Niah hadn't gotten a chance to give Oliver a kiss and a thank you. Though now that she was sitting outside she was not pleased about it. She felt like she had just gotten sidelined and in the worst possible way. It was nearly freezing outside. She knew it wasn't actually freezing since it was raining and not snowing. And she didn't have her clothing. She was dressed like a prisoner. If she had had her stealth suit on she might have been less cold.

She looked over at Celestine, teeth chattering. "I'm sorry, I'm not certain how your powers work exactly. But if you can keep those things from finding us, that would be ideal." There wasn't much she could do from here. She didn't have any weapons. And her powers were fairly niche. Something that caused her no end of stress when fighting broke out.

Matt was woozy but he didn't feel like he was going to hurl. Being carried by Raynor wasn't exactly what he expected to happen. He had fully expected him to just leave him behind. Matt considered saying something snarky but decided against it. He also didn't like that it was Folly rescuing them. And for two people that back home hated each other. What sort of wild dynamic existed here that they got along.

It hurt Matt's head to try to think about, though that could also be the Oxygen deprivation giving him a headache. "Drop me if a fight starts. I'll take care of myself." Matt did not want to be carried, but it was easier than the alternative at the moment. But if a fight started he'd be more a hindrance than anything. He needed to get oxygen back into his brain.

Ed sighed relieved when the fight ended. Letting go of the spell that had been holding down one of the monsters. He looked down at Pietro, glad to see the guy was taking it seriously. Pietro wasn't brushing it off, which was nice.

"Let me set it and then I'll heal it." Ed knelt down and re-set the leg. It was not a pleasant task, considering the bone had been literally sticking out. A compound fracture like that could cause a lot of other damage and Ed would have to take that into account as he healed.

Orange light emanated from his hands and surrounded the leg. After a moment the light faded and the wound was healed. "Give it a test walk." From the outside it looked fine, but there would be vein damage and muscle damage, and other tissue damage. Ed hoped he had done a good enough job that Pietro's natural healing would take care of the rest.

Andy was thankful for the guy who had removed the chunk of wood from her gut and healed her. She felt a little bad she didn't even know his name. Though she figured if she asked it would look rather suspicious if she asked. The one who spoke Latin made it difficult. "Thank you." She told the healer before he moved on. He was now healing the wizard's arm.

She didn't have a horse in this race so to speak, so she hung back. Considering the situation. The cyborg had been teleported away but the group was chasing after her. Andy frowned. Was the cyborg a distraction for something else? Andy turned and started down the hall that the cyborg had originally appeared from.

Down the hallway, she found a door. It was solid vibranium or something by the looks. It also appeared that someone had tried to get through it by brute force. Now, what was beyond such a door? What deserved to be protected so intently. She reached out mentally trying to feel electrical energy beyond the door. There was something small and flickering. Andy couldn't get a lock on it so she couldn't determine exactly what it was.

Deciding to try to get the door open, but in a subtler way, Andy looked around and saw that there was a locking panel. She pressed her hand against it and let out a small charge of electricity hoping to short the system and get it to open. Nothing happened. She sighed and tried again. This time the door clicked open. She smiled.

Andy offered her hand to Arthur, an unthought about gesture. It was for comfort. It was for beating back the fear that pressed in her chest. Then she stepped forward. Volunteering to go on a quest that she knew would end with her Aunt sent to a horrible place. She didn't know if she'd be able to rescue her, but she would do everything she could to try.

She listened to the stuff about the Eidolons. She felt like more information was known than what Chiron was telling them. She wondered what else was known. Could the Eidolons follow them? Could they disrupt them as soon as they got far enough away from the camp no one could do anything about it? How hard with the Eidolons go to stop them from achieving their goals? And why?

Niah would very much like to attend the meeting. But it would be better for the new Preator and Nancy to be there. She would be on a quest. It wouldn't be any use for her to be there. There was too much of a chance she wouldn't return. That chance was always there. Sure, she didn't think the Greeks handled their kids well. But death was just as possible for a Roman. Especially now. New Rome was gone.

She smiled, covering her discomfort. "Thank you Chiron." Niah said. Nancy was still bristling. Mads was quiet. Someone needed to say it. "We will send a representative." They'd figure out who later. A late-night emergency meeting would have to be called.

"Thanks. I'll help with that leg as soon as I can." He told Pietro. The guy had saved his bacon several times in this fight. Ed wished he could fix his leg, but it was too dangerous still. One of the other monsters that had been held by Mary was free now. He reached out and tried to wrap it up in a shield like the other one. However, he lost his grip on the first one and now both were free.

"Shit." He cursed to himself. Today was not his best day. He touched the small shield in his pocket and reached out. His magic seemed weak, as tired as he was feeling. He had pushed himself a lot healing Guin and he was feeling that. He was able to bubble one of the monsters. But the other was still on the rampage. He backed away slowly trying to keep the distance between himself and the fight.

Ed sighed relieved. The fight seemed to be over. He wouldn't let his guard down completely though until he knew for certain. "Scouting might be good. We should get moving quickly though. That commotion will definitely have drawn attention."

He summoned a basic shield, just covering his front as he made his way to where he had thrown Reaper. He would do the healings after he checked on where Reaper was, and that the guy was actually down. He didn't want to leave him alive considering how much he would know now. Ed found Reaper's body. And a body it was. Ed was certain the man was down.

Ed focused his magic again and this time orange wisps touched each of them it took longer than he would have liked, but he was able to heal their wounds.

"Stop overthinking your shots. You aim better than that." Rose told Cass. "We both know you beat me 52 percent of the time." That was necessarily true. The two didn't keep that close of tabs of who was better than the other. It would have taken the fun out of it if they did.

When Red offered her the dagger she took it. She hoped she wouldn't need it since one hand was basically useless and the other was keeping pressure. But she held it loosely in the damaged hand, not risking removing pressure. "Fuck em up mom." She said. Her heart started racing though as fires started up.

Colby nodded and gave a smile to Willow, "Oh just fine. You know. I regularly lock myself in a closet." He whispered back, he had a grin on his face though so it was clear he was making a joke. He listened intently as he heard the arguing part of him ready to fight if needed. His finger wrapped around Maddie's felt warm. If it had just been Maddie and him in the closet he might have gone for a kiss, but since Willow and at least one of the kittens was there he didn't dare.

Finally, the Mad Hatter opened the door. "Everything okay? That sounded rather dramatic." He asked pulling Maddie out with him, fingers still intertwined. "We are done with the closet now?" He asked, though it was almost a statement not a question.

Niah reached into her pocket and felt what was there. It was a key card of some sort. She nodded. And as she moved away to try to slide her hand out of the cuffs she realized they were now unlocked. Interesting. She leaned over Woo and pretended to be searching him pulling the card from her pocket. It wouldn't hold up if someone really looked, but it

"Bonnie." She hopped over to her and used the keycard on Bonnie's cuffs unlocking them. Then proceeded to do that for Oliver and Celestine. "Sparky has my leg. Oliver if you don't mind carrying me. I'll be too slow otherwise. We need to find the others." Niah thought that the sentence 'Sparky has my leg' was rather funny. Niah considered the card for a second and then held it against the inhibitor collar. It clicked off and unlocked. She sighed relieved. "Freedom in our hands." She unlocked the other collars.

Matt was struggling to breathe. He saw spots in his vision and was thankful for Maria's help to get back on his feet. Raynor wasn't attacking him, so Matt figured he had at least a short reprieve. He reached over to the grounded Rambeau and was able to get a small touch in. He released his paralytic and Rambeau was partially paralyzed. It wasn't perfect, but it would slow her down.

He then focused on getting out of the cuffs. He grimaced and dislocated his thumb on his left hand before sliding off the handcuff and then repeating the process with his right hand. Between the pain and the lack of oxygen, Matt felt really out of it. And wobbled on his feet. He didn't even bother talking. That was a waste of air.

He wasn't particularly excited about the fact that it was Folly who was rescuing them. She was the reason Cass only had one eye in their reality. Matt tried to remember they weren't the same person, but it wasn't easy. It also made him not want to trust her on principle.

Dalisy was antsy. She wanted to get moving. She hated that they were talking when action needed to be taken. Her father opened a path for them and Dalisy darted through, drawing her sword ready to fight. Baldur was leading the way following the footsteps of the cultist she had seen earlier.

Baldur suggested they keep an eye out for traps. And Dalisy nodded. She focused on her heightened senses looking for signs of a trap. She noticed a tripwire. "Careful there. That's a tripwire." She pointed it out to the others. There were a few sets of it. She figured there might be something else, but if there was it was too well hidden.

"Didn't you know?" Andy said primly. And followed after Zari. It did get her thinking though. The sorcerer's question. What did he know about the Andy from this world? She chewed on her lip. He seemed surprised. Surprised that she had called Selene her mother. Did that mean the Andy from this world wasn't Selene's daughter? How did that work? Or did it mean that somehow she hadn't known?

There was a trail of blood and some loud banging. And one of the girls was down. Andy pulled at the electrical impulses in the cyborg, but the woman and flipped her and she was tossed through a wall like a rag doll. Pain flooded through Andy's gut and she looked down and saw that a piece of wood was sticking through. "Oh that isn't good." She said with a quiet voice, feeling the tug of darkness. She managed to stay conscious though.
