Diana is intentionally made to be a tiny midget, she's kinda like a halfling dragon, in spirit. Victoire on the other hand is kinda wrong, she should have ~154 cm, even so that's mostly because she doesn't age normally after she came to the Nexus, this she's stuck in a 14 years old body, or so.
As for boobs, I guess I'm a subscriber of the Boobs of Steel tropes along with other things that make a nice looking serious anime girl, especially if she's a character intended to be a Lady of War type. Also, who can day that they don't like boobs?
If I wasn't at work and using my phone, I would get the Oppai Dragon Song now, what a loss of a great chance, sigh...
Are you used to listening to IA, or any other Vocaloid, for that matter? I'll reckon that that song is a bit slow, but not so much. I don't feel anything particularly boring about it.
That said, I'm a serious fan of IA, so I may be liable of biased judgment when when criticizing her songs, as long as they aren't do awfully bad that it hurts my ears, of course.

Man, I like Ni-Mu's theme a lot, and then the vocals start. And it feels like the singer is bored and that makes me bored too.

12 & 13: Controlled by the Cobalt Bruisers, the Blue City is on 13, close to the sea.
01: Controlled by the Ebony Strykers.
05: The location of Purple Crown Academy, control of this area is extremely costly in terms of resources. The benefits of doing that are great many, though.
03 & 04: Controlled by the Ivory Masks, the White City is on 03, amid foothills.
06: Controlled by the Green Guild.
15: Controlled by The Red Guild.
7, 8, 9 & 11: Core City, highly dangerous zones, very hard to cross and generally avoided by all but the true thrill seekers.

If you say so. On the matter of not casting powers inside people and stuff like that (doesn't really apply to Victoire, her magic blood sucking is just like Vladmir on LoL, really a necessity for game balance), I'd say that this is just within the spirit of every RPG in the face of Earth ever since the 1st D&D? Or comic book characters (One of the many reasons why the Martian Manhunter is so OP is because he tends to disregard this on a casual basis, for example)?
If you allow people to start telefragging one another like on the to Aru franchise, things get unfunny fast.
Either way, my only issue was with absolute irresistible disintegration, if that's not the case than he's ok for the time being on my end. Like always changes may be requested at any time if need be, obviously.
