Jackie and Aria stopped their practice session when they saw Hunter approaching, both sisters nodding towards the Jade Dragon Slayer.
Jackie listened to what he had to say while Aria just read his lips, her new earphones in like always and set to a high volume. The Mirror Maiden nodded in response to what Hunter said before turning to her sister.

"Go fight him. I'll watch from here." Jackie said, moving away and closer to the warmth of the guild hall.

Aria just nodded again before taking up a fighting stance and studying Hunter. If she was honest, she was rather nervous. She knew the Jade Dragon's power and wasn't confident in her ability to damage him with Glass-Make magic. Luckily, that wasn't her only option to damage him with, though she doubted even that magic's ability to hurt him. For now though, she was content to let him take the first move.

"Alrighty then. If I'm there for more then a day, you and I should take her out to make a snowman or a snowfort. Maybe we can invite Master Jamie's daughters as well. Or at least the younger one, Sam... Samatha... Sammy?" Lucus said, unsure which name the younger sister preferred.

Amelia frowned a bit when Sammy said she didn't believe the half-lie she said but she knew her little sister was much more observant then most children 'her age'. But she didn't say anything further on the subject as they made their way to their mother's office, Amelia smiling as Sam became more like a child again and ran over to Jamie.
"Did you need me for anything Mama?" She asked, wondering why she had been called.

Amelia lowered her hand, not offended in the slightest. She wasn't really surprised, since it seemed the pokemon this deep in the woods were probably not used to interacting with humans. Still, she watched the little Phantump as it seemed less then happy before it suddenly floated towards her and shouted in her face. The speed of the action caught her off guard, causing her to fall backwards with a scream of surprise. Litwick and Shuppet prepared to attack the offending pokemon, but stopped when Amelia began laughing, sitting back up again.
"You're really fast. You got me good." She said to Phantump, once she calmed down. She felt her heart, making sure it was okay, which was likely was since she felt no pain. She gave the little guy a big smile as she spoke again. "I bet you love scaring people. Would you like the scare more people like me? If so, I might be able to help with that."

Joshua smiled and gently took Shadow's hand before leading her away from the group, tossing the keys back to Mr. Fellows as they passed. He would lead the way to the swimming pool in the building, walking over to the edge while scanning the water. Once he saw who he was looking for, he sighed in relief.
"Elyse, can you come out for a second!" He shouted, knowing the girl under the water would hear him perfectly. It had something to do with her powers and he had no idea how it worked.

For a few seconds, no one came but eventually, a girl wearing a plain blue two-piece swimsuit surfaced and climbed out of the pool, using her powers to get all the water off her, leaving her perfectly dry. The girl, only a year or two older then Shadow, looked between the two.
"What's up?" She asked curiously.

Joshua moved Shadow in front of him.
"This is Shadow and she's looking for a roommate. I was thinking you and your mother could look after her, since she seems to be... not the best at interacting with others." Joshua said.

Elyse smiled before looking at Shadow and extending a hand towards Shadow.
"It's nice to meet you Shadow. I'm Elyse." She said.

Amelia looked over at Ryu when he addressed her.
"You come back... right?" She asked. Apparently she was fine with him leaving, so long as he promised to return. Regardless of the response, she would look back up at Rin then, watching the older girl and wondering what would happen now.

Amelia wrapped her fingers around Rin's hand before managing a small smile and moving to the older girl's side. Her guardian seemed satisfied with how things were going, as it formed before it's Master before splitting into small, dark purple orbs of light which proceeded to flying into the matching crystal on Amelia's wings, the gem glowing slightly more then before, now matching the rest of the crystals.

Amelia eyed Rin for a moment before slowly moving out from behind Ryu and over to Rin. The little girl looked up at the older one before slowly reaching out a hand, her expression nervous, but also curious.

Around them, the shadows moved as the current guardian watched restlessly, waiting to see what Rin would do.

Amelia watched Rin as the girl spoke. Her wings folded behind her back and she slowly came out from behind Ryu, but still stuck very close to him. When he suggested introducing herself, she hid behind him again before speaking.
"I'm.... I'm Amelia Averyonna." she said in a barely audible voice.

On the bed that she sat on, Amelia who had yet to move in the slightest, finally got up, flinching a bit from how stiff she felt due to sitting still on it all day. She moved over to Ryu and gently grabbed his hand, gripping it tightly before looking over at Rin nervously.
"Stay. Please." She said, looking up to Ryu then over at Rin before hiding behind Ryu. She was allowing the other girl to stay but that didn't mean she wasn't scared of Rin. The young six year old was incredibly shy around newcomers.
