History (Optional): 
Raised by negligent parents, he never really receive proper love from a tender young age, leading to this he has become cold and distant, though he always yearned for affection, yet never receiving it. His cold demeanor didn't really help with him attaining the thing he desired and has made alot of people weary and preffered to avoid him. He has only ever made one friend in his old hometown, and has become rather protective of her.

One sudden night, his parents were out and left him in the house again without informing him, growing used to this, Hikaru prepared for another night alone. A few hours into the night, a police officer came in, and sadly told him that his parents passed away due to a bizarre accident which he was not privy to, only getting his inheritance from the reluctant parents. He was left with a note, to look for the elusive 'Miso city' and spend his life there.

Personality:
On the outside, he is cold and distant with a sharp tongue that has made most people avoid him. He has grown to know how to spend time alone and has therefore grown self-dependent. Inside his cold exterior, he has only ever wanted to be needed or wanted, and thus is very protective and caring of people who have broken throughhis cold and distant exterior. He suffers from Inferiority complex, which has started with his parents negligence and has then festered and grown. He always downplays himself whenever he possible and makes light of his small achievements.

Abilities (Uniqueness): Due to his upbringing, he can easily discern when other people have ill or good intent, his observing skills are above average due to always observing other people and their lives.

Other: Likes to read, self dependent, so house chores and the like are easy for him.

Seems very interesting, shooting up a CS.
