That doesn't matter.
It absolutely matters!
<Snipped quote by Host>
That doesn't matter.
<Snipped quote by Host>
Exactly.
<Snipped quote by Host>
How is that stupid?! It's not impossible, and that's all I'm trying to prove.
<Snipped quote by Host>
Which being here (NewGuild) hasn't helped with either.
<Snipped quote by Host>
Yeah. Somehow, after all this time, not a single suitable candidate has appeared and actually cared.
<Snipped quote by Host>
Hmm...
<Snipped quote by Host>
It makes all kinds of sense. It only takes a little bit of logic. If it is possible that there is a race which absorbs ice to live, then it is possible that there is a culture where people give each other their excess ice as a greeting. It is also possible that this ice is absorbed better if applied forcefully, and, therefore, it is possible that there is a culture where people forcefully apply their excess ice to each other as a greeting.
I know you do.
<Snipped quote by Host>
Well, maybe they call it ice. Or maybe it acts like ice. Perhaps it melts into normal water, and normal water can freeze into it. Therefore, there is possibly a universe where hitting people with pillars of ice could be considered a greeting.
<Snipped quote by Host>
Ah, but you could ask someone about it. Someone who was, in fact, there.
<Snipped quote by Host>
You weren't, either. Yet we know of it.
<Snipped quote by Host>
Maybe it's some magical kind of ice. Maybe their bodies are built to absorb it, store it, and use it to create constructs. Or perhaps vital parts of their body are made of it.
<Snipped quote by whizzball1>
I made it at some point when we were trying to find someplace to go. It's still an option if the group ever wants/needs to make a move.

We've fought against greater enemies than you could even imagine, dear. We ploughed through the Darkloids--compared to them, your "greatest army" are an infestation of ants. We demolished the Nobility. Our little handful beat the closest created being to a god that ever happened to walk through Existence.
