Bio

Hello all. I am an experienced writer who is writing my own fiction stories on the side. I can role play any genre. What I love most is being able to go-all-out when weaving tales with other writers. It just makes the story more interesting, so I can't wait to write with you. :)

@WingsOfBronzeBut you're using the character from his game. I don't care what other Final Fantasy's can do. If that was the case, then I might as well make a horrible OC of Cloud and Tifa's child and say he has the technique of every Dissidia character because they're all his mentors. Stick to FF5 or Dissidia, but not other games because that just defeats the purpose.
@WingsOfBronzeHow come you aren't playing Bartz's mimicry the way it really is? Also, in Dissidia if that's what you're basing it on, he can take on whatever job classes from his game. His Blue Magic consisted of moves from enemies from his game and not from other characters. It just doesn't seem feasible to say you're going to copy every single characters' powers in existence when it's out of his character to do so. The copy ability requires the Blue Mage to take damage in order to gain the skill. If your character dies, he won't be revived unless one of the characters has a revival item and seeing as they are hard to get, why would you have your character risk his life?

You also don't need to give Sans an HP bar because he would be the only character in this game with one. As a GM, if I want a character to take damage, I just make them take damage (only if it is logical - some people think they're invincible), so you don't have to worry about that. I only said you can't make him have 1 HP because he could die any second if you do that.

Everyone pay close attention to this post. This link I am putting up is for the Smash Arena, which takes place in the Arena Roleplay section. The link is linking you to the IC, so do not post OOC comments in the IC please. Now, if your characters are:

Fox
Bartz
Luigi
Samus
Naija
Steve
James
Slayer
Jack
Shantae
Cloud

Then you are all the people who have told me in a timely manner that you were interested in participating in the Smash Arena. You can reference the Smash Arena IC to find out who you are matched with. Because we had an odd number of participants, I had to open the Survivor match-up. Any questions you have about the Smash Arena, will be asked in the Smash Arena OOC. Not here. You will not clutter this game up with questions concerning another event. What happens in the Smash, stays in the Smash. If you have read this post, then please like it so I know you did. This is mostly for those whose characters are participating in the Smash event.

Now, you do NOT have to transfer your character CSes over. The reason why is because I may use that same thread again and again and again for every time we have a Smash Event. So there's no point in there being CSes from characters old, new, or those not even participating that month, cluttering it up. I am going to count this Smash Arena as Smash April since April isn't over yet.

Arena link: Here
I will be reserving this post in the case I need to add admin stuff to it. Besides that, feel free to OOC and ask questions. This arena is for the members of Project Crossover. I will not accept applications from anyone else unless they actually wish to join the PXO main game, which can be found here.

Smash April 2017!

Steve Fox (Tekken) and Moneybags (Spyro the Dragon)

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome, ladies and gents to anotha’ excitin’ Smash Event. We have a lot of participants this month, fightin’ fo’ the cash and fightin’ fo’ the prize! And what are the prizes this year, Money boy!

Well, Master Fox we have here quite the exquisite selection:

First, a mystical feather thought to belong to an ancient and powerful bird! Phoenix Down

Secondly, the keys to a mysterious mode of transportation.

And thirdly, a magical dragon fly from the Realm of Dragons, hm, hm, hm…Sparx the Dragonfly

Steve stroked his chin with interest, grinning with competition gleaming in his blue eyes.

“Brilliant! Well, now let us get on with it. Moving on to the rules!”

1. Cheaters. Cheaters never prosper, mates. You cheat and you will have to deal with me. You are also automatically disqualified. You will never be allowed in the Smash Arena again. Cheatin' is merely not followin' the rules. Follow the rules, mates. You can't go wrong.
2. Tag Team Matches. If you're in a Tag Team Match, then one of you is fighting at all times until that fighter tags his or her teammate's hand and swaps out or is knocked unconscious. If a fighter is knocked unconscious, then his or her partner automatically joins the fight. The battle is over when all opponents on one team are knocked out or yield.
3. Tag Team Courtesy. A successful team is a team that knows how to communicate and work together. If you feel in over your head, then you can always tag out and swap with your partner.
4. Survivor. This is one of the most challenging areas of our competition where it's every man (or woman) for him or herself. Everyone is your enemy. The last one standing is the victor.
5. Single Elimination. You lose, then you lose, mate. There are no second chances. Try again next time.
6. Cash Out. The startin' pot is 10,000 gold. As you or your team advances, people are goin' to start placin' bets. You come again next time, and you will have some Fame. Fame will increase the pot on your matches and tougher opponents will want to challenge you. We will go into Fame later when you folks actually acquire some. For now, you are a bunch of nobodies, but some of you will leave this place somebodies.
7. Battle Conduct. Rule of Cool and be sure to reference the basic combat guide on the OOC OP of the main game. If ever I need to go into further detail, then I will but so far everyone has been doing well as far as the conduct in the missions have gone.
8. Healing Items and Healing Magic are banned. We do not want these matches to last forever. We want them to end. Thus the ban. Matches are over when it's over.

So I almost have the Smash event created. I'm just putting out that I have changed my mind about resurrection items. Since I believe the Smash Event is going to take just as long as the missions (or maybe faster since less people to wait on), I will allow characters to be able to achieve resurrection items: 1) in Smash Events (if and when they're offered) and 2) Delta-level missions. I want people to work for them and not get them easily.
@Bright_OpsAt the beginning of the mission everyone had communication with each other through comms. Over the duration of the mission, you guys decided that communications didn't exist anymore. Or possibly one person decided it and you all followed along when you all had comms the entire time. This was another consequence that I wasn't going to mention and just rolled along with it.

If the mission had been Alpha level, then I might had pointed out every single mistake you guys made in order to keep you guys reading the GM posts correctly and not letting one person's misunderstanding throw the entire game. But you see now how it is very important that people improve their Reading Comprehension especially for Charlie to Delta missions because I will not be pointing out errors unless they're so bad that I have to for the sake of plot continuation.

Also, I am very certain you knew back then when Squad Leader command was given to your character. You just forgot over time or because you didn't read that post you didn't know how a Squad Leader was different from the Team Leaders.
@Bright_OpsYes he was. Luigi took over the Squad Leader position from Edward Buck. As the Squad Leader, Luigi was responsible for all teams. You can reference this OOC post: here where I introduced the roles and their responsibilities. When a team dropped in morale, it was the Squad Leaders job to send reinforcements to bolster the team that was weak. Because you never did this, as a consequence, I let the game play out and whatever happened was going to happen. In the end, even though it was negative. It made for some good storyline meat.

Also looking back at that post, seeing how I don't see your "Like," tells me you never read that post. It was very important and I told everyone to Like the post after they have read it so I would know they had read it.

@Etherean FireYou can just use the standard 100. You'll probably need that amount.
