Emilia couldn't honestly say that she recalled the woman from anywhere, though it wasn't impossible they have met before that at any of the many formal meeting the Estate Alchemists were obliged to take part. Nevertheless, she retributed the salute before saying "At ease, major. Like I said to major Walenburg earlier, this isn't a formal briefing, just a meeting to reinforce our camaraderie. You can help yourself to the drinks, if you wish, while we wait for the others."

Seconds later, the two remaining members of their task force who would be on this train arrived, though they displayed far less respect for the protocol than Emilia would like, thus she said "Gentlemen, while I must stress that this isn't a formal meeting, the military protocol should be followed at all times, without exception. Order is what makes us, Amestrians, into the superior species of this land, thus we should always cater to it. I'll let it slide this time, but you should feel relieved that I'm not General Basque Grand, since he's much more ruthless when it comes to maintaining order."

Emili then sat at the table and beckoned the other alchemists to follow her "Today's lunch is courtesy of the High Command, you can ask for whatever you wish from the menu. Now, how about we start our introductions?" She poured another glass of brandy for herself, but didn't drank it before saying "I'm Colonel Emilia B. Krowitz, known as the Blood Rose Alchemist. Those of you who served at Ishval might have heard plenty of stories about me, but in the end, all that I do is a vital job very few are willing burden themselves with. My expertise is bio-alchemy, but I'm also a qualified field medic in case any of you gets harmed during duty. I hope we can cooperate and become true comrades-at-arms after this mission ends." After finishing her introduction, Emilia took a sip of the brandy and motioned for the next one to follow her.

I'll change that later. You can tell me your idea, since I don't have anything specific planned for the moment. Though is not that her power comes from being a human sub species, is just because our her archetype, her sister isn't that strong.

Originally,I would make her a sake lover, but I decided to play her more family friendly, that's why I turned to sweets. Plus, is a trait that reveals the fact that she's a girly girl despite looking like tomboy. Her sister on the other hand looks girlier than her but is much more tomboyish.

Emilia arrived at the designated meeting wagon before any of the other alchemists and found her place at the briefing table after ordering a servant to bring a bottle of the best brandy they had on the restaurant car. When Charles arrived she was standing by the window, staring at the landscape absentmindedly while savoring the exquisite drink, until he introduced himself...

The smallish woman, who didn't looked past her late teens, retributed the salute just as she met Charles' gaze with her impregnable facade, before saying "At ease, major. The official briefing won't begin until we rendezvous with general Basque Grand at East City. This is just a social gathering between fellow Estate Alchemists, so please enjoy yourself." Emilia motioned to the drink that lay on a side table before turning to the windows once more and continuing "Of course I recall that operation. You must be the Corrosive Alchemist, right? Thanks to your valiant efforts we were able to capture their holy man alive and get the crucial information we were after. Many Amestrian lives were saved because of you, if you wish, I could arrange for you to receive a medal for that."

Independent of Charles' answer to her offer, Emilia would do a brief pause before acknowledging it and then say "As soon as the others arrive, we will have lunch together, the presence is not optional. However, you can ask for anything within the menu, since I arranged for us to have a personal chef for the day." Without saying another word, Emilia turned to the landscape again and remained silent until the other alchemists arrived.

@Drake Baku I finally decided to do a character, since I see the game is't going as fast as I thought that it would with so many characters. Give it a check, please. I'll see if I do her sister later, but she'll be just a regular member. Chloe is only that strong because she's inspired in Erza Knightwalker, Signum and Brioche, so she simple couldn't be a regular Jane. I hope you'll allow me.

Personality: Chloe is a calm and composed person, that may look hard to approach at first, but once you get to know her better you see that she's a big softie who just ain't that good at talking to others.

Chloe is a relatively tall and well built young woman whose mainly distinguishing feature are her mismatched eyes and vulpine ears and tail. Most of her light tan skin and slightly above average chest are only barely visible, since she almost never takes off her exotic looking blue armor, but her beauty is still widely known among the male crowd of her guild. In addition to that, she's always seen carrying around her signature weapon, an enormous broad sword known as 'Buster Tsurugi' that only she can wield properly given it's massive weight and number of tricky special functions.

Emblem location: A little above her right breast, to display it she must take her armor off first.

Magic level: Very high (S-rank by official classification)

Type: Caster, though she can't really use magic in the strict sense of the word.

Specialization: Ex-quip, then again, she can't cast any proper spells. All her powers are functions of her equipment that work in tandem with her raw power and skill.

Style: Combat Mage, she excels in close to mid range battles but can also fight at long range if the need arises.

Physical Mutation: None, her beastly characteristics are inborn meaning that she's from a human sub-species that naturally looks like that.

Spells: Once more, Chloe is unable to use normal magic, though this fact is not acknowledged, neither know, by anyone other than Chizuru.

Equipment:

- Ao no Yoroi: Her blue armor, which Chloe can summon and dismiss at will. Despite it's massive looks the armor doesn't burdens Chloe too much and allow a full range of movement. Just like her sword, it's an item made of a lost technology that's somehow linked to Chloe. It repairs itself automatically and even if it's completely destroyed in a battle it'll take no more than a full week before Chloe can summon it again.

- Buster Tsurugi: Her signature weapon, which Chloe can summon and dismiss at will. The massive blade is powered by lacrima crystals processed in the form of magical cartridges and has a number of different functions and powers, the main ones are:

* Buster Tsurugi [Buster Mode]: The default form of the weapon, a massive sword that's too heavy for anyone else to wield. It can spend lacrima cartridges to either power it's attacks, shoot blasts and blades of compressed wind magic or activate defensive spells like a shield or barrier.

* Buster Tsurugi [Chain Mode]: A mid range form, that's essentially a chain sword of variable length that Chloe can use to trap and bind her enemies, though it lacks the raw power of Buster Mode, this form is the one with the widest range of tactical applications.

* Buster Tsurugi [Falcon Mode]: A long range form. The weapon takes the shape of a bow with a magic string and a quiver of metal arrows, for long range engagements. This form allows the use of Chloe's strongest attacks, like wide area bombardments that are able to wide small cities off the map in one blast, though these shots require charge time, thus Chloe only uses them when the right opportunity shows itself.

Like with the armor, if the sword is ever destroyed it will repair itself over the course of no more than a week.

Title: The Blue Knight

History: Chloe's past is a mystery, all that's known about her is that Chizuru found both the child Chole and her sister very wounded while on a mission several years ago. Even now, both sisters work as part of the guild, while trying to catch wind of any clue about their past, but up to now, they weren't successful.

She became tired of living in Hell after several thousand years and decided to attend that famous school everyone is talking about these days, dragging her personal butler with her.

Powers: She has an assortment of devilish powers at her disposal and could easily take over the whole world if she felt like it. Good thing she thinks humans are too boring.

However, Mira's ultimate weapon is the power of moe. A royal brat, she may be, but there's very few who can say no to her when she's staring at them like she's the princess of the whole world... which in a sense is right, don't?

A few hours ago, at the chlorine smelling halls of Laboratory 4 on Central City...

Two army officers walked through the halls while trying their best to hold their breath because of the strong smell of the disinfectant used to clean the biological research facility. One of them, carried a tan envelope containing a commission expedited directly by the High Command to this facility's commanding officer.

After a short walk they would reach their destination, the hardwood doors of the office of the soldier known as 'The Amestrian Vampire' for both her ruthlessness and signature alchemy, Emillia B. Krowitz.

"Sir, are you sure these orders are right? Why would the Command send a biological researcher on a mission such as that?" The one carrying the envelope, who was easily distinguishable as a short haired, blond, young woman, asked.

"Are you questioning the Command's orders, sergeant?" The other one, who was a half bald, gray haired man, way in to his fifties answered in a curt, and very gruff way.

"No, sir!" The woman replied hastily while standing at attention.

"Then knock at the door." The man shouted, just before the door was opened from inside, revealing Emillia's displeased expression. Surely, this would be a very bad day for both of them...

Present time, aboard a train, bound to East City...

"This seems to be the perfect opportunity to further the Stone's research, since I seem to be the highest ranked officer of the task force." Emillia said to herself as she reviewed the commission details. Simply put, they had to quell a rebel cell that was based on the eastern territories, though there seems to be a few layers of truth to be unearthed about this group, which turns obvious why they tasked one of the army's most infamous torturers to this job.

"Though I may have to deal with that iron headed fool, at East City, which gives me a migraine just from the mere thought of it." She said, referencing the Commander of the Eastern Territories, Brigadier General Basque Grand, a man that Emilia loathed.

"Anyway, it about time I checked on the other alchemists, to see if I'll have any problematic ones to deal with." Emilia then, straightened her uniform, after finishing her 'meal' and exited her cabin to meet with the other alchemists. She left behind the pale body of the young sergeant from before, which she would later dump at the nearest station saying that the woman had died from anemic shock.

First, I'm sorry for the disappearance. Anyway, I told you I changed my idea on the IC thread, not that I didn't liked the fire starter, but I just thought about doing a character like Sabrina. I just don't know if she'll be a psychic Pokemon trainer, or not. Actually, if no one has called to have Hitmonlee, Blaziken, Kingler, Scyther, and ,as a legendary, Mewtwo, that's most likely the configuration I'll use as my main team, though obviously I'll keep a few extras to use in specific situations, like any intelligent trainer.
