You don't have to believe me. I come from a really far away place; we're able to have people like doctors because our culture decided that they're valuable. I know a lot of other locations aren't that fortunate, but we're not the only ones.

We just build on top of what the people before us learned. Where I'm from, they decided that the medical field was really important, so they set up schools specifically built for people to learn how to treat others.

As I go to enter, a woman about a good foot taller then me runs out and nearly crashes into us, sidestepping to the left just in time to continue running. Looking back for a short moment as she runs north she shouts some sort of apology and then goes on her way. I just wave in her general direction before making my way inside again.*
