobi. His ally was a jonn of the Sarutobi Clan, and thanks to his superiors great strength, the two managed to return back from the warzone unscathed.

Almost.

Returning after seeing the slaughter, Kaido was somewhat changed. He didn't have that aura of happiness around him anymore, he was a bit more cynical, angrier, and a lot more violent, more willing to pick fights and more bloodthirsty, looking to get back onto the battlefield as soon as possible.

Jonin at last; 18 – 21

Reaching one of the highest ranks in the military, Kaido had made himself a pride for both the Hyuuga and the Uchiha – sporting each's insignia on his shoulders, yet calling himself Uchiha with the mark on his back. He was a savage warrior, a brilliant duelist and a excellent tactician, capable of executing entire squad-missions on his own, using his keen mind and his sharp intellect, his skil lcould no longer be denied and he earned the recognition he deserved.

Hokage – 22
Having staved off a war between the Leaf and the Uchiha, while being a powerful warrior, and a skilled combatant, a brilliant leader and a wonderful strategist, Kaido put his bid on becoming the next Hokage, when the second stepped down, at the end of the winter. He had been critical of Kishimoto remaining the commander in cheif ever since his injuries, and was close to winning the vote, missing out with just one vote. The consensus was that he lacked the expercience Mawari has.

Leader of Team 2
Having just lost out on the Hokage election, Kaido was crushed for a while. But he did not give up hope, he was offered a position as a commander in the Anbu, but he rejected it, following in the footsteps of the second Hokage. He became a team leader, teaching the younger shinobi the way of the Halfblood.

Hyuuga and the Uchiha were at the brink of war some 30 years ago, a war that, while it would not have been a contest between the two clans - the white eyes would win without a doubt, it was not in the best interest of the Hidden Leaf Village to wage war against the Uchiha, so instead, a marriage and a deal was made.

Water Style Specialist, while his biggest talent lies in Ninjutsu, his countless hours of sparring with Hyuuga and Uchiha alike has made him talented in Genjutsu and Taijutsu as well, a jack of all trades. Following his near death experience in the hidden mist, he picked up the Silent Killing technique, that he's employing fully in his own battle, sneaking up on opponents and taking them out before they know that hit them. Born into the most influential clan in all of the Hidden Leaf, Sarutobi Ira was one of many kids born that year, a year before the Permafrost and the ten years of winter, no siblings, but plenty of cousins, uncles and aunts. His father Hashi of the Thunderfist was a strong ninja and a proud warrior, and began training him as soon as he could walk, going as far as to teach him about his branch of the clan, and their passed down ability to use the Steel Release to make their bodies into weapons. 

Ira was always picking fights, proud and arrogant – yet, never really have much credit for it, compared to his father, he was quite the disappointment. While by no means a weakling, he simply grew up being mediocre, those born in less influential clans, such as the Uchiha or the Inuzuka all had children who surpassed him, something that infuriated him to no end. Because of this, his time in the academy took quite a while. He had to better his teamworking abilities and his lonewolf mentality a lot, as his instructors kept reminding him that without comradery, you would never survive out there in the cold.

His deepest fear is that he'll be the strongest in the world, but he'll get there alone, or that when he get there, he'll realize it's meaningless, and he would've much rather done something else with his life.

His deepest fears are all bound together with the very same things that make up his dreams, that despite his 'elite' birth and heritage, he'll still only be but a commoner, being mediocre is his deepest fear.

“A Sword's only as dangerous as it's owner.”

|   Ｆｉｇｈｔｉｎｇ ｓｔｙｌｅ:   |
Ninjutsu and Taijutsu used in a close-combat combination tough to match. His small frame and quick reflexes combined with his metal grip and armored body makes him very difficult to handle in close combat. He's able to fight using fast jabs and punches, but also with intense grapples. He uses fast legwork and is able to outspeed many opponents, to surprise them with his Steel Release Techniques for increased stopping power.

Steel Release – Handless Hiden

Ｄｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎ
Allows anyone born with this – a trait that's been foud in the past three generations of Ira's generation, to cover parts, or their whole body in a black metal of varying hardyness depending on the amount of chakra used. The Sarutobi's train using a Hidden Technique to be able to use their release to coat their bodies without the use of handseals, but at a rather steep price in Chakra and physical strain.

Ｓｔｒｅｎｇｔｈｓ
A master's metal's nigh-indestructible, able to withstand even the sharpest of blades. For Ira, the power of his abilities lies in their element of surprise, being able to throw a punch only for your fist to be coated in metal when it hits can give him quite the advantage on an opponent. Obviously, the lack of need for handseals makes it a one in a million technique

Ｗｅａｋｎｅｓｓｅｓ
A relative Novice, like Ira is easy to tire, he's hotheaded, so simply throwing kunai and Shuriken at him might be effective enough for him to use his abilities to shield himself – leaving him open for an attack. While such a strategy would be largely ineffective against his more experienced seniors, the principle remains the same. Tire them out, and they will be unable to fight anymore.

Their metal is also highly conductive, so lightning or prolounged exposure to fire jutsu are both very useful at defeating them, turning their strengths into weaknesses.

With the use of a couple handsigns, and his natural Hidden, Ira's able to generate more durable metal, on par with a well crafted sword at least, and increase his physical strength. This covers his hands and forearms, up over the elbows, he's roughly four times as strong in the muscles covered with the black steel while using this technique. At the cost of a constant drain of chakra, he can keep this state up for an entire fight, making it his primary fighting style, usually about getting in close and pummeling the foes.

A Bastardization of his father's namesake jutsu, he uses the Shock Therapy and Piston Strike techniques at the same time, boosting the strength of his hit, and the power of the shock. It requires a few handsigns, and a fair bit of preptime, building up a couple of layers of steel on his skin before he uses it, created a metal construct on his skin that channels the elctricity in the best possible way, to attack with incredible destructive force for someone like himself. The technique relies on his own speed, and the fact that it actually collides – if you dodge him swinging at you with the bulket at arm, he won't get a second shot.

Young Years: 1 - 10
Lord Kishi, despite his greatness, was born to an insignificant father, a soldier, like everyone else in the early days of the Shinobi Era, he joined forces with the Sarutobi and Hyuuga clan when their leaders formed the Hidden Village Of Leaf. Toriyama, Kishi's father died in battle when Kishi was only three years old. He doesn't remember much about him, unable to recollect much about his father, other soldiers who fought alongside him however claims he was a great man, even if he was an average soldier.  He was raised by a young man and his wife from the Hyuuga clan, both of them brilliant warriors. His foster father is the man who the world today knows as Hyuga Jurou, and his wife Mizu, they cared for him as if he was one of their own, unable to have their own offspring. 

He grew up in the early days of the Leaf, when things were still uncertain, and the other nations emerging around them had a great amount of uncertainty. Everyday another clan had moved into the village, and the strength of the village increased. The growth of the village was watched over by one man - the incredible Jurou - The Hokage. Protector, Champion and Guardian of the leaf Village, and all of it's citizens, shinobi and civilian alike, leading the people with a gentle, yet firm hand. Not only did he help the village grow, he had an equal hand in helping Kishimoto grow.

Early Career: 11 - 15

Kishimoto was far from a prodigy, he struggled to grasp the basic concepts of being a ninja, it was always clear from the beginning that he had natural talents, his ninjutsu skills were impressive, but his incredible chakra reserves stood above all, his surrogate father - the Hokage often mentioned that "That boy is one in a million". Yet, he still struggled with other things, tactics and discipline, most notable. He would slack off at the nearby lake, relaxing rather than to train.

That is, till the Hokage's wife, Mizu, was murdered by the shinobi of Kirigakure in a savage attack on the Hidden Leaf, and he came face to face with one of the killers, the Mist shinobi - only a couple of years older than him, proved to be more than a match for the young Kishimoto, wounding him severely, forcing Kishimoto to try and retreat. In doing so, he earned himself his massive, and only scar on his back. Following that day, mourning the loss of the only mom he had ever known, dreading the sense of powerlessness he had felt at the mere age of 14. He became something else, not a different man, but a different soldier. He became focused, calculating and absolutely brilliant.

Into the Shadows: 16 - 23

As he got older, his strength and brilliance grew. He earned renown and soon made his way to become his surrogate father's right hand man, his most trusted, and strongest soldier. He was the first ever ANBU captain of the Hidden Leaf, and he lead his team of ANBU soldiers through many missions deemed impossible by most, rescuing the Daimyo's daughter from Kumogakure when they were holding her for ransom was among one of Kishimoto's greatest achievements that you never heard off, on the grounds of it being an ANBU mission. Likewise, most of his deeds while serving as Captain went unnoticed by the public due to it being highly classified and sensitive subjects, not fit to discuss in this report.

By His father's side; 23 - 25:

With the first getting older, and suffering from a long list of injuries and diseases he would no longer partake in combat on his own, his son, Kishimoto always by his side. Fighting foes capable of challenging the first in his prime. Speculation ran rampart, weather it was because Kishimoto was the strongest ninja in the village, or if it was because of the paternal bond the first had with him that he kept him around, making him partake in all activities the Hokage dealt with, weather it was fighting Iwagakure forces, or discussing the truce with Kumogakure. Everywhere the hokage went, Kishimoto shadowed him, learning everything it meant to be in Jurou's shoes, and at the age of 25, two years of being at the first side, the first saw that he was ready. Jurou died in a bed, with Kishimoto sitting next to him, holding his hand, certain that he had imprinted his will onto the next generation, leaving the village in the hands of the young man.

In the Footsteps of his father; rise of the second Hokage: 26 - 28.

He was crowned the second Hokage the day following his father's death, his speech at his father's funeral the same day was heartfelt, and the crowd were all in tears, hearts full of grief after the man who had united so many people. A weight on his shoulders, for sure. His first day, following the funeral had been spent laying at the beach, relaxing. Trying to calm his mind, to figure out what he had to do.

Till disaster struck, and he got reports that Kiri shinobi were attacking the outskirts of the village, having heard of the passing of the first Hokage - The village was at it's weakest and this was the time to strike. Much to the Hidden Mist's dismay, Kishimoto showed to be an excellent leader, just like the first before him. He mobilized and commanded his troops excellently, leading the Kirigakure shinobi into an ambush and swiftly annihilating the threat with the same tactics he had learned during his time working in the shadows.

Following the victory against the Hidden mist, Konoha was perhaps stronger than ever. Peace and prosperity settled over the land. For a time.

The First Winter; 29

The winter came unusually early that year, in August it was snowing, by October the Blizzard had been going on for two weeks, making traveling almost impossible. Not only for the people of the Hidden leaf, but for all, as the blizzard targeted all countries with it's unrelenting coldness, if there's one thing for sure, it's that nature doesn't have favorites. The first winter was difficult, a panic set in during those months, people were freezing to death, the armies couldn't grow, and the entire infrastructure that had been created was falling apart.

Due to swift thinking and a cool head, Kishimoto managed to migrate all of the civilians into underground bunkers, made by using jutsu in the mountains under Konohagakure. There, they used their chakra to artificially help crops grow and keep the people alive. While most people of the hidden leaf now lived underground, they still kept the above-ground village alive and running as well as they could, hoping the Blizzard would soon pass.

The Long Winter; 30 - 40

For a decade the winter reigned, and he lead the hidden village of the leaf with graze. Once the blizzard subsided, it was an insane cold left to deal with, but some normality could return to the world. It was possible to be outside again, and while originally, diplomacy seemed to be the way to go, forging alliances with Iwa, Suna and Kiri, the pressure from the ever growing army of Kumo prompted a large military threat. As such, war was the only way out. After two years of winter, people were tired of it. Tired of starving and freezing, of losing family members to skirmishes, to not being able to trade with other villages, to not have enough food to feed their kids.

And so, a war broke out. A war of the scale nobody had ever seen before. A world war for all resources in every country. From the metal works between Kiri and Kumo, the Iwagakure's natural heat sources, to Suna's not-frozen water in their sands. 

It was a terrible war, with a death toll higher than anything before it. It brought the shinobi world to the brink of destruction. And for the second Hokage, it all came down to one battle. He faced off on the outskirts of the land of the rain against the Mizukage and the Raikage, three of the most powerful men in the entire world squared off in a three-way battle royale, leaving all three heavily wounded, but Kishimoto came out on top, and just as he was about to put an end to their reign, he was called away, his soldiers that he had brought with him were pinned down, and were all sure to die if he didn't assist them. 

For 24 hours straight he fought off Ninjas from every nation trying to attack his wounded soldiers, while still suffering from the injuries he had received from the two kages. In the end, it was not the ninja that got to him, but the cold. Once the unit he was protecting was safe, the frostbite had gotten to bad on his left arm and right leg that they could not be saved, they had to be amputated. 

He spent the next half year recovering from his injuries, no prosthetics were good enough to allow him to use them in combat, no metal arms were capable of replicating his hand movement for seals, nor how quickly he moved his legs, and so he continued on with only two limbs. The winter passed following the end of the war, and they could begin to rebuild the world, Konoha at the top, once more. Even if it was a Pyhrric victory, it was a victory none the less. 

Thanks to the sacrifice of the Second, many men and women could return to konoha and rebuild, but with a lot of his strength gone, he thought it best to step down from his position as Hokage, retiring to civilian life for a while.

Back in the Vest: 41 - 42

Having recovered from his injuries, he's put on the green flack jacket again, and is once again a jounin, in service of the Hidden Leaf. He's been training academy students, but now thinks himself ready to take on a new squad and lead them into missions.

Once, his dreams were to make his father proud. To be as great of a leader as the First had been before him - to protect everyone in his village, man, woman and child. To see to nurture the will of fire so many hold dear. But lately, these ideals have shifted, as has his position in life. Now, he's a far more reserved man, back to being a grunt, not a leader. Now he wants to protect his fellow soldiers, inspire the younger generation and to see his unborn child come into the world.

His greatest fear is to lose all which he cares for. The winter almost cost him the village, the war almost cost him his soldiers. He fears being as powerless as he was so many years ago as a young man when his mother was murdered and he was unable to do anything to stop it.

A master of ninjutsu, using his massive chakra reserves to press his advantage at every turn, his fire and wind technique are all unmatched. He's skilled at all ranges of combat. He's strong and faster than anyone would believe, truly worthy of bearing the title of a Kage. He overwhelms his foes using his elemental jutsu, plus his incredible signature chakra armor makes him a force to be reckoned with at any distance. 

His only weakness is his caring for his fellow soldiers - willing to lay down his own life if it means protecting someone else's. Well, that, and the fact that he's missing all of his left arm, and up to his knee on his right leg. Civilian life's also dulled his reflexes, putting him at a more vulnerable state today than at the height of his power as Hokage.

Since losing his arm and leg, his fighting style's changed quite a bit. Before, he was more of a steadfast fighter, going on for quick punches, jabs and kicks. Now, he fights in short bursts of quick kicks and punches while jumping off the ground usually fighting from a low position on the ground, to utilize both his arm and leg in best way possible. He spends a fair amount of time airborne, too, leaping into the air to come down with a powerful kick, or to unleash one of his devastating techniques.

Physically manifesting his chakra into a shroud around him, not unlike what someone using the power of a tailed beast could do. The red chakra bloats around him, untill it eventually forms a shape around him, like an armor, taking the form of a demon. This is further enhanced by him donning his red mask, increasing his chakra control. The armor gives him protection from harm, while disrupting his chakra field in such a way that most genjutsu will be widely ineffective against it. It also allows him to generate extra arms from the armor, allowing him to do jutsu that normally would require more limbs - such as generating many Rasengan Orbs for attacks.

In an effort to copy his surrogate father's Byakugan, Kishimoto studied the Medical technique of the Chakra Enhanced Strength, and began applying it to his muscles in the eye, allowing him to mimic the Hyuugas telescopic vision. While using the technique, red chakra leaks from his eyes, giving him a demonic appearance, prompting his alias as the Red Devil.

Combining his Rasengan with his wind and fire chakra, while using the Red Devil Chakra Armor, he generates a orb in his right hand, kneeding it using his phantom limbs thanks to the armor, blowing fire into the air currents and holding the chakra together. He makes one massive orb that he then either throws at a foe, or he breaks it down into smaller orbs, like the Multiple Rasengan Spheres that he then throws individually. The heat and destructive power of this technique is unmatched by any of his other techniques.
