Ok, here's an updated version. I just did the same with the ofuda that I did with her powers, now they should be explained enough, I guess:

I hope this gives a better idea of the concept behind her. If you still need more explanations I can do them, but I think that imagining her martial arts style and the kind of things she can do is easier now. To make a simple and clean comparison, she would operate very similarly to the members of the Hyuuga Clan from Naruto, with a few extra things sprinkled in.
@KoL I don't think I've ever seen a Miko look that angry before... haha. I'll need you to be more specific on Kyouka and Suigetsu, though. What you're flavoring as "Flow" is essentially vector manipulation, and without clear limits you'll be as OP as Accelerator from To Aru who can passively reflect pretty much anything. Hittin' hard is no problem, but the other two are just too vague to allow. Describe what they actually do as martial art forms, and it shouldn't be a problem, though. I would also like you to specify what Ofuda you have so the heirloom doesn't turn into a bag of convenience.

I'll see what I can do about the abilities later since they are meant to be based on Eastern Philosophy concepts which are very vague by default. I think you are picturing the notion of Flow and Motion as physical forces, when there's an important spiritual component to them.

As for the ofuda, I'll do something about them later. She's originally meant to be more of a mage type so having more diverse abilities is kind of the point. Granted that I'm also planning to have either water, mercury, or both be what her signature spells revolve around. since both of these substances (especially mercury) are really prefect for her ability of manipulating Flow.
Ok, here we go:

"Hmm, this place is beginning to get pretty crowded," Thea thought as more HGO players she knew the face of filtered into the bar one after the other. "Sure it's not that bad of a place but I doubt it's good enough to attract this crowd of try-hard newts, unless—" just as she was about to reach a reasonable conclusion to her train of thought a voice interrupted her.

Well, two to say the truth, one of them being none other than Saffron making a fool of herself—which Thea made sure to record for obvious reasons—and the other was much closer.

"Really, I can't come to a place like this without some random nitwit trying to hit on me?" she thought as she turned around.

"Excuse me, do I know you from somewhere?" She asked in an uninterested tone. "Well, it's not like it matters anyway. It's not like I care for you virgin noobs and your lame-o LARPing. I did that because I was bored, don't expect it to happen again any time soon."

"Now... Hey, where's my pizza!?" Thea said turning around and waving her hand to whoever was the slowpoke running this place.
Emilia's reaction to the sudden reversal of roles was nothing but a knowing smirk. The fact that Kanbaru didn't decide to take revenge then and there said a lot about her intentions. Even as they were right now, the trio before her was like an open book to Dollmaker.

Furthermore, this power that Kanbaru demonstrated right now. Could it be what Emilia has been looking for her whole life? The implications certainly were interesting.

"Oh, and what is it that I have been looking for, I wonder?" Emilia said as she brought both hands behind her back and reclined forward on her toe tips, like a playful child. "Could it be that you are using me as a proxy for your own interests, miss?"

"However, if a bit of rough entertainment is what you are looking for. You will be glad to know that this Blood Ring of mine can offer more than enough to sate your lust," the Princess said as a smile found its way to her doll-like face.

"Sadly, it seems that our little interlude is about to be interrupted by some rather petulant insects," Emilia said as she seemingly noticed the presences of the other two intruders. However, either she didn't do so in time to react, or she chose not to since she was easily captured by the vines while everything around them was blanketed in a white flurry.

Even so, the dark grin never left Emilia's lips. After all, there was a reason why the Dollmaker was known to be a hard catch by both the Imperium and the Librarians...

Meanwhile, the situation would keep on getting stickier for the White Masks. Even without the trap in their way, it seemed like Caprice and Lin wouldn't be able to react to the looming threat of the giant serpent approaching them, leaving only Maria and Sherry deal with it.

With the former being captured by the creature after her bullets failed to leave even a scratch at the serpent's scales.

"That-that's not what I expected to face when I came to this place. I guess that you'll have to find a way to deal with this on your own, kiddo. At least until I'm out of this bind," the Huntress said to Sherry as she struggled against the serpent's coils, only ever being able to pull an arm out long enough to shoot at a seemingly random place in the floor.

However, as it would turn out said the place wasn't as random as it seemed...

"Wha!?" Was all that Sherry could say before the floor under Caprice, Lin, and herself opened up, throwing them down a second trap, leading to god-knows-where in the deep, dark dungeons of Victoire's castle.

"Hey, guuuys! Maybe this would be a good time for you two to wake up?" Sherry shouted as they fell before finally landing in a deep, dark pool—or maybe it was an underground lake—at the bowels of the castle.

"Holy heck, this water is cold! And, what's that over ther—" Sherry tried to say something while pointing to a faint light in the distance, only to be dragged underwater along with the others, by what seemed to be a group of demonic fishmen who probably inhabited the lake.

You're not the first person to mention this, so I'll make a public announcement on it. Youkai hunters are not an impossible concept, but they would be extremely rare. Youkai are permitted to live peacefully among humans and hunters, but when they take the hunter oath, they are swearing to take up arms against their own kin. I'm sure you can see how it would be hard to trust someone to uphold an oath like that. Your kitsune miko, for example, may be told to decapitate their aunt, cousin, or a childhood friend. Hunters can't afford to risk a moment of hesitation in a moment like this. So, I won't deny the concept outright, but I will need a very good backstory to justify why the hunters would let a youkai take the oath.

I'll also say this. Since Youkai hunters are extremely rare, I'll likely only accept one player as a youkai hunter if it comes to that, so I'd say have a backup plan. It just doesn't do for a rare exception to be super-common, you know?

Well, I already had a back up plan in case the idea was going to be rejected. At least now I can try that one first.

I'll probably have something done before the end of this weekend.
@Tomaru

After reading the lore provided, I got a doubt while thinking of character ideas. Since Youkai and Hunters are pretty evenly balanced against one another and Youkai who live among humans have to follow pretty much the same rules as Hunters, can we play as a Youkai character?

Because, if that's the case, I'm probably going to do a kitsune miko.

Name: Fujiwara Isana (藤原イサナ)
Gender: Female
Height: 163 cm
Weight: 52 kg
Age: 17
Backstory: Isana's family has a long tradition of fighting against the threats posed by the youkai. Ever since they established themselves, hundreds of years ago, they have been guardians of an ancient shrine which keeps a great evil sealed.

She grew up as the sucessor of such an important tradition, being raised by her grandparents, after losing both her father and mother at an early age, when they set out to fight a mysterious youkai.

Despite the strictness of her upbringing, Isana was still allowed to do things that other "normal" children of her age would normally do, like go to a public school, etc. However, thanks to the fact that she was raised by a couple of exceedingly traditionalist grandparents, she tended to keep to herself most of the time. The main exception to this being when she's among the only few who understand the kind of responsibility that they are imbued with, that being the other Hunters who somehow gather all at one single school.
Hunter Power: Flow (流動), the ability to control the flow, or rather, the path of anything that has "motion". It might be sometimes considered similar to a combination of Water and Air manipulation but since this is a refined talent able to touch the Void, it's far less direct than simple elemental manipulation or telekinesis.
Techniques:
Hadou (波動): Wave Motion, "The Foot that shatters the Earth, The Fist that splits the Heavens". The Fujiwara clan's primary offensive power, the ability to manipulate "flow" and strike foes with an inexorable force.
Kyouka (鏡花): Flower in the Mirror, "A Nostalgic, Unattainable Illusion". The ability to reach the void and touch that which is "All and Nothing, Zero and One", at once. Control of flow, allowing for a variety of applications. The ability to redirect and control the motion of "shapeless" things (e.g.: water, wind, mercury, ki, etc.). The less shape and more motion the better.
Suigetsu (水月): The Moon reflect in the Water, "Th Reversal of All Possibilities, A Realm that cannot be reached". The pinnacle of the Fujiwara style. The reversal of flow, a technique that can turn everything that has "motion" back to the Void. A redirect/reversal-style counter, not unlike the ones from soft martial arts, it works best with "shapeless" things, but is also very hand to redirect blades and fists.
Heirloom: Ofuda, lots and lots of paper charms that Isana uses to conjure things to control using her family's martial arts style, or to do a number of other things expected of an onmyouji (curses, charms, binds, sealings, etc.). While there any many possible techniques she can deploy as a practitioner of omyoudou, the most common uses for them are:
Creation/Summoning: Which Isana uses to summon the same kind of "shapeless" things she's able to control with her family's style. She's particularly adept at summoning mercury which is the substance that carries the greatest amount of motion possible.
Binding/Charm: Restricting the movements of either a target, or those who inside of a warded area, by stopping the flow of their chi.
Sealing/Dispel: Cutting the flow of ki to seal away a target's abilities or dispel an effect. Proper sealing in containers requires a ritual and other special preparations which grow in time and complexity based on the power of the being being sealed.
Skill: As expected of someone with a traditional upbringing, Isana is very good at household chores, from cooking to cleaning and everything in between. Additionally, she's knowledgeable in the tea ceremony, and the duties of a shrine maiden.
Limiter/Charm: The very own charms she carries are what work as a limter for her powers. Or rather it's more like a self-imposed seal which can be lifted at any time. As for charms, well... they are already paper charms, the kind that you'd expect to see with any other shrine maiden.
Theme Song:

Alt Theme:

"So, what you are saying is that you believe this is the same girl," Nanoha said after Youmu finished her question. "If that's true, do you think that there's something that can be done about her? I'm not an expert in these matters, but if it was caused by magic or a Lost Logia, it may be possible to revert the transformation," she continued, thinking as critically and calmly as ever as she landed besides the creature.

"Thinking about that, we were supposed to retrieve something from this cave, weren't we? Do you think it may be this conch? It certainly must be a strong magical artifact of some kind if it survived a direct hit from two heavy bombardment spells," she said as she picked the conch up.
This got me curious as well.
