Personality: Distant and cold to people he has no qualms with. Many other Hunters have dubbed him one of the 'Lone wolf' types and rightfully so, he prefers to do his hunts alone but will collaborate with other hunters to bring down the more stronger Monsters. He lives with 'Survivor's Guilt' and so prefers to carry on the burdens alone and by himself. Due to this he has become self dependant, not really needing others lest the time calls for it. Despite his seemingly cold nature, he has a Felyne, Jerek, that he cherishes and adores and a sister that he dotes and if fond of, though he will not show it to the general public. Under his cold demeanor, he is friendly and soft spoken if you can open his shell.

History: Growing up under the tutelege of his Father, Graime Myers, he was taught strictly and harshly with no room for care nor doubt. He was always taught to 'follow' in his 'succesful' father's footsteps and whenever he showed weakness, he would be firmly punished and reprimanded, something that has shaped Grand's personality, evento this day. Whenever his Sibling Aviana gets punished die to her being extremely clumsy, he would always jump in and take the punishment instead, always getting into fights with his father due to this. Aviana never really receiving the love she receives from her parents, she would grow dependent on her brother.
On one day, a normal. serene day, one would not expect what would happen. His father was not in their home when Grand woke up, walking around, waiting for his dead beat father to give him his training. After a while of looking, Grand presumed that he had gone on a hunt without telling him nor Aviana. Quickly not caring, he went back to Self training, already becoming mid ranked Hunter. Word got around that his 'famous' father had perished at the hand of the Kushala Daoro, which was confirmed by hunters who frequently hunted with his Father. Grand never really caring about his father could only look with cold eyes and continue his training. After a while of pondering, Grand has decided that he had to care for his sister alone and so decided to go on hunts to help feed his sister.
After a while of hunting, he had slowly climbed to a high ranking hunter, people around him began saying that it was 'natural' since he was his fathers son. Ignoring all these, he had made quick friends with 3 other hunters; Faindel, Leona and Jix. This party in particular would catch the eye of hunters around since it contained most of the highest ranked hunters at the time. After a while of hunting these friends became really close, trusting each other with their lives. Everything was merry and fruitful as can be, until one hunt that ended it all, the hunt for the Kushala Daora.
The hunt in particular was hard, so much so that his friends thought it would have been easy given their ranks. The aggregate power of the Kushala Daora was not to be underestimated, but it was by the group of friends, Grand has warned them but they just laughed it off and went on.
The hunt ended in an
utter failure, three of his friends had died and Grand was mortally wounded, had it not been for a passer by Hunter he would have been dead too. These days, Grand lives the nightmare of being the only one saved during the whole ordeal, and his personality became withdrawn and cold, preferring to take the burden to himself alone and usually try to push away people in fear of getting them killed, Grand had always blamed himself for the failure of hunting the Kushala Daora.
