"My name is Rose." She said as she mentally marked where they were on the trail so she could report the root. One of the guys would grind it down later to make it safe for hikers and joggers like the mother-daughter duo in front of her. There was something unsettling about them. She couldn't quite put her finger on it. She glanced at Sierra to see if her friend caught it too.

"It's fine. Thanks. I've got my bike at the trailhead. I'll take her after we finish our hike. What's the name of the place?" She asked. Rose would look the place up. She certainly didn't want to get into the car with strangers, but if Sierra insisted she would go with her to protect her. She could box, sort of.

Colby Jackson

Location: Park (His car) -> Driving to Apartment
Skills: N/A

"Oh, someone tried to break into my car, but failed." Colby explained. "The Hood girls seem smart. If a bit extreme. I can get behind their thoughts though." He drove away from the park, taking a last look in the review mirror at it. He would never think of the park the same again. It was where he had met Tink and things had gotten weird.

Up to that moment, it had seemed like a prank or something. Heck, even Tink had seemed like a prank at first. He wasn't certain what he thought about being the kid of some cat though.

Soon they were at the apartment complex. He pulled into his parking spot. "Alright meet back in here in thirty?" He figured he could get all of his stuff gathered, and get his cat. He was not leaving Jack here, which really who went on an adventure with their cat? Apparently, the son of the Chesire cat did. He grinned at the thought and climbed out of the car. "Do you have a cooler? We can keep the leftovers in it unless you finish them now."

Mary could feel sweat forming on her brown as she finished pulling the memory from Apollo. She put it into the jar, and then she let herself shake. She handed it to Artie since he was hovering anyway and took several deep breaths. Mary had tuned everything out to help Apollo and she now saw the looks on her friends' faces. Something awful had happened.

That was reinforced when Callum came in. She suddenly wished she hadn't handed Artie the vial with Apollo's memory in it. What if he gave it to Callum? Mary didn't trust the Auror. Her mind went to the sneak-o-scope shoved into her bag. If the Death Eater was dead...It should have been whistling from when she first got on the train. He was the conductor. It should be stopped if it was just him, but it wasn't stopped. She could hear it still in her bag. One of the Aurors was bad news.

Something didn't line up and Mary wasn't certain what it was. The actions of the sneak-o-scope implied that the train conductor wasn't untrustworthy. How much could she trust the item? It was just shy of being a toy. Her father had thought it was important she have it, but he was a doctor not an expert on dark detectors.

Some tension Andy had been carrying but hadn't been aware of released from her shoulders when Arthur smirked. She smiled back at the teasing. "Muffins it is." She agreed. It also might have just been the flaw of being a demi-god on a ship full of demi-gods, but she might as well try to mitigate the trouble.

Andy tensed back up when Jason pushed Demetri. Should she get involved? Her brother looked upset. She decided to move between him and Jason. Andy didn't know what Jason meant by not swinging that way.

Listening to the order of shifts Andy nodded. She was happy with those in her group, even if she would have preferred if Arthur had been in the group. When Rebecca included her in the lessons Andy grinned brightly. "I'd love to learn." She wasn't certain what Mist control was, but she was happy to learn something new. Especially from Rebecca who seemed cool, though Andy had picked up that Leda didn't like her for some reason.

Niah was tired. Her own cup of coffee, something she hadn't been big on drinking before joining the Senate was empty. She had dumped a ridiculous amount of sugar and cream into it to make it palatable. She hated bitter foods, and coffee was the worst offender. Thankfully the meeting came to a close. Why had she agreed to join the Senate? Why had she allowed herself to be pushed into this position? Oh right, she couldn't say no, especially to her best friends. She glanced at the beaded bracelet on her wrist.

Niah was almost done packing up her notes when she noticed something was wrong with Nancy. She knew that look on her face. Niah had seen it enough times. Nancy pulled out of the vision and announced they needed to reconvene. "I'll get those who just left." She said and ran outside. "Hey, everyone come back. Nancy had a vision." Her face was pale with worry as she said it. Something big and terrible was coming down the pipeline and Niah was terrified of what it could be. Niah knew it had to be terrible if Nancy was suggesting they reconvene.

With their food in hand, the trio tried to make a quick exit. The werewolves turned bikers didn't give them a chance though. Niah felt awful for flipping the switch the wrong way. Why did her power sometimes just not work? She sent a silent prayer to her mother apologizing if she had done anything wrong. Maybe she hadn't appreciated Niah calming the wet stranger on the train down. Or she had been just too close to the dishonest action that got them dinner? Niah hoped it was the former, that at least she could change her behavior for. The other led to starvation.

Nancy had it under control though. She gave the idea Niah had given her a spin, Niah just plugged her ears hoping it would keep her head from exploding. Just in case. Then there five headless monsters that turned to dust. She gapped. "Damn. That was impressive."

Niah looked at where the werewolves had been and saw a collection of teeth left over. Taking a word from Nancy Niah said "Grody." She picked it all up quickly though, "Let's go, get back on the train and you can keep all these nice teeth." She shuddered.

Matthew Moss

Location: Outside HM Prison Cardiff
Skills: Jack-of-all-trades (guns), weapon specialization (handguns), weapon proficiency

Matt was certain he was about to die. The monstrosity that they were fighting tore through the guards like they were nothing, he mourned for them. They were innocent in this and didn't deserve to be murdered like that. His body ached and he wanted to just let the pain take over and pass out.

Their enemy stopped in front of him. He supposed he should take it as a compliment what the man said. There was something nice about being recognized by someone so powerful. Before the killing blow could be made Bonnie saved Matt's life. He owed her. Now she was being attacked. Matt drew in a deep breath and stood back up. "I'll take an honorable life." He aimed and he let four bullets hit true as possible. There was something different about the shooting he decided, he wasn't certain what, but it felt more true. It had since they had gotten back to Earth and that made Matt think about what his secondary terrigenous might have given him.

A bullet ripped through the neck, eyes, heart, and finally right through the brain. The final enemy they had to face was down, but so was Bonnie. Matt was shaking.

"Thanks for getting food." Niah said after Nancy ordered. There was a lot more in the thanks than just the appreciation for Nancy ordering the food. It was clear Niah was thanking her for all the unsaid things. That led to getting the food too.

Anger rolled off the bikers and Niah had a pretty good idea of what they might be. "You wouldn't happen to have a silvered weapon on you by chance?" She glanced at Nancy, it was mostly her answer for what the monsters were without saying their name. Her stomach growled. Niah was hungry. Waiting for the food would probably take too long.

Niah took a cup and filled it with just Dr. Pepper. She turned to face the werewolves and tried to focus on them and make them as calm as possible. Maybe there was something about her hunger that made it flip on her. She could feel the anger in the bikers rise. "Oh, oops. I'm sorry." She glanced at her friends, her hand tightening around her sword hilt. Things were about to get interesting.

Niah had pulled out the spare shirt from her bag and used it as a makeshift pillow taking a nap. It took hours to get to Medford. She enjoyed the conversation and company of Nancy and Madalyne and was happy she had chosen to have them join her. And even happier that the Senate had allowed it. When the train stopped in Medford Niah sat up and stretched. She was sore from how she had been curled up in the seat, but at least it seemed like she had gotten a bit of sleep.

When Nancy said she was gonna get food, Niah frowned, but then nodded and stayed on the train for a little longer. She didn't know what Nancy had planned, but she didn't want to watch it happen. If she could pretend it wasn't happening then it didn't feel like she was complicit in it. That only worked so well.

After a little bit of time Niah stood, she wanted to get some fresh air too badly to wait any longer. She stuffed her shirt back in her bag and got off the train. As she gazed around, looking for Nancy and Mads specifically her attention was attracted to a group of bikers. There was something about them that set her teeth on edge. Not her Oath sense, but something else and sinister about them. She considered that maybe it was her Odikinesis. Maybe the group was very angry?

The problem though was they seemed to be eyeing Nancy. She suddenly doubted they were just a group of bikers, but instead monsters. An easy solution, if they were people, would be to join Nancy, that normally discouraged people. Witnesses. However, if they were monsters, that'd only attract their attention more.

Niah tried to catch Mads eye and gesture to the guys. In the meantime she drew her invisible sword.

"I look forward to the lessons Professor Crane." Niah grinned at Mads. The grin Nancy gave her for her idea was worrisome. Maybe the idea was too dark if Nancy was enjoying the possibilities. "Warn me if you decide to do that in a room crowded with angry people with swords." Niah couldn't decide if she would watch or leave. Watching would be entertaining, but she did not want to have to deal with the fallout. As she thought that though Niah considered that Nancy was a friend and she would have her back if Nancy was in trouble. This, however, would be a trouble of her own making. Trouble she could easily avoid if she just didn't blow up cups around angry people with swords.

"Tragically I didn't get that gift." Niah sighed a little wistfully. She would have loved to have the ability to manipulate water. It was nice discussing what use their gifts could have outside what they had already used it for so far. She paused as she watched the now soaked guy storm off. Niah snickered but shook her head and reached out calming him. It would hopefully at least keep the guy from yelling at some poor train staff member.
