I meant teaching them things like fire or religion. To my knowledge these simple kind of thinks merely need FP. While more magical things like Cryomancy require MP.

Is there a limit on how many things you can teach your people? Because Reathos is planning on dumping a boatload of 'gifts' on his Pronobii. Obviously, all paid for in FPs and given a suitable explanation of how they got it and why they need it.

I think, from what I can gather, the era is still Pre-history. Stone Age has yet to be reached.

Not really. Several species already have huts and crude weapons. It really depends on how much the gods help on how fast we'll see the first of civilizations. But don't be surprised if it happens in less than 3 turns.

As of now the djinn are a chaotic, disorganized rabble that do little except claim land and engage in petty turf wars. I hoped to imply as much with Torrid in that last collab, but this should become pretty clear after I get around to writing my Slough week post.

Also, I just realized, no way in hell will the Pronobii allow themselves to be conquered. In fact, all races banding together for prosperity and peace is something Reathos would fear. Oh that's gonna be interesting. Guys, we found our Troy!!! The gods and species that make up the Empire of Lifprasil VS those who are against it!

Then again, you better hope I don't have bad taste. 'Cause I like all your writing.

It wasn't written bad. Not in the sense that 50 shades or twilight is written bad. It's just that the second book to me was pretty much 1 big info dump. It makes a very detailed and big world, I'll give him that. But there was barely any plot advancement. I like a well-filled world, but the sense of mystery was completely gone.

Honestly, I agree with Dawnscroll. The first book was fun to read and for young me it introduced a new, interesting view to dragons and such.

But the second book was just a drag. I still don't fully understand how I got through that as it was pretty much more than 100 pages of world building in the most boring way ever.

I barely even remember what happened in the third book. Except that I found the idea that an elf, who never forged a sword in several hundred years and took an eternal vow to never do it again, managed to control a foreign body and use that body to forge a weapon. Then as cherry on the cake of 'what...?' the smith proclaimed that it was the best sword she ever made! After that I just dropped the book and never returned to it.

And I still don't regret that decision.

Worth noting is that this feeling for Zephyrion is certainly not mutual, at least not yet. Zeph has no particular affection or respect towards Lifprisil, and while he might act otherwise it won't be genuine.

In a rare glimpse of true cunning, he simply recognized the rare chance to shape and influence a being that will eventually become a god. So while Lifprisil's 'education' and time spent in the Celestial Citadel will certainly have its advantages and true benefits, the main objective of Zephyrion is to mold Lifprisil into being obedient and agreeable so that his presence will be at least more bearable than that of Vulamera once he matures, and he will hopefully eventually be a worthy ally/minion.

In case it wasn't incredibly obvious, Zephyrion is going to try to subtly (or not) alienate Vulamera from Lifprisil and even supplant his buddy Vestec as a primary influence on Lifprisil going into the future. This is why having Lifprisil made him forgive Vulamera: she's handed him what he sees as the ultimate toy/gift/future weapon or friend.

To what extent Zephyrion's plan actually works is obviously up to you, poog.
