There's not. I don't deny that I tried that when that was a problem, but gave up long before we got to this point. Besides, pointing fingers (to anyone) isn't really the best solution right now, given the current situation.

It's not a spotty connection, it's limited phone data and no home internet. I have to use public wifi spots if I want to be online without draining my data.
I guess we can track you now since there's probably a total of four homes in the U.S. without internet access.
