I find it odd that a person being resurrected is considered strange given all the things these characters have been through. Granted, she may have been an enemy, but still...
Considering all the other stuff that's happened so far, I'm somewhat surprised no one's like, "Oh you're back from the dead. Cool, try not to go on a universal rampage."
Another part of it is that in the scheme of Existence as a whole (not counting quirks of various dimensions), resurrections are really, really hard. Without having planned it beforehand, you have to be either lucky or special.
