I'll follow @TheWindel's suggestion. Of there's an explanation for why Endian can block teleportation out of the blue (given that that power had never been mentioned before, until it's existence was convenient) I'll have her interfere with Juno's teleport ability.
Also, just to be sure, what's Endian's current status? You know that there's the 2PCs per battle rule. What makes her eligible for being a NPC now, I'd she's stronger than she was before? Is what I'm asking?

She would, more or less. That power is similar to one of Juno's natural counters which is the Leviathan's power, so it would work on Juno to a certain way.
Either way, you don't have to worry about that. She won't be taking part in other battles so soon, anyway.

You can't control Princess' powers, don't even try. Endian won't be able to process the source of Juno's power, thus she can't counter it.

Of course Jorm is after Miyu's blood. She has been blackmailed into joining this battle and Miyu is a top target because she was declared a traitor. Until Miyu is trialed by Deva, she'll always be on the bad side of the Angel characters.

Well, then you can consider that Iona will take Miyu to be judged by Deva. You still have option of taking part on the battle, using it or not is on your choice. Otherwise you'll be sitting out until this conflict is settled and Miyu can be trialed.

Henry was away from Princess too. Obviously she just didn't spun in place. It was a whirlwind attack (faster than the missile can move) kind thing and obviously she can change her position while doing so.
You can have Fran avoid it if you want to, like I said, just don't make it completely impossible and it's ok.
