Clerics only start off with 3 cantrips and 2 1st level spell slots. Unless you have something that increases that then you may have to put two of those on hold.

That’s just unorthodox and makes me question my perception on reality as a whole. In general nobody likes to be delegated with the support role, but an entire campaign of healers? HOW CAN THAT BE KILLED?!
