Niah had tears pouring down her face. Of course. It seemed no matter what world it would always tear her family apart. Dalisy. Here she had been killed by anti-mutants. Though knowing everything Niah did about Dalisy it was likely her death had been at the hands of herself from another universe. Her heart ached with the memories that took over, rewriting as it desired. It was hard to tell now which belonged to her or to 257.

"Everyone was alive. Though if Raynor gets his hands on Matt he'll probably kill him. I sacrificed my leg for Sparky." Niah told Bonnie when she seemed to recover from getting her memories messed with. "I didn't get to tell her the truth." Niah frowned. Then she smiled gently at Bonnie. "We'll figure it out though." The calm that Niah had carried since the incident in the Hospital was back.

Matt's head was pounding. He was surprised that Raynor was waiting to fight him. Matt had already decided he'd let Raynor get in one good punch. If that didn't kill him he'd protect himself after that. But he didn't blame Raynor. If roles were reversed he probably would have the same reaction. Though Cass was a bit more indestructible than Sparky.

As he was thinking something felt weird in his memories. When had the Asgardians conquered Norway? The information was there, but thinking of his adult life he didn't remember that being there. Asgardians were a more recent thing. And they lived in space. But he clearly remembered them conquering Norway. It made his head spin a bit. "Yeah that's fair." He said out loud after a moment of trying to figure it out, but coming up only more confused. "I think the Mandella effect is happening." There were enough internet conspiracy theories about that that Matt had heard about it.

Rose gave her mom a soft smile. She understood, but she hated it. "Is there a way to get them back? I'd like to remember more than a few fragments." It had always driven her nuts that she couldn't remember her mother's face. She had feared, as she got older each year and still hadn't found her parents, that they wouldn't recognize her on the street and since she couldn't remember what they looked like she wouldn't be able to recognize them either.

Sure, now she knew why. But that didn't take away the ache she had to remember her early life. She looked over at Merlin. He was talking with Rapunzel. "Oh, I do have another question." She looked at her mom. "Who is my father?" There were no memories around him. She could only reach for vague ones of her mom, but there was even less for whoever he was.

"Oh no." Colby said when the cat grabbed Maddy's hat. He was worried, but a part of him hoped the cats would know. Cats were smarter than people gave them credit for.

Colby's jaw dropped. The cat. He knew that cat. "Dad." He said in a slight gasp of surprise. "No we weren't gonna steal anything. We were following one of the cats. I think they knew." Colby was relieved, this went a lot easier than anticipated. Now what? Colby didn't have a clue. Were they going to take down Jafar? Was that something he was capable of doing? Or could he head off back to Kansas where he ignored this? Ignoring the magic in his blood.

"Everyone's back. Merlin got us. We had to rescue Red from jail. And then part of the group went and saved Jack from his dad. While Maddy and I tested our magic. That's how I got her." Colby pointed to the cat on his shoulder. He was rambling a bit. But he felt really awkard.

Dalisy looked around the room. She was frowning. She looked at Loki, "Well that was anticlimatic." She sighed. Dalisy really had hoped that it had been something different. She walked over to the lifeless body of the invisible person. They weren't invisible now. Dalisy hadn't realized that Astrid had hit them that hard with her spear. She had done a serious number on the person. So, it wasn't completely a trap.

She knelt down and pulled off the hood to get a good look at their face. She wanted to know who had knocked her down. Even if she might not get to punch them in the face anymore. She didn't recognize him. But he had a few tattoos that she knew were the symbol of Loki. "What was the point? A diversion maybe? Or was Dalisy hoping there was more to it when really everything was done at face value. She just didn't completely believe that.

The fly over was interesting. When they landed Andy took in the scene. The place was swarming with ghosts. She knew her Electricity would have little use in this fight. Ghosts didn't need electricity. Though they could manipulate it some on their own. "Can you only take one at a time Ker?" Andy asked, then her attention shot up to the woman who had just spoken to them. Surprise was written in her features, as well as some other mixed emotions.

"Ma-" She was cut off as a couple of ghosts picked her up. She struggled against them, holding onto her hair to keep it from pulling and ripping out. "Cūlus." She cursed. One hand reached for her belt, but whatever the hand had been searching for it didn't find. She cursed again.

Out of reflex mostly she released a blast of electricity out and five of the ghosts were stunned. Not the best outcome, but she would take it. Unfortunately, it didn't get her out of the grasp of the ones holding her.

Ed ignored Guin. He didn't think it was funny. And he just would rather be laying on the ground and not trying to do anything, like react. But it sounded like it worked since her voice became more real. That was good. "A nap does sound nice." Ed said completely serious.

He closed his eyes. Not seeing the red light, but he did feel the ground under him change. He sighed heavily. And it was a good thing he was still mostly face down when Guin decided to have a nice chat in his head. He was grimacing considering pushing her out. He didn't like that part of him thought it was a little useful. He quite hated that. Once he had contained the traitorous thoughts he sat up.

Ed stood, and dusted himself off. As he did a little bit of orange glow emanated from his hands. Once it was gone he was perfectly clean as if he hadn't ever been laying on the ground. "Ah, a pleasure to meet some family of Runa's." While he was happy to meet the family of Runa's he was very nervous about what Guin had said. He was concerned he would not be able to maintain a shield if necessary or worse if someone got seriously injured he wouldn't be able to heal them with how much energy he had expended for Guin. To look relaxed though he placed one hand in his pocket, gently touching the shield talisman there. It was better than nothing.

Ed had been thinking about how to get them to the top of a building without potentially being noticed, but that didn't matter anymore as three enemies appeared. He frowned, well frowned deeper. Taking them in. It was unlikely he could keep the woman in a shield, but if he was quick enough he could summon one inside of her and expand it. Since giving up on his family laws he had come up with a few ways to use the powers aggressively. Something, that if he hadn't already done, he wouldn't have considered even in such a dire situation.

Ed reached into his pocket slowly, trying to not draw attention. He needed his focus to be able to cast his spells. No one seemed to notice, which was a relief. From there he started to pull at the magic he would need for the spell. He wasn't going to cast it, not yet. He'd let the fight start properly, and he realized he didn't know what Thalia could do. Would she need to fight up close? Well, he supposed it was time to find out.

Andy munched on the snacks that Leda had grabbed for them and considered the hellhound puppy. It was friendly with the others, but also seemed quite content to sit on her lap. "I'll name him Chocolate." She decided. "You're a good puppy aren't you." She said scratching under his chin with a free hand. Andy was upset she only had two hands. One for eating, one for petting the puppy. She wished she had a third so she could still hold Arthur's.

Some yelling and shuffling caught her attention. It seemed some kids were fighting. Jason had even drawn his sword. She frowned. "Wonder what they're fighting about." She said. Stopping her petting of the puppy to point. The other young campers, who Andy only sort of spent time with, had all scattered. She knew Jason had a short fuse so she wasn't surprised he was involved.

"A walk does sound nice." Niah didn't voice it, but she hoped it would be just the three of them this time. The kids were fine, but they were both Greek and kids. It didn't allow for them to have the usual heart-to-hearts that the trio had. They had been friends for years. When others were there it always felt weird.

She snorted a small laugh at Nancy's comment about the Greeks having fifteen more songs to sing. All just about S'mores. "Sometimes they forget what they are the legacy of." She said shaking her head. A part of her appreciated the Greek's ability to be kids. However, without even knowing it she agreed with Nancy, how did they survive to adulthood like that. She grabbed her bag and was ready to go either way.

Andy nodded. She seemed to be thinking for a moment and then said. "I can ride too, can your pegasus handle two riders?" There was something different about Andy's voice, it had less of the mixed American accent of someone who had grown up all over the country. She looked at the group of kids. It was clear she didn't know how to answer their question. "The smoke lady is gone."

Andy looked up to the sky and around the land. It almost seemed like it was the first time she was seeing the area. However, quickly she smiled and said, "I think that area over there would be a good place for you all to get to safety." Andy pointed to an area that looked like it had little fighting happening. She then looked at Zari, "And I think we'll find more fighting over there." She pointed towards where the grove was.

Rose Buckner

Location: The Moors
Skills:

Rose shifted in her chair when her mom asked about her life. "I got separated from the others and ended up lost in the woods when I was brought to Kansas. But I got found by a sweet couple. They tried to find my...you. Obviously, they failed. But they adopted me. And I grew up loving the woods and I met Cassiopia through archery contests. They were good parents. I got pretty lucky out of the group."

She said treading carefully. She didn't want to make Red think she was mad, okay she was a bit but who in their group wasn't a little mad at the situation. "It was rough in a way though. I didn't know what had happened. I just was lost in the woods. And no one knew who you were. I got lucky though because the Buckners cared for me as if I were their own." Her voice got a little shaky thinking of the worst years. Thinking of all the times she had tried to find her birth parents in the woods. How she had read books about changelings and figured she might be one. "I understand why." She said when she found her voice again.

"Overall though it was okay. I have a couple of different jobs because I don't like to do just one thing. I'm a part-time Ranger. I'm a part-time bartender and waitress. I just sort of go where things are interesting." She didn't say that she never traveled in the hopes that her parents would show back up in Kansas looking for her. She didn't say how many nights she had run away and wandered the woods hoping to find the portal that took her back to the smells and comforts she could only vaguely remember.

"Did Merlin put a spell on us to make us forget? I was pretty old I should have had more memories of here but it seems so far away even what I do remember seems like it could have happened to someone else."

Colby Jackson

Colby sighed a little defeated. He wasn't surprised the girl didn't believe them. It was weird. Nothing had been normal since he had gotten the letter from Merlin. He looked at all the cats. "You see," He said to the cats. "We're looking for my dad, and his dad." He gestured to Maddie. "My dad is a cat too." He still had no idea that the purple cat he had been following might have been his dad, but if he had had that thought before it would be gone now considering how many purple cats there were.

The cats didn't seem to believe him. They were all tense and mad-looking. As cats do. "I get it, I wouldn't trust us either in your situation. But I promise. We mean no harm to the people who live here." He felt confident saying that as the girl didn't seem like someone who worked for Jafar. She had magical cats. There was no denying the cats were magical, in a city that forbade it. This seemed to give him a little consideration from the cats. They calmed down a little. He took a step toward the nearest one and held out his hand, back of the hand, and averted his eyes. Letting the cat sniff him. It bapped the hand, without claws and Colby withdrew it.

He was out of ideas. It seemed they'd have to wait for the girl to return with her father and his friend. "At least they don't seem like they'll turn us in considering they have a hoard of magical cats."

It was one of those moments that Dalisy hated Klara. Sometimes the pair could get along fine. Other times, she wanted to strangle her. "Next time I'll leave you to the wolves." Dalisy said with a shrug. She slid down from the top and dropped back into the elevator before climbing out and onto the 100th floor.

"Well that was quite the distraction." Irritation colored her voice. She glanced at the group and saw none of them seemed to be actively dying. She focused on her sight and looked around for the trail of blood. She found it and it led to a room. Not just any room the Arcade. Dalisy hadn't spent much time there but she knew it was a gaming room. The place would be busy and have a bunch of different paths. It was a good place to try to lose someone.

She grinned though. This was fun, and she suspected she'd be better than whoever was bleeding. She just had to keep finding the blood droplets. She imagined for a moment that she was a bloodhound. "Looks like our friend went this way." She pointed to the door before opening and entering the arcade scanning for more blood and where the invisible person might have gone.
