Against other magical girls it's loud and disorientating but, unless they're caught by it by prolonged periods of time, there's no real damage to them, their arms nor their emblems.

That's pretty much alright, except for the part of it having the chance of damaging permanent magical effects like the girl's weapons and Emblems.

Make it so that she can only disrupt transient magic and she'll be alright.

Chie buried her face in her textbooks as the others began to filter in the club room one by one. She only ever spared a moment to scan the room from the sanctity of her paper fortress, until some of the other girls talked to her.

"I'm... glad you liked it," Chie said, replying both to Alexis and Kelly in a voice so low that it might as well have been considered a whisper.

The only moment when she showed some assertion was when Ami came into the room, slamming the door in a blatant display of disrespect. "Please, don't do that again. The President already had to answer the faculty about the last time you broke it. Please, don't trouble her again," Chie said to Ami, raising her eyes slightly above the edge of the book she was reading.

Speaking of the devil...

It didn't take long for the President to arrive and announce her sudden plans for the club's wintery festivities. Chie's eyes lit up at the mention of a Christmas party, however, before she could express her opinions about the plans being made, someone else stole the whole room's attention.

"Wh—why? Something like this isn't supposed to happen. This is the worst case scenario, isn't it?" Chie said while glaring at Mari from behind her book. If anyone paid attention, they would be able to see that her eyes darted from the intruder to Touka and back again, before fixing themselves on the former. For this moment alone, a glint of Blackshot's abrasive nature seeped into Chie's gaze as she reacted almost like a cornered beast.

"If I may speak," Othis said, setting her cup aside as soon as their patron finished her explanation, probably more to the benefit of the Servants than the Masters, or so Othis thought, "In a setup such as this one, we are at a great disadvantage. We should focus our efforts on acquiring information about our foes. Caster and I will do everything within our reach, but Assassin will be even more vital, especially because we aren't aware of the identity of the Einzbern's counterpart."

The fact that none of them knew anything about each other's Servants, except for Saber and Archer, was a detrimental factor as well, but Othis decided not to address it after the unexpected True Name reveal. "I'm not sure if I should apologize or not for being here during this unwitting reveal. However, allow me to say that I'm looking forward to the opportunity of cooperating with two Top Servants who were part of King Arthur's legendary court," she said, trying to be polite after being part of this blunder. After all, if keeping their identities hidden was as important for the other Servants as it was for Caster, this couldn't be called anything else but a disaster.

By the way, the second image on your CS is broken. Danbooru doesn't allow for direct linking of the images hosted on their site.

I suggest you either get the equivalent of that from Safebooru, or reupload it to an image hosting service like imgur before adding them to your CS.
