Well, Usagi (funny for a wolf to be named rabbit, BTW) is much better than Lilith though her power is still a bit undefined, mainly because of that mana thing that was totally unnecessary. Indeed, you can't have an unlimited number of resurrections to do, but a more understandable limitation would be better. Like, being limited to do it only once per hour, and not being able to bring back people that died more than 12 hours ago. Our singing like this.

Now for yours and @Ashifili's question. Nothing would happen and she would depend her power uselessly. The reason is that someone's soul don't kill them directly, but instead renders a human comatose, and most Youkai (mostly non humanoid, with a few exceptions) have soul and body joined as a single thing, so Rui-ling's power outright kills them and they can't be revived by any known means.

Also, it's impossible to create new souls. You can build a facsimile using some forbidden arcane methods, but still such a "soul" would not be the real deal in many ways.

@KoL Well that's because the revolvers he's using has big barrels and cylinders for shotgun shells, so really he's wielding two revolver shotguns really with magnum shells to do ranged damage, before you ask how I know this, the gun is in the game of mgsv and uses said shells when loading and firing and in it's descriptions it mentions which ammunition that the weapon carries, it's called a uragan and one of the version of it is a non lethal version that fires rubber shells.

- So no very antagonistic characters? That's kinda how she works though. You might even remember her from the Anime Superhero RP. If that's the case, I'll have to either tone her down or maybe even make a new character from scratch.

- I'm glad you understand. No one is forced to be friends with everyone, I just don't want you all playing the villains, because this won't end well and thus @TheWindel and I decided for that before this reboot.

Ok, I've read Lilith CS, and there are a few issues that must be settled before she's greenlit.

- Despite of her personality and such, I don't want any of you to play antagonistic characters. It was one of the reasons that the last incarnation of this RP failed, so I won't repeat that mistake.

- Is there any limits to her teleport power? Because the way it's now, is far too undefined.

- But mostly, I'd like you to tone that lightning down a bit, because it's really too powerful if it damages, and stuns someone for a long time while sapping them.

Alright, well, uh... My workload suddenly spiked, so... I might not necessarily be able to make a post/ give the RP an interest bump for a while. 3 essays and 720 questions due within the next week isn't exactly... Easy to knock off my list of 'things to do.'

Assuming everything goes according to schedule, I should be able to get something out by maybe the middle-end of this week or something next weekend at worst. Until then, though...
